Fabulous modern apartment with everything you need for a stay in Rome. Walking distance to the colosseum, shops, supermarket & restaurants. Gladys was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Good location, very spacious and good air conditioning.

Nothing we did not like.

We were met promptly and welcomed. Explanations were given and we were shown to the apartment. Although compact it was neat and tidy and had all we needed for our stay. Loved the outside space we had.

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for our son. AC in the main area was not as effective as the bedroom. Bathroom a little tired looking.

Fantástico apartamento espacioso, en una zona tranquila, y bien acondicionado, cama cómoda y con todos los utensilios, en general una gran estancia.

Чистота,порядок, удобные матрасы, подушки и одеяла.Одеяла были запавленны. Это единственное место в Италии где мы это увидели.(Как ни странно) Понравилось, что два санузла. Окна на тихую улицу и во двор. Кухня хорошо оснащена. Были кофе(капсульная машинка) , чай , сахар.

Утюг пришлось просить, хотя было в описании указано, что он есть. Цена конечно сильно завышена. Для одной семьи слишком дорого.

A lovely, modern, clean apartment with a brilliant location. It was an easy walk to the Colosseum (about 10 mins with an 8yo in tow). The apartment itself was quite small for three - the bedroom is a decent size but once the sofa bed is opened up there isn’t much space to walk around it. But we were out sightseeing for most of the stay so it didn’t bother us too much. Came with a dishwasher, washing machine (helpfully including laundry and dishwashing tablets), microwave, hot plate and fridge. Gladys, the property manager was excellent - very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend.

Ubicación y aire acondicionado

The apartment was dirty and had mold in both bathrooms. The shower floors were black and dirty. We were traveling with an immunocompromised member of our party and therefore did not stay at the property. The property refused to give us our money back.

Lokalizacja, bezpieczna cicha dzielnica, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji. Super pomocne były takie udogodnienia jak pralka z suszarka, zmywarka. Wygodnie sredniotwarde łóżko. Blisko bar i Conad - sieciówka spozywcza.

Brak suszarki do rozwieszenia mokrych ubrań, brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience. To niewiele zmienia, apartament godny polecenia

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, która stanowiła idealną bazę wypadową do wycieczek, które zaplanowaliśmy. Kontakt z obsługą, jak również cała obsługa klienta na wysokim poziomie. Apartament duży, przestronny. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne przybory. Klimatyzacja w całym mieszkaniu, działała świetnie. Łóżko w sypialni duże, pościel czyściutka, a materac świetny. Obie łazienki w apartamencie czyste. WIFI świetne ! Oglądanie filmów wieczorami na kilku urządzeniach jednocześnie nie stanowiło żadnego problemu. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek po każdym dniu, przepełnionym wrażeniami związanymi z pieszym zwiedzaniem Rzymu. Klatka schodowa i winda czyste i zadbane, dziedziniec czysty i zadbany, drzwi wejściowe na dziedziniec zamknięte na osoby z zewnątrz, co czyniło miejsce bezpiecznym. W niedalekiej odległości, sklepy spożywcze, restauracje i punkt z pamiątkami. Absolutnie polecam.

Nie było takiego obszaru.

Wonderful stay in Rome! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Rome — would happily recommend and stay again!

Colosseum 5 percre, csendes, szép helyen Mindkét hàlóhoz külön fürdőszoba volt, kènyelmes egy 4 tagú családnak. Konyha felszerelt, gépesített. Közel volt bolt, ami még ünnepnap is nyitva volt.

We liked the location - very close to the Colosseo, but in the calm street. The apartment was modern, very clean, and had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our time at Colosseo Gardens. It was a perfect spot to relax and take in the Roman scenery.

Location - far enough from tourist spots but close enough to get to. The apartment was big and that was great. It also had an in unit laundry which was very helpful for us cause we have a toddler. They also provided a crib and a high chair so that was wonderful.

I wish they had a system that could make checking in easier. They require you to notify them 30 - 45 minutes before arrival since they don't have a formal lobby, but I forgot since I was traveling with my toddler.

It was a big location and close to the center.

I didn’ t like the shower cabin from the matrimonial room. Maybe you can move the king bad in the other room and the two beds in the matrimonial room.

Few minutes walk from Colosseum, very clean apartment, friendly staff, spacious rooms

The shower faucets need to be replaced, the water from the rain shower has almost no pressure, the sofa in the living room is also old, the armrests are hanging by a thread

Room was great. Had everything we needed.

There was renovations happening which were loud.

The location is awesome. You can walk to any place and have metro station very close. It's quite . Supermarket and restaurants nearby

They need to be updated. The shower have mold and are not very clean looking. The sofa are shabby and old and very uncomfortable

It was in a great location for walking to restaurants and Colosseum. Mia in the office was very helpful in getting transportation from the airport, to our tour location and to the cruise ship.

Close to collosseum and quiet... Very confortable

The apartment was great. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for a family or group. The location was excellent...just a short walk to cafes, shops, the Colloseum, the Forum and other historical sites. Also, the neighbourhood was quiet, and it was convenient for the metro. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks!

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione rispetto al Colosseo ma il quartiere è residenziale e nei paraggi non vi è nulla a livello di ristoranti e locali. La sera tornare a casa a piedi non è il massimo: molto buio e brutta gente. Le custode molto gentile.

L’appartamento è bello e grande. Non tenuti benissimo (i muri sono molto segnati per esempio…) Le aree comuni non pulitissime. Se arrivi oltre le 19 (noi per esempio 19.45) ti richiedono 25€ per lo sforzo cash e senza ricevuta. Onestamente non penso sia corretto.

appartement très calme, bien décoré, très lumineux. propre. 2 chambres : lits confortables. 2 salles de bains. facile d'accès (ascenseur) proche du Colisée.

dans la cuisine : pas d'essuie de cuisine, pas de râpe à fromage, pas de plat allant au four (impossible de faire un poulet ou une lasagne). Nous avons souvent été au restaurant, bien sûr, mais parfois nous aimons cuisiner à la maison. le chauffage dans les salles de bains de fonctionnait pas. impossible de sécher facilement les essuies de bains. Douche parapluie désagréable.

Muy buena ubicación. La zona es muy tranquila, y hay varios supermercados y restaurantes. El personal es muy amable, y nos explicaron todo lo necesario. El apartamento es muy amplio, y dispone de todo lo necesario. También utilizamos el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto ofrecido por Colosseo Gardens: el conductor fue puntual y muy correcto.

Excellent location, with main attractions and metro station in walking distance. Met by wonderful staff who were very accommodating of our check-in time and helpful throughout the stay. Apartment is modern, clean and very quiet. Had great sleep after days of lots of walking.

Very minor but would have liked some paper towel or extra kitchen tea-towels. But these things did not impact our stay.

The apartment was in a great location with great access to the main attractions and also the metro. It was clean and spacious. What let it down slightly was that it was fairly plain and bare. But if you want functional central accommodation, then this is a very good option for you.

The apartments were clean and the beds quite comfortable. They were in a good location - not far from Colosseum and restaurants.

I think the showers need to be a bit bigger. Plus I had a cold shower on our last day. And probably some more personal touches like some tissues for guests.

Loved how close it is to everything, including attractions, groceries and restaurants. Had a really nice private patio and very quiet at night. Walkable to everything. We walked to the Vatican 5 km and back. Walked to Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps then back to Colosseo Gardens ! It is 10 minute walk to the colosseum. Air conditioning is great and very clean.

The property was clean, safe and in a great location. The property management team was great.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here. First, it above and beyond exceeded our expectations. The photos and descriptions underplay how nice these units are. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations on what to see, restaurants, stores…everything. When I come back to Rome I want to stay in this exact same place.

I'm inspired to move to Rome and live in these apartments specifically. SO central to everything, easy access to public transport (subway, bus, taxis). Area is quiet and feels safe, apartment is clean, spacious, beautiful, and with everything you need. Communication from owners/property managers is clear and immediate closer to your booking and during your stay. Would 100% book again.

First, we were checked in by the lady who was cleaning the room, with her wet gloves on, typing on the computer and touching our passports. She was rude to us from the start for no reason. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get the room. The sink and showerhead are in very bad condition and splash water everywhere. The dryer doesn't function. The walls are dirty. You only get one set of towels, no scott towels or tissues, no housekeeping included. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe and close to supermarket but it was far from the popular attractions in Rome, we needed 2 busses to get anywhere in the city. It is located on top of a hill so no matter which bus we took, we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to get back to the apartment.

The property was well placed for the attractions we wanted to see plus easy excess to public transportation.

No complaints

The home is very clean and has a washer to wash some clothes. The beds are comfortable and the Air Condition was great….it is walking distance to the coliseum and for the train station it’s about a 15 min walk. It’s about a 7 min walk to bus stops that can take you all around Rome
