Radisson Blu offers much more than just beautiful views and delicious food! There is a variety of activities offered throughout the day and in the evening, for both kids and adults. Sofian, Aladin and the rest of the animation crew make sure that everyone has a chance to feel invited and involved. There are classes offered in the pool and outside of it during the day, kid disco on the balcony in the evening, and a variety of options offered for the adult guests of the hotel. At the same time anybody who prefers piece and quiet could enjoy it in the other parts of the hotel. Radisson Blu is a place worth seeing and experiencing!

Radisson blu exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was ideal for getting around. Everything was smooth, peaceful, and well handled. I’d happily stay here again

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de tout le personnel ee l'hôtel., tout comme la bonne cuisine. C'était un séjour très agréable.

Il n'y avait pas mléoui ou des beignets ( FTAYER) au petit déjeuner, selon mes enfants ce sont des indispensables ... Sinon pour les menus des dîners ,ils étaient variés et succulents.

Это не тот Radisson Blu с международными стандартами и комфортом, к которому привыкаешь после посещения нескольких стран. Кроме сотрудников на ресепшене, абсолютно никто не говорит по-английски — только по-французски. В первый день в номере была одна бесплатная бутылка воды 1,5 литра на троих. Все остальные дни за воду нужно было платить отдельно. Даже кулер с водой в спортзале был пустой. За 7 ночей проживания уборка номера и смена полотенец были только 2 раза. Мы жили на 2-м этаже и Wi‑Fi работал только в коридоре, но не в номере. Детский клуб работал только до обеда. Один сотрудник играл с ребёнком примерно 30% времени, остальное время ребёнок развлекал себя сам. Второй сотрудник немного говорил по-русски, но с ребёнком не общался и всё время сидел в телефоне. Когда мы решили подняться в номер по лестнице вместо лифта, мы встретили большого таракана. В ресторане, когда мы ждали блины, повар сначала обслужил тех, кто пришёл позже нас, но говорил по-французски, и только потом — нас. Если вам нравится постоянно что-то требовать, отстаивать свои права и доказывать — вам сюда. Этот отель НЕ подходит для комфортного и спокойного семейного отдыха.

Personalet er svært vennlig og behjelpelig med alt. Det ligger rett ved stranden og det var alltid ledige solsenger. Bassengområdet var veldig pent. Bra frokost, men savnet litt mer frukt.

Hotellet er gammelt og slitent, hadde virkelig trengt en oppgradering. Internettet er det dårligst jeg har opplevd på et hotell i nyere tid. Var ikke god nok Wi-Fi til å kunne sjekke inn på flyet engang. Hotellet skiltet med 3 restauranter, men det finnes bare 1. Det er ikke tilrettelagt for gjester som ikke har all-inclusive. Strømmen gikk flere ganger noe som gjorde at det ble ekstremt varmt på rommet.

Le seul point positif concerne le personnel de la piscine et du restaurant en libre-service, qui a toujours été très gentil, souriant et serviable. En revanche, la qualité de la nourriture était très décevante et ne correspondait pas au niveau attendu.

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à trois reprises durant notre séjour. La première n’avait pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait plus de 45 °C, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Dans une autre chambre, il y avait une importante fuite d’eau qui inondait le sol. De plus, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré plusieurs signalements, les problèmes ont été gérés avec beaucoup de retard. Un établissement qui ne correspond absolument pas au standing annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Very disappointing stay.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was not working, the toilet was unclean, and I even found a bee inside the bathroom. The TV remote control did not work, and the food quality was very poor. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La chambre était propre grâce au travail remarquable de la femme de ménage. C’est malheureusement le seul point réellement positif de notre séjour.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas son classement 5 étoiles. Les espaces communs sont souvent sales et mal entretenus. Le personnel est peu professionnel, peu accueillant et donne parfois l’impression d’attendre un pourboire avant de rendre service. Certains employés traitent les clients différemment selon leur apparence. Le petit-déjeuner est décevant, avec peu de choix et une mauvaise organisation. Le spa est une véritable déception : prestations de faible qualité, personnel peu qualifié et aucune sensation de bien-être. Le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais et je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

The downside was the beach towel system. Getting a towel was surprisingly complicated—you had to pay a deposit to get a towel card and towels weren’t always available. Honestly, the process felt more complicated than booking a room at the hotel.

First of all big thanks and compliments for the girls and cheaf who works at the reception, they were very professional, responsable, kind and polite. Thanks to them and all personnel in hotel we enjoy our stay. Hotel has very beautiful beach, with clean see, see breeze, restaurant with beautiful terrasse and see view, so our meals with delicious and fresh food were realy enjoyable. Modern swimming pool where we practice aquagym with Mohamed and Aladin-excellent exercises. The hammam and massage were also very good for relaxation. Great vibes, amazing beach, and the best entertainment team! We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hammamet! The absolute highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team — a huge shoutout to Sofiene and Aladin, who created such a fun and lively atmosphere every single day. Their energy is contagious, they genuinely care about the guests, and they turned ordinary days into great memories. These two deserve real recognition! The beach is simply incredible — soft sand, clear water, one of the best we've experienced in Tunisia. The drinks were good and the bar service kept us happy all day. Food was okay overall, with enough variety to find something for everyone. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday, and thanks to the beach, the drinks, and especially Sofiene and Aladin, we'd happily come back!

Camera ampia, colazione piuttosto varia, bella piscina all'aperto. Personale attento e disponibile.

Condizioni generali dell'hotel non eccezionali. Tranne la hall, il resto sembra tutto piuttosto datato (esempio moquette nei corridoi scolorita, solo 2 ascensori lenti nella zona hall, niente per le stanze più decentrate. Mare decente, ma dopo una sera di pioggia, i giorni successivi la spiaggia non emanava un gran odore. Forse sistema fognario inadeguato? Non c'è praticantemente niente nei dintorni. Tranne un paio di locali vicini, nell'arco di 20/30 minuti a piedi non c'è altro (è vero che i taxi non sono particolarmente costosi)

Beach is amazing, no crowds, great access, clean, sea a bliss. SPA is FANTASTIC! Hotel is pbviously getting old but ot has fantastic bones. If you have hammam treatment you will see the glamour it once had. Its adult orientated facility, great views, good service.

The hotel is getting old so you can smell damp in the room. That can be said for everything so if you are expecting Egypt style 100 stars not here.

The behaviour of the staff, the entire service quality was very bad. The room was very dirty not cleaned. They did not clean the shower at all. We had to beg for an iron for 2 days. Kids were screaming and running around everywhere in the hotel. It is not worth the money we paid at all! The staff was trying to mess us over multiple times with the prives just because they saw I was European however they said a different price to the people I was with (who were Tunisian).

Der Lift ist so klein für so eine große Hotel und schlecht kombiniert zwischen die Etagen. Beispiel. Du verlangst, dass er kommt um vierte Stock. Zuerst muss er nach null Fahrern bis er wieder Stock pro Stock und zurück!! die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war nicht top mit dieser Hitze.!!

This is the second time within one year that I spend more than a week with my wife at Radisson Blu, Hammamet, and this time starting from the 22 June until the 3rd of July. I am a frequent traveller and lived in a lot of 5-star hotels, but this was one of the best hotels in Tunisia I have stayed in so far. The three basic requirements for a tourist are beyond expectation: clean rooms, nice food and marvellous beach. We were offered a “superior room”, with a huge and lovely balcony and a fantastic swimming pool and sea views. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large bathroom, slippers & bath robes, ample wardrobe space for all our belongings, and modern conveniences like a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and climate-controlled air conditioning. Food, well cooked and some of it manually in front of you, is tasty and delicious, with quiet a good variety, something to suit all tastes (although, it caters more to Mediterranean tastes). I personally made a cure of fish and seafood. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds under the shadow, and the two pools (one indoor and one outdoor) are lovely too. In my opinion, the success of the Radisson Blu is due to the fact that the staff (from receptionists, porters, waiters, “cuisiniers”, housekeepers, gardeners, pool boys to the animation team) is working with dexterity and acting very friendly (You may tip them, but you don't feel as if you have to), chief among them the duty manager, Mr. Maher, in a clean dress and with a smiling face, is always at the hotel monitoring and following-up the staff with his attention to detail and emphasis on meeting guests requirements, the young Guest Relations officer Ms Islem, the housekeeper Ms. Soulef, and the waiter Attia. What these employees share in common I am amazed with are their welcoming smiling faces and predisposition to assist without delay! All this without missing to mention the two ladies, Ms Dhabia and Chiraz from Tunisie Promo, who processed professionally our reservation. Thus, I highly recommend this luxury hotel that offer a very appealing ‘Sejour’ for travellers who are simply searching for some quite place and mental respite.

Pas beaucoup de choix côté nourriture. Ne propose pas de pension all inclusive et meme la pension complète que j'ai demandé à en bénéficier ne vaut pas le coup. Prix des boissons très élevés par rapport aux autres hotels. Quelques membres du personnel m'ont embêter à plusieurs reprises pendant les repas pour des boissons que j'ai commandées et nous ont embêter par téléphone pour libérer les chambres alors qu'ils n'avaient pas beaucoup de monde à l'hotel.

Frühstück war einfach schlecht, der Käse oder die Wurst waren nicht gekühlt. Das Brot viel zu trocken. Die Tische waren nicht sauber. Das Personal war einfach unfreundlich und nicht organisiert zum Teil überfordert. Der Strand ist nicht sauber, auch die Wasserqualität ist nicht in Ordnung. Als Tourist würde ich mir zwei, dreimal überlegen, ob ich dort Urlaub machen soll. Die Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung, gereinigt wurde jeden Tag... das war ok.

Hi han detalls a l'habitació que fan pensar en la necessitat de fer petites reformes, tot i que en general és un lloc confortable. El check-in va ser una mica impersonal, es nota que passa molt turista per allà.

Cet hôtel est plutôt agréable, mais pour un 5 étoiles, il est un peu vétuste. Le personnel à l'entrée du parking est exceptionnel. Ils sont tous extrêmement polis et bienveillants Le personnel de chambre, la restauration, la plage, ils sont tous très accueillants, bienveillants, respectueux. L'accès à la plage avec plusieurs transats est agréable.

Il y a eu une situation inacceptable !!! la façon honteuse dont la direction s'est pliée face a une soit disant "instagrameuse" !!! Elle était odieuse avec le personnel a l'entrée de l'hôtel, il a suffit qu'elle fasse une story sur Instagram, pour que la direction vienne s'excuser et lui offrir un dîner !! J'espère que le personnel n'a pas été sanctionné ? Dans quel monde vit-on ? Elle est venue nous déranger avec son langage grossier et irrespectueux des autres clients et on lui déroule le tapis rouge !! Et pourtant elle n'a séjournée qu'une nuit. Face à nous qui avons séjourné 1 semaine et aux autres clients. La valeur des gens se mesure par du vide (Instagram) et non l'éducation et une vraie profession selon le Radisson Blu.... c'est bien dommage !!

good with a decent variety, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The animation team did a great job, especially Sofiene and Mostafa. They were always positive and made the activities enjoyable. We really liked playing water polo and joining the aqua gym sessions with them. Overall, we had a good holiday and would recommend this hotel.

Our stay was simply outstanding. The greatest asset of this hotel is its incredible team. From the reception staff to housekeeping, the beach attendants, and every member of the restaurant team—from breakfast and the pool bar to the evening bar—we were always welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional kindness. It is rare to find a hotel where every single member of staff is so professional, attentive, and sincerely committed to making guests feel welcome. Their warmth and authenticity made our holiday truly special. The facilities, location, and overall service are excellent, but it is the people who make this hotel unforgettable. C'était encore mieux que ce que j'espérais ! Les chambres sont très propres. Je vous conseille de prendre une chambre avec vue sur la mer : la vue est tout simplement incroyable. La nourriture est très variée et délicieuse. Vous avez accès à tout : piscines intérieure et extérieure, plage... Tout est à proximité. Un séjour parfait, je recommande sans hésiter !
