Closed pool until 7……please open earlier. Yes pool should be open at 5 or 6 am only for business people,, couples or singles absolutely no kids under 21 years old until 8:30 am . We understand ….Parents don’t supervise. Noisy we get it!

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Stayed one night before early flight. Room was comfortable and 10 minutes from the airport. Hotel has a 24 hr shuttle to the terminal. We arranged for a 3.00am shuttle. Very convenient and easy. Hotel had rics restaurant. I thought food was expensive but ok quality

But we were in a south face room with a road sided it. That road turned out to be very busy from very early morning. So if you stay request a room on the north side.

The wait staff was very friendly both in the evening and morning. Every thing was clean and fresh smelling. Housekeeping was very quick to respond to our request for extra towels and coffee cup for the third person in our party.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025On August.9th checked in and room 207 was a brothel of room. I had a child in my room woke up from extremely loud female noise. It was horrible and very inappropriate especially for a kid to hear. It was from midnight to 8am and it feels like some sort of prostitution going on in the room.

We included our pet on the adventure and it was so nice to enter a room that did not smell like a large amount of pets had stayed prior to us. Even my mother in-law (who is very particular) made a comment how clean the room not only looked but also smelled. The cleaning staff have done a phenomenal job!
