Reviewed Aug 31, 2026We were robbed by a sticky handed cleaner during what the supposedly call a "verification check" strangely arranged pre checkout. Which was an odd claim since some of the fixtures were falling apart in the shower stall and there was dirty laundry from a previous guest left in the room when we arrived. So, if random checks was an actual practice the room should have been pristine when we got there. It seemed to be a set up by the staff as there were only two rooms specifically targeted, the rooms of the two people who did the check in for the group. The staff was very nonchalant about it when it was reported and were laughing when we were leaving.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026That no one tells you that you need your room key to operate the time elevator. When I booked online I asked for an extra bed and was later told via email that we couldn't be accommodated with the request, yet someone checked about an hour after us and they were accommodated with the extra bed, which is ridiculous! Keep in mind I checked in at night and the other party had made no previous reservation, yet they got the extra bed! Also the parking area entrance and exit has low clearance, which is a problem if your pickup is high. Also you are not allowed to eat chips or drinks and foods by the pool which are from outside the hotel, ridiculous! Especially since kids are always snacking. Wasn't all great of an experience as I had expected.

Me gusto que uno puede contactar por whatsapp a recepción. El agua de la alberca estaba transparente, muy limpias. Muchas felicidades a todo el staff :)

Falta mantenimiento al área de la alberca. Las bebidas y alimentos tienen un costo muy alto para la calidad que ofrecen. La habitación olía a drenaje. No hay personal que te apoye con las maletas.

It needs maintenance. The room smells of damp a lot, it is very stuffy There is a lovely swimming pool in the hotel, however, there is nowhere to hang swimsuits in the room. They were still soaking wet the morning after Food very expensive, I would have eaten there if the prices were more reasonable

Too much people at the pool. They had a day pass which ends at 6 pm but they passed the time. I couldnt enjoy the pool nor relax. They were noisy and lots of kids screaming and jumping in the pool. Gave my complaint to the staff but said it was manager friends abd that they could have styedas long as they wanted cause it was out if their control. It the they pass is over I think they should leave and let paying guests enjoy the facility. I always choose this hotel cause of the comfort but this time i couldnt relax at all. They need to address the issue or they will loose customers.

La puerta de la regadera del baño, es bonita pero las bissbras que sostienen el cristal, no está en buen estado y al abrirla sonaba como si se rompiera el Cristal. Eso genera estrés.

The room was booked for two people. Only one cup and one glass provided. Our first visit I requested a second cup. This time too tired to bother. Offer tea too, not just coffee for in room machine. Not enough plugs for charging. Only conventional plugs no USB type. This is a big disappointment. No face cloth. Hand towel and bath towel yes.

The windows weren't sealed so in the bad weather that wasn't ideal, but easily fixable surely.

The elevators being controlled by the room cards was confusing and no staff explained it to us. My husband ended up stuck and having to walk down two flights of stairs.

6 월 초에 밖의 온도가 32 도 체감온도는 35-36 도 목이 타 들어가는데 이렇게 큰 호텔에 냉장고가 없어서 , 더운 물을 마시고 너무 짜증났습니다 . 에어컨도 너무 약해서 방이 시원해 지는데 3 시간이 걸리고 그것도 약하게 나왔습니다 . 비수기라 수영장을 물을 빨리 갈지 않아서 너무 드러웠습니다. 매니저가 누구인지 정말 체크를 하는지 의심 스러웠습니다 . 가격대비 형편 없는 관리였습니다

THE POOL. If we knew it would not have been clean to swim in, we would have booked somewhere else. Highly disappointed.

On your website it states they have 24hr shuttle but they don't. The hotel never picked up when we called them to pick us up from the airport. When we checked in they said the shuttle only worked from 8am to 3pm. Which didn't work with our time either for our return flight. Disappointing because this was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The price was not worth the room felt and smelled dirty.
