That they are always obliging and helpfully - place is warm and cozy. Very clean.

Customer service was great and check in and check out process was very quick and easy

We found mould pink and black mound in the bathroom and when the spa bath was turned on, brown bits went into the water from the jets. Could also feel the springs in the bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on

Tidy, clean, easy to find

I love this accommodation and this was my 2nd visit. At reception hotel recognised us which made special for me.

Friendly & Decent Spa Bath.

Carpets much need of a decent clean; suggest deploying regular carpet cleaning schedule as they did not appear to have been cleaned in a long while.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Great location and free car parking.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and tidy.

Clean and tidy, location was great

The king bed was 2 beds pushed together so we could feel middle of the bed. Was still ok

Staff were awesome. Room was lovely and warm. Exceptionally clean.

We return often as it's a lovely place to stay and offers cooking and somewhere to sit and not just the beds to sit on, along with a table and chairs.

Nothing

Clean quiet close to restaurants

Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Close enough to city centre.

Nothing

Met all our needs

Comfortable and clean, friendly helpful staff

TV kept cut off

Nice place for the cost loved the Jacuzzi

More real coffee only one sachet for one cup and more milk

The spa bath

The parking space is a joke should be allocated numbers to there room as to what park you get, normally when you put two single beds together you zip them together so it’s tight as you don’t get stuck in between mattresses

Lovely staff

Great location with parking, comfortable room and great shower

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient, and overall it was excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Nothing to fault during our stay. Everything met our expectations.

Great location – we walking into our conference each day and there was a grocery store only a few minutes away. The room was clean and tidy. That staff were friendly. The off street car parking was excellent.

Needed some maintenance – a couple of small things like the door stop needing repair. My colleague would have liked more coffee provided (there was a lot of tea though).

Not. Good

It’s not good worth with money

So very clean every time I’ve stayed here been back here over 10 times very nice people always smile .welcome you every time will be back.

Really warm..comfortable bed..handy

Location to the city

Very small carpark

The property was warm clean and very comfortable.

We stayed in room 14 and the road noise was horrific, you could hear the traffic lights going off constantly. And the TV works but wouldn’t pick up service so we ended up watching stuff on our phone for a few hrs. Which wasn’t great.

Bed really comfortable

Lovely unit, so beautifully decorated Comfy bed and Lovely toiletries Special thanks to the lovely host who dried our washing in her personal dryer 😀 Handy location

When I asked they said they didn’t provide breakfast

The breakfast option haha there was none

Management are very good.

Car parking very tight.

This hotel was even better than I expected! The rooms were really clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The receptionist was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is amazing because it’s right in the middle of the city centre, so it was really easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and other places. We had a great stay, and I would definitely come back again. I would give it 5 stars!

having a bigger wardrobe for clothes, especially if you’re staying for a few days. Other than that, everything was great!

Clean and nice

Everything

Friendly staff, clean and cosy rooms, great value for $$

The room setting is spacious.

Location was great for walking to the park and there was nearby food options as I was travelling without a car.

Very convenient as not far to the city centre.

The parking. When it is full, it is very tight to get into a parking spot. The way others park does not make it easy either.

Location was convenient for us to get to places we needed to go.The room was lovely and warm on my arrival in the evening. The room had ample space and seating to have family visit.Clean room makes a great stay.

Easy to find, staff were kind and very helpful.

Parking was tight if you have a slightly bigger vehicle.
