まず指定の駐車場の場所が分からなくて苦労しました。部屋のシャワーの設備が古く、温度調節の点で使い辛かったです。せめて何度と分かりひねるだけで出る設備が希望です。ドレッサー台があるのは有難かったのですが、コンセントの位置などで動線上使いにくい部屋回りだと若干感じました。もう少しドレッサー台の置き場が広ければ使い易かったかも。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026部屋は、ゆったりして落ち着ける空間だった。デスクには、鍵や眼鏡など小物や自分たちの荷物を置くスペースがあった。カフェ・テーブル＆イスがあり、調べものをしたりテレビを見たりお茶を飲んだり寛げるスペースもあった。駐車場は直ぐ近くに立体型の専用があり大丈夫だった。朝食は口コミほど期待するものではないが、食べ物の補充がしっかりされていたし、座席も広々していて気分が良かった。
ダブルルームなのに部屋の鍵が1本のみだった。昨今、カードキーで一人一枚ずつなので少々、不便だった。バスルームは清潔感がなく臭いも気になった。換気扇がなく常に天井が結露していた。シャワーヘッドが新しい物に付け替えられているが、節水タイプなのか霧状（ミスト）にしか出ず、髪の毛を洗い流すのに大変、苦労した。シャワータイムがいつもの2倍かかった。下の蛇口からお湯を出して洗う工夫がいる。

朝食が美味しいと口コミにあって期待していたが、品数も少なく、焼き魚も細切れ程度で改善を期待する。 他のホテルが地産地消などいろいろ工夫をしている中、物足りなさがあった。 ホテルが老舗感があるのだから大変でしょうが時間を区切ってでも、リアルオムレツ提供なんかあるとすごく良いと思う。

Camere con chiavi e non tessere, moquette, legno... sicuramente un interessante tuffo nel Proibizionismo :)
...questo classicismo ha lasciato indietro le lavatrici a gettone, must di ogni hotel in Giappone, tenendo un servizio di lavanderia in stile hotel occidentali... e l'unica lavanderia della zona è super piccola con sole 2 lavatrici...

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026オフシーズンだった為比較的安く泊まれたが、価格の数倍良いホテルでした。エントランスの雰囲気に高級感、金沢っぽい雰囲気があり素敵な印象。スタッフの対応や身だしなみは高級ホテル以上でした。エレベーターの動きもストレスを全く感じさせないものだった。部屋も綺麗で湯船も大きい。タオル類も良いものを使っていた。朝食のバイキングは今まで色々なホテルを利用してきたが、一番美味しかったと思う。

We could walk to the gardens, the castle, samurai street, markets and geisha area. It was 1.5km from the train station and close to taxi with bags costing 1200 yen. Friendly, clean, quiet. It has great views over the castle and temple from the 12th floor nreakfast buffet. Buffet was good. The bed was very comfortable.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Très bel hôtel notamment l’entrée. Accueil de qualité ils vous accueillent à la porte de l’hôtel avec votre nom et un drapeau de votre pays est installé dans l’entrée. Nous avons eu une TRÈS grande chambre, très confortable, avec coin salon, salle de bains et wc séparés. Le petit déjeuner au 12eme étage a une très belle vue et est bon. À proximité du château et de sites intéressant. Parking (payant) disponible. Accueil au top ! Franchement on aurait aimé resté plus longtemps. Excellent rapport qualité prix (60€ avec petits dej pour 2)

Reviewed May 26, 2026Friendly staff and good service. We booked 4 rooms & all were upgraded during check In. Very comfortable rooms with nice views. Each rooms came with 2 toilets/shower which was convenient for my group. Breakfast was nice too. Glad to have chosen this hotel.

Reviewed May 24, 2026夜雨が降るからとオートバイを屋根のある駐車場にとめさせてもらいました。こうゆうちょっとした事が印象に残りますね。
朝食ですが、中国人の団体さんと一緒になりゆっくり食べれませんでした。少し時間差を作ってもらいたかったです。

Reviewed May 20, 2026①以前にも利用したことがあるが、館内がリニューアルされて明るく感じられ、 廊下や室内のインテリアがシックでモダンな感じになっていた。 ②尾山神社や玉泉院庭園が近く、朝に散歩ができる。
バスルームの床に一点シミ、あるいは傷？があり、小さなものだけに修理しておいて欲しい。

Reviewed May 19, 2026Lovely place to stay in Kanazawa - we wish we had more than one night! Hotel staff were very helpful in sending our bags to our next hotel. We also got upgraded to a nicer room which is always a positive.
The bar is currently being refurbished which I’m sure will be great once opened.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a huge room with a separate dressing room and bathroom. The beds were big and very comfortable. The room included a coffee machine and a kettle for tea. Breakfast was delicious, served in the beautiful restaurant on the top floor, overlooking the temples and greenery. We were treated to wine and soft drinks during happy hour. The staff was very, very friendly. Overall, we felt very special. Thank you for such excellent service.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The room was fantastic! Very spacious! Completely different from the normal hotel rooms I've seen in Japan. The staff are even more kind and courteous than I've seen in Japan. Finally, the hotel has a refinement that is no longer found in the vast majority of hotels. And for a 4-star hotel, I would say it doesn't exist anywhere else. The breakfast is also excellent!

Reviewed May 6, 2026時間制限は有りますがワイン飲み放題は、すごくよかったです。満喫しました♪🍷 1人泊なのに枕が4つとクッションがある広いベッドで贅沢な気分になれました。
古いホテルなので、部屋のドアが古くカードロックではありませんでしだ。徐々に改良されているようですが、出来たらユニットバスのドアは、外開きにして欲しいです。
