Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Edmonton Airport Conference Centre by IHG

All good

Stairs are hazardous, Need a common area other than the check in for later flights when you have to check out and wait In the very small boring lobby. A.quiet place to read or make phone calls would be excellent.

Very clean. Friendly staff and location to Airport

Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites near the Edmonton Airport was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly. The location is also very convenient, particularly if you’re travelling through the airport.

The biggest disappointment was breakfast. For a hotel of this type, we found the breakfast to be below average in both quality and selection, and it was even more disappointing that breakfast costs extra. With so many comparable hotels in the area including a good hot breakfast in the room rate, paying additional money for a breakfast that wasn’t particularly impressive really hurt the overall value of the stay. Other guests have raised similar concerns about breakfast not being included and the value of the restaurant.

Having a pool and restaurant on location was great for us since we were traveling with young children

Location

Bathroom toilet plugged 2 days in a row. 4 times. Maintenance came. But it never worked properly

Free toiletries and good soap

Everything

Staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

Clean environment, great stuff and shout out to the guys serving at the Buffett area.

I loved the property

Clean , friendly staff and good restaurant onsite

Close to airport with airport shuttle. Comfortable rooms.

Very convenient, affordable and great food.

Air con was very loud

Booking key getting cancelled so I booked again, don’t get a confirmation so I booked at another hotel. After the confirmation came from the other hotel, THEN I got a confirmation for this hotel. So never checked in, and booking processes are horrendous.

Lack of communication.

Close to the Edmonton Airport, comfortable bed.

It was all good!

Train you listened to all night

Very friendly, clean, food was fantastic, prices were amazing, and location is perfect for airport access.

No coffee bar in main lobby area, but the restaurant staff were quick to grab us some extra coffees at no charge.

Room was noisy from rooftop heating.

- Close to the airport - Friendly staff - Big rooms - Comfy beds

The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Bathroom was plugged moved rooms .. noisy in middle of bight

Alright rooms but small pillows. Lots of street people near but security seems on top of everything.

Clean room for a quick sleep before connecting flight

Loved our stay! Modern clean rooms, friendly staff! Amazing!

Clean, quiet, and secure parking.

Very clean stay

Was quiet and clean. Staff was polite. Close to the outlet mall and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby.

Amazing rooms comfortable other than the train going by in the night perfect. At least hotel offers war plugs as they know they can’t stop the train so why not stop the noise. Great work

Very clean loved the walk in showers.

Great choice for a quick stay. Easy location for the airport.

I absolutely love the sheets. They are the softest of any hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Rooms were spacious, suites Breakfast was good

The room was really, bed was comfortable. Check in and check out were very fast.

It was a nice stay. Pillows weren't very good though, one of the beds was springy. Also, breakfast should be included.

Friendly and accommodating staff, price was great and parking was free and spacious

We checked in at late night and requested for shuttle booking at 8 pm and then subsequently requested to change to 8.30pm. This request was not recorded and as a result we have to remind and request to front person to arrange for shuttle - we may have missed our flight. Careless attitude. Secondly - I specifically asked about our breakfast . I was told it is not included in price. I did not remember it - option selected at the time of booking. next day morning - front staff told us at 8.28 - that we have not used our breakfast coupen. I was told to pick up something in 2 minutes as shuttle was about to leave. I was with a small child of 3 years and have to leave for morning flight with hungry child - that too after paying the price for the breakfast . This was terrible experience in Hoilday Inn.

Closeness to the airport, and it has a restaurant on site and a shuttle.

I was not bothered by it at all the location was great for me. The area is industrial and

Staff was amazing

Rooms were comfy and the service was polite.

The only thing that upset us was thw info was incorrect. The hotel had pictures of a water slide at pool and a breakfast included. We'll that was the other holiday inn next door and I couldn't switch hotels. Which made my 3 year upset because she was excited for the slide. And we couldn't even go use the pool. And was not paying 20.00 each for a breakfast. Continental breakfast is smarter

It was as expected.

Very impressed with how clean everything was and the beds were comfortable. I left the Hilton in Niagara and stayed here and me and my wife were more impressed with this place than Hilton.

Very clean and conveniently located a few minutes from Edmonton International airport.

Weird smell in the room and bathroom especially after turning the jacuzzi water on. Extremely loud at night from all the trains that go by. Got woken up multiple times. Weird grease-like substance running down the room door in multiple spots. Bottom of that same door on the right side was bent inwards a bit causing extra light to get into the room. Jacuzzi jets didn’t work.

Holiday Inn & Suites Edmonton airport was a very modern clean hotel. Free 24 hour shuttle on the half hour. Hotel looked new! A nice restaurant and bar on the first floor. A very good BBQ restaurant within an easy walk nearby. Rooms were very clean and comfy.

We were disappointed. One room was great. The other the night table and the larger table were sticky and dirty. We could wipe them off but the room when the air conditioner was off smelled like dead skunk or marijuana. Brought this to front desk attention and they said thanks they would clean it better for the next person. Should have offered a discount. Shame on them

It was ok. But there is no fan in the bathroom in the room. And the room windows do not open (which I think is a safety violation). But if u want a romantic weekend away…. Be prepared that there is no ventilation in the rooms. Also my bed was so uncomfortable. I think it needed a new base as it sagged in the middle

I recommend taking advantage of their $15 breakfast. It is very good and the staff is exceptional.

The hotel was close to the train tracks and the airport, so lots of noise.

Room was clean and close to the airport. Very accessible from the highway.

.

Close to the airport, and very clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Paid for bfast and was told on check in no bfats
