Beds super comfortable. Staff accommodating, rooms clean, breakfast good. Good pool.

Only one elevator in hotel

Room and a to go breakfast because I had a very early flight.

The wait for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a little longer than I would have liked. I waited close to 20 minutes.

The breakfast was awesome as it was included eggs,hash browns,pork sausage,yogurt,porridge,toast ,coffee, juice ..it was not a cheap continental breakfast!

Stained dirty carpets, layers of dirt and dust on the baseboards. Stained old mattresses, rollaway cot filthy rusty held together by an old plastic bag, Dust pouring out of the door where the AC was, old scratched furniture, stained and dirty, stained sticky old lamps, scratched up old bath tub.

Check in was easy and we booked a free transfer to the airport for the next morning which went smoothly. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning offered several options. The location of the hotel was ideal for getting to the airport early in the morning.

Good for an airport stay. Not much around. Basic room but serves its purpose as a stop over.

Front desk staff, not really in tune with my reservation . kind of evasive with the information that was on the file for the reservation . not that friendly . Pool was overcrowded , no towels , front desk staff just laughed when i asked for some towels .

Nice staff on front desk always eager to help. Spotlessly clean throughout. Handy to airport but getting to downtown without a car was a chore. Made a visit to Eclipse the in house restaurant and food was excellent with service average. Also went to the DEN Pub across the road on our second night and had a great meal and happy hour drinks. Would recommend to others to give it a go.....

Water consistently on floor at lift from bathers, H&S hazard. Breakfast was limited and don't like paper plates and wooden/plastic cutlery.

Dirty floors, obviously dusty and looks like very old carpets Bedsheets seems like not clean & fresh The elevator is not working, so we used stairs.

We stayed at this hotel for a ball tournament and it was extremely disappointing. Although the staff was friendly the hotel was extremely unkempt. Starting in the hallways…so many trash bags laying around with a strange odour. The entire hotel was in desperate need of a deep vacuum. The stairwells were dirty. Into the rooms, bathroom ceiling dripping water, and black mold growing from it. The drain was clogged and shower wasn’t draining. The bed frame and skirting were beyond disrepair and although the rooms had maid service each day the cracker that was laying on the floor when arrived was still there when we left. The hotel is beyond well loved and needs major repair and proper cleaning. Do not recommend.

Le service de navette à l'heure. Nous devions quitter à 5 hres am et on nous a préparé un petit sac à lunch pour déjeuner. Ce qui était génial Le personnel très sympathique et courtois.

Mon seul bémol serait de mentionner que le monsieur de la navette ,lui n'avait pas vraiment de façon...il était tôt,j'imagine qu'il était bien fatigué🙂

The airline lost my luggage, they brought it to the motel, and the staff didn't disturb me as I got in late, when I went to the front desk after I woke up, one of the staff members said we have your luggage

We had an early hour flight . Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Our shuttle to the airport was not booked . They did provide a taxi at no cost.

The carpet was very dirty and overall it needed an do over. Except for the beds. They were excellent as was the bedding.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient airport location, and an easy check-in/check-out process. The airport shuttle was also very helpful for an early flight.

The deposit refund took longer than expected to process. Other than that, no major concerns during my stay.

The cloths dryer was out of service but staff made arrangements with sister hotel accord the parking lot & I accomplished my task.

Elevator was broken and waiting to be repaired when we were there so we had to have our luggage carried upstairs by staff. The staff member was really superb and helped us make the best of a difficult situation

Personeel was excellent. We asked for a late check out due to our flight schedule in late afternoon and we were accomodated until 2pm check out with no extra cost. Very much appreciated travelling with 88 year old mother!

Overall I like and staff friendly but it is frustrating to get a response on we'll do better and while still here the shower for hot tub still is cold and still out of soap for that cold only shower. That's not really being better. Plus no bacon still and it even showcases bacon for the signage. I don't eat cheap fatty sausages! Quiet though but by luck as no loud rowdies by me! Hot tub I like. Staff I like.

Shuttle service to and from airport

Small bathroom, bad customer service, elevator not working had to carry 3 suitcases up the stairs to the 4th floor. Room had AC on in winter. Hard to get early check in.

Room was a nice size for two grandparents and 2 grandkids that won’t sleep in one bed. Kids had a ball in the pool!

The room was well equipped for the three of us, with enough room to move around without tripping over each other. It was clean and we were quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with good selection as well

The common areas, hallways, etc. some of the carpeting was loose and needs to be fixed, it is a tripping hazard.

Stayed there with my family the day before we fly back home. I chose this hotel because it is cloee to the airport, free breakfast and complimentary shuttle drop off to airport. It is only few min away from the outlet so we had a good last day at Edmonton. The room is standard size, it has everything we need for a short stay. The pool is nice with slide and hot sauna is available. Biggest turn off is the train horn at 2am or so. Hotel provided ear plugs and we knew it is not a good sign. We didnt use the ear plug as we can usually tolerate some noise during our sleep. However, the train didnt only pass by close to the hotel but it horned loud as well. Wife and I both got woke up, luckily our child did not. It is not really the hotel's fault but the location.

Edmonton - Holiday Inn - Express 1102- 4th Street Nisku, Alberta This Holiday Inn has been just lovely. Checking in was like being greeted by family. They knew my name already and knew that I had special room considerations with my allergies and they were constantly checking on me to make sure I was well taken care of. Very nice breakfast every morning and I would recommend this hotel for anyone with chemical sensitivities. Special shout out to Maria and Preet! Thank you ladies for your care and consideration. Oh, also appreciated airport shuttle. Couldn't find the courtesy phone but just called the hotel directly.

It would of been great if there was a bath tub. There was a black bug on the bath room floor, I am assuming it came from outside as we were on the main floor.

It was close to the airport and suited our needs, The room was quiet and clean. The included breakfast wasn't bad, there was a variety to chose from. Check in and out was fast and easy. There was an airport shuttle but we didn't need it.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and in the morning, we didn't like the coffee. If you wanted dinner, you had to walk to the other building next door.

The heater in our room was very loud. The sheets were so thin you could see through them.

Overnight airport layover. It was close, convenient and fast.

Could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and gym.

Front staff rude when I was surprised at cost of parking, went to speak with my husband if we should or go to next lot which was cheaper. We didn’t to pay the 9$ a night and when I went back to pay with another agent the other one was talking about me under her breath, not great customer service. Bagged breakfast of a apple and granola bar!
