1) As I checked in I was told there would be no hot water, electricity, internet, a/c or lighting in my room from 11pm - 4am. This was due to maintenance of the property. 2) The W.C was not clean with visible dirt on the cistern.

Location on Orchard road is great

Bit run down and tired, a mission to get there up two very slow lifts and the breakfast was terrible . Felt like a cheap cafeteria. Would expect more from this brand

the property is a bit tired and in need of renovation. The bath tub is very high to climb over. a walk in shower would be much better.

Amazing staff, so helpful & caring especially with my husband having a disability. Staff came with a wheelchair on arrival. Room very spacious & spotless with an adapted, accessible bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool was a welcome relief after a day out sightseeing with Michael, a wonderful lifeguard. So easy to find your way around with Somerset MRT station below the hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Teppiche im Zimmer, und wenn man nach 23:00 Uhr von der MRT zum Hotelzimmer schlecht beschildert, waren viele Gäste die nicht wussten wohin...

Top Lage an U-Bahn, perfekt für einen Trip nach Singapur. Bester Blick aus dem Pool über die Skyline

Es ist alles super sauber, es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Metro und zur Stadt. Das Frühstück bietet reichlich Auswahl und ist gut an Qualität. Am Dach gibt es einen großen Pool mit herrlichem Ausblick über die Skyline. Das Clubzimmer ist traumhaft und an Ausblick kaum zu übertreffen.

Ab 22:00 ist der Lift zum Hotel schwierig zu finden.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet eine ideale Ausgangslage, um Singapur zu erkunden. Mit der MRT erreicht man die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind für ein Stadthotel gut ausgestattet, angenehm und ausreichend gross. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Singapur lässt es sich wunderbar am Pool entspannen und erholen. Auch das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen und bietet eine schöne Auswahl für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Singapur bestens empfehlen.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Anzahl der Liegen am Pool – hier dürften gerne etwas mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Auch die Musik im Poolbereich könnte etwas leiser sein, um die entspannte Atmosphäre noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Beim Frühstücksbuffet empfanden wir den Geräuschpegel ebenfalls als recht hoch. Insgesamt sind dies jedoch nur kleinere Punkte, die unseren ansonsten sehr positiven Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt haben.

Top Lage - überragender Pool

Breakfast buffet was amazing with huge variety. Sometimes there was a line to get in, but we never waited longer than 10 minutes. Close to shops and the metro. We had a late flight and were able to get a late checkout and then were allowed to stay in the lobby and pool area until we had to leave.

A bit far from the centre, but easy to get everywhere on the metro.

Staff exceptional-clean comfortable facilities

When I arrived everyone was lovely. My room had a complimentary upgrade and I couldn't have wished for a better room. It was spacious and clean. There were many thoughtful surprises like the complimentary toiletries. The whole room layout was excellent.

At the pool during the day I thought the music was a bit too loud and 'bouncy' with a loud underlying bass. Something cheerful and discrete would have been better.

The hotel staff is kind and friendly, the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean. The location is perfect!

Nessuno ti aiuta con i bagagli, l hotel si trova al decimo piano di un centro commerciale. La piscina è molto grande e molto bella, peccato facciano entrare esterni, inaccettabile, visto che poi non ci sono abbastanza lettini per tutti. È sempre molto affollata. Le persone lasciano lì le proprie asciugamani e le proprie cose andando anche in camera e tornando dopo ore. Palestra piccola. Sul rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo, da un quattro stelle mi aspetto di più.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall which is great especially when traveling with kids. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.

I can hear my neighbor room's TV at night.

This hotel is perfect and much more. I would like to rank it more than 10.

The hotel was very central for Singapore, Orchard Road, and close to many venues, such as Gardens by the Bay and many retail outlets. The restaurant buffet offered great choice and was convenient but was rather pricey.

​Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au JEN Singapore Orchardgateway. C'est un hôtel très bien entretenu et particulièrement confortable, où l'on se sent tout de suite bien. ​Son plus grand atout reste son emplacement : il est situé juste au-dessus d'un centre commercial et de la station de métro Somerset, ce qui rend les déplacements et le shopping extrêmement pratiques au quotidien.

Les trasants de la piscine sont très inconfortables

jen orchard gateway is a great location, central to everywhere you want to get to. It was clean and spacious with everything you would want in a facility of this nature. The staff were brilliant and amazingly helpful.

The breakfast: there was loads of choice but it was all a bit limp. Maybe do less and do it better.

We like the swimming pool, the breakfast and the locations. The room had all we needed

Mes enfants suivis par le maître nageur qui les sifflait toutes les 10 secondes pour je ne sais quelle crainte. Ce qui par ailleurs a tendance à agacer quand on se repose au bord de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner avec un bruit et une musique inutile. Je demande de baisser car on ne s entend pas et le personnel ne comprend même pas la question. Bref déception

Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und vom Pool ist großartig. Das Frühstück ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Als es unserem Sohn am Abreisetag nicht gut ging bekamen wir kostenlos einen späteren Check-out und es wurde sofort Hilfe angeboten. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

It’s my second time at the is beautiful hotel and has a gym and a pool which I used and loved

We love staying here when we come to Singapore. The location is excellent and the rooftop is always a breathtaking view across the city. We celebrated our anniversary while at the Jen and the staff were excellent in ensuring we had a truly memorable stay. We will be back!

Prices for drinks at Trippi can be rather extortionate compared to other venues nearby and seemed to be increased on national day. Jen should consider some form of subsidy for guests staying at the hotel.
