Easy access and relatively quiet. Staff was new but friendly.

Housekeeping was lacking, new soap and shampoo was put in the room but the used products from the previous occupants were still in the shower. The tracks for the window in the bathroom were filthy. Parking was tight.

Right beside a main highway, very run down, took forever to get heat in the rooms. Booking. com gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars, I would rate it 2 out of 5.

Room service was non existent, and we expected garbage removal , towel replacements and room vacuuming at least once during our four day visit.

Location was fine but since we had vehicle problems would have liked a motel closer to restaurants. Not impress with the filth on outside, stairs to get to 2nd floor on outside was so dirty you had to watch where you put your feet. Inside could use a through cleaning but bathroom had new sink, toilet, and tub but walls were filthy.

It was nice to walk into a nice cool clean room. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The bed was made with fresh linen and it was a nice firm mattress to sleep on. It would have been perfect if they had firmer pillows.

There was no breakfast that I was aware of. Location was good right off of the main road that we were traveling on.

A little more attention could be made to maintenance in the room. There were blood stains on the sheets. The dirty plugged air conditioner filter was laying on top of the window valance. Water is dangerously hot.

The Motel was dirty and run down. The seating was filthy and looks like it was recovered from a dump as well as the furniture. Unless your desperate, font stay there.

Room was absolutely filthy! Floor was sticky, smelled horrible and mold in bathroom!

No breakfast was provided, location of the motel was good, close to "Tim's" and other restaurants. Parking was great right outside of room.

rooms could have been cleaner (floors were very dirty , not mopped), cigarette butts all over the parking lot in front of rooms, lawn chairs outside of rooms were old & dirty , garbage outside of one room not attended to and spilled out, staff just walked by it, No recycling bin for bottles & cans. Floors left my feet black, ice machine in office was extremely dirty. There was a plant growing out of the corner of the floor/wall in bathroom. Non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the office next door.

I liked that it was right off the highway with easy access to the airport

No shower towels, lots of dead bugs on the walls and the walls were not clean.

The heating/cooling system was very good. It was really hot in Cranbrook and I was able to cool the room to help me sleep. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel has been neglected and is in need of an overhaul. The grounds look feral, the stairs going up are terribly rusted with old peeling carpet. My room looked grungy and dirty with gouged walls and dirt on walls and doors. There was a desiccated insect of some kind stuck to the mattress. Most of the pillow cases and towels looked stained, so I wasn't sure if they were actually clean. The bathroom was okay but the tiles were cracked.

Room was clean, but it felt old and dated. The bedding could definitely do with an update, and there are random weeds coming through the flooring here and there.

The building was in poor condition the out side was poorly maintained, not very appealing. The pictures on your website were not at all what we saw when drove up to it. quite dissatisfied when booking a room when the pictures of the property are wrong. The pictures were taking a few years ago, I bet. It looks nothing like that now

The room was not clean. And it really needed some repairs. The motel looks neglected. The shelf in the bathroom was falling off.

It definitely could have been cleaner and repairs done.

It was really dirty. The bedding was stained. Grease on the walls. The kitchen utensils were poorly washed. The bathroom was gross. It smelled. Just yuck.

Room was dirty and un kept. Dead bugs and hair in the bathtub. Cigarette burns on the sheets.

We don't like to stay in the smoking room.

In all the motels we have stayed in, this is the only one that has provided two commodious easy chairs and still provided a chair to work at the desk. Best? Instead of scrambling under beds and behind furniture for plugs to connect all our hearing aids, phones, computers, air pump… There was a bar installed along the wall at the desk that we could use! Although an old motel it certainly did not look like it - absolutely new bathroom, painted walls… And its price was the lowest in Cranbrook. If it was winter? Plug ins for your car!

Too in love with the place to find anything wrong.

The room was clean as they always are when we stay here. The staff was accommodating and kind even with our late night flight arrival. The room is quite even close to the main road. The bed is good the showers are good. Everything was clean and the room is spacious.

That i booked a dog friendly room but I had to pay 17$ extra.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating for my late check-in. The room was better than expected and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. The room was quiet, extremely well located to all amenities, and very comfortable., this is my first choice for accommodations when travelling through Cranbrook!

Staff is not helpful, I need to pay for pet fee but it shows in their feedback that they only charge for human. Non smoking room but smell smoke.

Oaper thin walls made it loud, room was a sauna, visible damages to walls, not the cleanest. Get what you pay for

The heat was out and they gave me a dinky space heater that didn’t do much. I tried to talk to staff two times, but no one was available. In late January I don’t want to be worrying about heat and warmth in a room

It was filthy! The baseboards and the floor had never been cleaned ever I don’t think. . We had to get extra towels to put on the floor to walk on when we didn’t wear shoes . Even their office door was gross!

Manager and staff went the extra mile for anything we asked or needed. Would definitely recommend and go back

My sheets were “sandy”. I found a significant amount of hair and what I assume is dead skin throughout my bed. After watching a worker changing sheets in another room I noticed the fitted sheet was not stripped and changed off the beds.
