Less choices of breakfast buffet. Bacon was not cook properly. Sausage was over fried and hard. More choices of fruits and juices.

Tad was a great receptionist. I just didn't know how to tip the receptionist as I am more familiar with tipping room service. Appreciate the complimentary room upgrade 😅. All the restaurant staff acted like it was servicing a 5 star resto. Great job to all.

The location is surrounded by establishments so its not hard to find somewhere to dine. The hotel lobby is well lit and seems cozy. Check in was a breeze even though there were a lot of guests. Water spa facility is still at its best condition since I last visited about 10 years ago. Breakfast selection was superb! The property also has ample parking spaces for hotel and spa guests.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit from a deluxe queen. I usually stay at their Deluxe Queen rooms so I was looking forward for the upgrade. To be honest, the one bedroom unit looks run down. It was still comforable but the deluxe queen room appears to be more of an upgrade. The bed was supposed to be a queen size but appears to be only a double size. My feet was hanging way over the bed when I laid down on it. That was the only issue I had.

The overall stay was really okay especially that I had a great spa treatment at Vel spa

I had an incident of diarrhea after we ate pork risotto at the Hotel's restaurant

The table in the room was not good the desk imust be changed , aircon is too noisy , and the housekeeper must check the towel first , before asking the guest the other towel after check out ... i was shock when they ask me where is the other towel

The staff are courteous and accommodating! The water SPA is very relaxing (although a little bit crowded). The food is also great. Lastly, the rooms are clean and spacious! Thank you very much. Hope we can visit again!

The buffet table during breakfast is always empty. You need to remind the staff to replenish the food. You can feel that they are controlling the food, better not label it as a buffet. Nagmumukhang kawawa yung pag aantay mo s pag replenish ng food.

The employee was very helpful, kind and friendly. Had a fabolous breakfast.

The facility needs to be upgraded. The pool should not be use only once.

Breakfast buffet was great as always. The spa experience is always awesome; it is one of the reasons why we always stay at ACE. It has become a family "tradition" to check-in at ACE upon arrival and before departure of international travels to relax at their water spa.

One night at 3am, there was a knocked at the door from their maintenance guy saying he received a work order to check the lights. I found it weird and suspicious and certainly did not appreciate being woken up at 3 in the morning. I reported it to the front desk in the morning and they checked and apologized saying that their guy got the wrong room by mistake.

The water spa was the best in this property! I am an oFw in Dubai and I haven’t experience such there nor in Cebu! to be able to relax and enjoy the Water spa was the best decision. we were in a Junior suite room and it was good, though the water pressure had an issue on our first few hours but team were quick to fix it! the staff were very kind and calm! though not sure why they have to wear mask (felt like covid era not a good feeling)wherein in Hospitality it is more important to welcome guest with a smile!

its too crowded the reception felt too overwhelming. The staff at the cafe lounge on the ground floor didn’t know how to direct guest with using the proper had gestures! seems like they were too tired already to serve.

Some areas of the hallway and the lobby smelled weird. The room above mine seemed to have a child running around and I could hear the steps.

Staff not friendly, worst service, our room has cockroach. Hotel didn’t take action or didn’t handle properly the issue. Ask you to pay extra towel for $150 even you are a hotel guest. The couch has locked you have to pay for it php1865 just to use the sofa bed for extra person.locker room attendant not respectful. Breakfast buffet served cold..front desk staff are not friendly also.everything you do has a value.

The room is big enough, excellent breakfast, receptionist were also good.

The pools & spa were nice. The coffee lounge and sky high bar, whose staff/personnel were very attentive and respectful is appreciated. The housekeeping staff likewise were helpful. I find the beds comfortable and the rooms cool.

The reception staff who assisted us at check-in didn't know what he was doing. He was new. It just so happened that another guest was being checked in at the same time. We heard differences like in how much the insurance fee was for our rooms, which he failed to tell us at the start when they required that I pay in full upon check-in. Too little variety at the breakfast buffet. Just the usual. Not only was the food already cold by 8 am, but some items were no longer replenished. At the pools, they need to remind the parents to be more mindful and impose stricter discipline on their kids. Many kids were rowdy and rough. The concept of relaxing with the ruckus was at times lost. They would grab floaters and even jump on you. The sewer smell sometimes leaked through the air vents in our room. The housekeeping staff sprayed the room with air freshener, though, to remove the smell.

Loved to hydrotherapy pools below the hotel and the roofbar above it!

We always enjoy our stay here. Our family loved it here, and it was such a treat to be here and have a wonderful staycation. The staff are courteous and nice. Truly a worthwhile experience.

There is a bit of a waiting time in the reception, and the seats are limited. Maybe add more seats, but it was fine.

Aircon was good. Water dispensers on each level. That was about it for the positives.

The breakfast buffet was fairly poor - lots of choice but all pretty average food. The fitness centre was limited and only 3 people max allowed in there. I went early morning and was able to get in every time but wouldn't fancy my chances later on. The room was tired and needed some TLC. I was on the floor below the sky bar and it was loud at night. I had a free "upgrade" to a suite but the room was still not nice. I needed an invoice on check-out and the staff took 25 minutes to find me something that I could vaguely submit to work. I understand this is more of a family hotel and I was on a business trip so not appropriate but I had a fairly terrible stay.

Qin was excellent with our check in and check out. Hotel was great, however its room decor as well as the spa area are in need of some minor updates

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are older and the shower tiles should be re grouted. Other than that the room is clean. The towels are kind of old. The lobby smells good but the hallway on my floor smells funny. I would still choose this hotel because of the low price on Expedia

This was a nice hotel, the only problem I saw was it was very tough to get a taxi fast. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. If you get down to breakfast at the wrong time there won’t be much to eat.
