LEX Tourist Hotel

今年3回目の利用です。受付の方の感じがよく部屋も清潔です。明洞などへ各方面への地下鉄アクセスがホテルの左右に駅が徒歩圏内にあるため江南ですが便利です。6階以上を希望していましたが事前回答では確約は出来ないけど出来るだけ希望にそうようします。と言われていましたが希望通りにしてくれました。 Netflixが自分のアカウントで室内テレビで見られます！テレビが大きくなって見やすいです。

特にありません。 良くない点ではありませんがクラブが地下にあるので多少音漏れがありますが私は毎回気になりません。

Удобное расположение. Близко к метро, рядом много мест где можно поесть, продуктовые магазины и не только. Доброжелательный персонал.

Как многие писали ранее, в ванной комнате душ никак не отделён, даже шторкой. Из-за этого, пол в ванной постоянно мокрый и неудивительно, что там будет плесень. Кондиционер. То, что он есть - очень хорошо и он спасал нас в жару, однако, приходилось терпеть неприятный запах, который появлялся после того как этот кондиционер включался. Скорее всего, фильтры кондиционеров чистят достаточно редко. Отсутствие прачечной. Да, нам никто её и не обещал, но в многоэтажном отеле, гостям было бы намного удобнее, даже и за дополнительную плату, постирать свои вещи. Уборка. Мы не пользовались услугами уборки, потому что уборка в отеле проводится только в 9 утра. Таким образом, нам либо нужно было бы просыпаться раньше и уходить из номера, чтобы не мешать уборщице, либо опять же просыпаться раньше, чтобы впустить уборщицу и не спать пока она убирается.

I would stay again at Lex tourist hotel. Very clean and kind front counter lady. . And everything is good.

Just that its in between station. Thus kinda a little walk here n there. And wish the hotel have laundry service too.

交通便捷，出地铁没有多久就到了。楼下就有便利店，房间大干净，香香的，客房打扫也及时，选择首尔想住江南区的可以选择。

Loved the service staff - always a smiley lady receptionist although limited language capability with the gentlemen. The room was great - spacious and they gave us 3 fresh bottles of water everyday! Toilet was also big! Location is also good, within short distance to the train station on both sides of the hotel. There are some good eateries around the area and a convenient mart right next to Lex hotel.

The shower has no shower curtains so the floor got very wet no matter how we tried not to get the sink area wet. Only paper cups (almost shot size!) are found in the room. Would have been good to have some proper cups for our tea and coffee. Dustbin openings are tiny (haha!!) - not sure why that is the case!

Location was great

It’s dated, noisy but I was located in front of the elevator as well as overall space being lit with harsh lighting. It was a good basic hotel for the area. The staff female at door was really nice and helpful.

玄関靴脱ぐスタイルがとてもよかったです。 清潔感あるし、水もサービスだし、めちゃくちゃよかった。 また機会あればまた是非使いたいです。

周邊環境

仁川空港のリムジンバス降り場、乗り場からほど近いです。 また地下鉄シンサ駅にも近くてとても便利なロケーションです。

お部屋にコンセントはたくさんありますが、韓国のコンセントなので日本のコンセントを使用するにはアダプターが必要です。 またiPhone 充電のためのUSBアウトレットが有ればよりべんかなと思います。

인근 숙소에 비해 넓고 리모델링 했는지 깨끗합니다 tv도 크고 바닥이 온돌로 뜨끈해서 좋았어요 대로변에 있어 지하철 버스 이용하기 좋고 카페, 맛집들도 많아 편리했습니다

프라이빗 라운지 때문에 밤 11시부터 시끄러워지는데 예민한 분들은 잠들기 힘들수도 있을거 같아요

駅近でロケーションが良かった。室内の清掃も行き届いているし、歯ブラシやお水などのアメニティが充実しているのが本当に助かりました！

Could not control our heater as i wished as the heater was controlled by the facility directly Was freezing at nighttime and we had to wear more clothes to be able to sleep. Seoul was not really cold when I visited and stayed at this hotel. I don’t know if the room is warm enough during peak winter period when Korea’s temperature can drop to minus 20 Celsius

Kspoドームでのライズ時に利用したが、アクセスが良く便利だった。また騒音は思いの外気にならなかった。部屋も広く快適だった。接客はもちろんかもなく不可もなくという感じだった。

備え付けのバスローブはかなりくたびれ使用感が出ており、使用するのを躊躇うほどだった。

立地良し。地下鉄、バス停に近い。コンビニ、カフェ、食べ物屋さんがたくさんある。 お部屋も広く、掃除も行き届いている。水回りも含めてとても清潔。 フロントの女性一人だけ感じか良い。

クラブがあると知っていたから、ある程度の騒音は覚悟していたが、カラオケの音がとにかく酷かった。朝まで全く眠れなかった。 それと、禁煙と聞いていたが、夜中になるとどこからともなくタバコの匂いが漂ってきた。 ドライヤーは温風にならず、冷風のみだった。 肌管理の為の渡韓で2泊だけだったので、我慢したが、観光だったら絶対ホテル変えてた。 また、4階だったので余計うるさかったかもしれないが、シニア・お子様連れにはお勧め出来ないホテル。

住宿地點方便,交通方便,離地鐵和閙區不遠

二樓是卡拉OK,入住時被安排在四樓,櫃枱告知因為二樓有卡拉OK,所以會較吵,實在沒想到入住是週一和週二平日的二晚,每天晚上都會高歌和重低音舞曲到凌晨4:00,戴著耳塞也無法入眠,也無法換房間.嚴重影嚮睡眠

This hotel was such a great find and exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable—steps from the metro and with a convenience store right at the entrance. When I arrived earlier than check-in time, the staff offered to hold my luggage, which was already very kind. They then surprised me by letting me check in early, which I really appreciated and thought was so sweet of them. The room itself was clean and exactly like the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! Dare I say the best place I’ve slept in so far while traveling in Korea. Everything about the stay went smoothly, and I felt relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I truly loved my stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. This hotel has officially become my go-to, and I plan on staying here every time I return.

There was nothing I didn’t like! I did travel with a friend who had a room on another floor- she said she could hear the music from the club below or someone else’s room. She was on the 4th floor while I was on the 5th. Ive seen reviews of others saying the same, but I didn’t hear anything from my experience. Just a mention- but even if I did hear music, it wouldn’t beat how great of a stay it is here.

L'hôtel est vraiment sympa, les chambres spacieuses et c'est très agréable d'avoir un réceptionniste présent de jour comme de nuit, surtout quand on est une femme voyageant seule. Tout correspond aux photos, c'est très propre. Quelques commerces appréciable, supérette, café, restaurant, Olive Young

C'est dans une avenue un peu passante, donc c'est vrai qu'il y a toujours du bruit notamment de voitures, mais une fois les fenêtres fermées c'est tout à fait correct. C'est un peu éloigné (minimum 25 min de bus) des points d'intérêt, mais en revanche très bien desservi puisque les arrêts de bus sont justes en bas de l'hôtel.

Location was close to the subway and bus station. Room size was nice and comfortable. It had a mini fridge with a couple of free bottled waters. Convenient store right next door to the lobby. Close to a bunch of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love that check out was at 12 pm and not 11 am like most of the hotels.

空港からのリムジンバスの停留所が目の前、メトロ新沙の駅も直ぐ近く、何処に行くにも良い所でした。 7階で口コミに有ったクラブの音も気にならなかった。

普通のホテルは掃除は要りません、の札なのに、このホテルは掃除をして欲しい時にノブに、掃除して下さい、の札を掛けないとタオルもそのままでした。 そのシステムが分かっていれば問題ないので口コミで皆さんにお伝えくだい。

早めに予約したので、すごく安くかったです！ 受付のお姉さんがとても優しくていつも笑顔で癒されました！ 電子レンジの使い方とかも教えてくれました。 困った時はLINEで日本語で相談できるので、ありがたかったです。 連泊の方への掃除もして欲しい時のみ受付でチェックするタイプでした。

事前に知ってたのですが、下がクラブなので少し音が漏れて聞こえます。日曜日〜金曜日朝までの宿泊で５階に泊まりましたが少し聞こえました。 疲れてたので、音はあんまり気にせず寝れました！

親切なスタッフ２人不親切なスタッフ1人に当たりました夜ヤンニョンチキンが食べた胃と思っていたので尋ねると大丈夫ですよと優しく答えてくれたり近くに美味しいお店の紹介もしてくれました 帰りの朝スタッフは女性でタクシーも呼んでくださり助かりました

スタッフの一人がとても不親切でした彼は夜から朝方までのバイトのようでした 夜ヤンニョンチキンが配達可能と聞いていたので頼んだ所色々なお店のコピーした紙を渡されただけでした その中からヤンニョンチキン屋さんを見つけ電話して配達してもらい無事美味しいヤンニョンチキンを食べました 途中気になったのか部屋まで上がってくれてチキン屋さんの電話に出てくれてやり取りをしてくれたのは親切心もあったのかな？！とも思いましたがそれまでの対応は聞く耳を持たず無愛想な感じでいい気はしなかったです それと部屋の掃除に関してです 部屋の中には掃除して下さいとしなくても良いですとの札があり気が付かず（普通は部屋を掃除しないで下さいだけの札だけと思っていた）ドアに何もかけていない状態だったので夜帰ってみると朝のままでタオルもゴミもそのままでした ここのホテルは最初にホテルのラインかカカオトークでのやり取りが主流の様です スタッフと言葉が通じない為の様です 最初にホテルのチェックインの時にラインを登録して伝えたい事質問があればライン若しくはカカオトークでのやり取りがスムーズらしいです 私の友達は韓国語が話せる人も居たのですがそのスタッフだけは人の話を理解しようとしない態度で腹が立ちました 部屋の施設の中の装備がまちまちです 私の部屋にはベッドの脇に電源が有りましたが後の二つ部屋はありませんでした 他にも携帯の電源が一つの部屋しか有りませんでした ポットもひとつの部屋は壊れていました

Very clean wood interior

It was easily accessible and smelled nice right when you got in. Staff was helpful and very kind (especially the lady!). It wasn't super noisy from our room so we were able to rest and enjoy the comfy beds. The room was spacious and nice for 1 night. Bonus, 5m walk to the station and 2m to the bus stop!

Bathroom didn't have a curtain.... like most Korean affordable hotels but still, would be nice, to keep the space clean for everybody. TV is confusing to use if you don't speak.

Hotel above a night club, which we were already aware of after ready other reviews. It didn't bother us too much because we were there for only one night. We were there during a week day, on the 5th level and could still hear the music. Bathroom was pretty small. The door opened nearly touching the toilet bowl.

広くて清潔なホテルで日本語が話せるスタッフもいます。 近くにスタバ、コンビニ、オリヤンもあり駅からも近いです。 スタッフは優しい方で空港までのバスも出ています。 下がクラブとのことで騒音が心配でしたが泊まった部屋が8階だったのもあるのか全く気になりませんでした。バスローブ、歯ブラシ、シャンプーリンスボディソープ類のアメニティも一通り揃っています。

とても清潔感があり立地も良くこの値段で泊まれるのはとてもコスパが良いと感じました。スタッフもフレンドリーで優しく、困った事があるとすぐに対応してくれます。クラブの騒音に関しては上のほうの階だったので若干重低音が聞こえるかな？というくらいで全然気にならず快適に眠れました！

暑くてクーラーをつけたら水漏れが発生してしまい、机の上が水浸しになりました。

離地鐵新沙3號出口步行2-3分鍾非常近樓下有超商很方便去機場6009巴士也在住宿樓下附近搭車很方便

ㄧ進房間冷氣完全不涼廁所盡然有男生內褲好惡心⋯⋯冷氣搞半天完全都是送風室內溫度28度快熱死🥵請櫃檯人員來維修也弄不好只給我一句它已經壞掉了沒辦法、我說那換別房間給我、他說客滿了，只拿電風扇叫我們勉強吹，到了晚上我實在熱到快中暑、再次請工作人員來換房，終於換一個晚班的小哥哥很親切幫我們換新的房間跟我們、終於有冷氣我們終於可以好好睡覺💤

シンサ駅から近く 部屋が広くダイニングテーブルは嬉しい。 風呂も水はけ良かった。

これは私が知らなかっただけだが 掃除やタオルリクエストが最後その日にわかった残念でした。

シャワーの水圧が弱すぎる。 ロングヘアの方は大変だと思います。 電気交換がされてなく暗い部分もありました。 騒音に関しては最上階でも聞こえますが最初に騒音についてはフロントから案内されていたので気になりませんでした。

Big room

It is a nightclub on the bottom floor. That information should be in the information when you book. From thur-sun music is playing until 9am. The bathroom doesn’t have shower curtains. It smelled a bit funky.
