Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The location was very convenient right next to two important metro line. The hotel had 2 convenience stores in the street next to it which made it very convenient to get food and snacks at any time of the day. I chose this location because it was walking distance from a lot of places I like to go to when I'm in Tokyo. It is close to Tokyo Station so a short walking distance if you take the airport bus from Narita Airport. I left from Haneda Airport and you simply take the train from Takaracho station just next to the hotel.
The rooms are small but this is to be expected if you have ever stayed at a business hotel in Tokyo. For one person it's enough as you spend most of your time outside of the hotel, but it was challenging to open my suitcase on the floor fully. The best way is to use the protective cover on your bed that the hotel provides, and to open your suitcase on the bed when you pack. The water pressure of the faucet in the bathroom was a little difficult to control.

The room stinks since the night i checked-in. The AC vents has molds and the wall too where the ac blower is directed. 🤮 the AC is not working most of the time early morning and the room smells like a kitchen early morning🤮. Me and my friends (3rooms) has the same experience and didnt had a proper sleep during our stay. The wall has a looot of dirt scratches too! It is really not worth the money.

Highly not recommending this hotel. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which is very awkward timing. For early check-in or late check-out, it costs an additional 2,000 JPY per hour, and it cannot be extended for more than two hours. Housekeeping needs to be scheduled daily before 9:00 AM. There is no complimentary bottled water. The hallway has no air conditioning, and the bathroom is extremely cramped. If you're looking for a hotel in the Ginza area, I highly recommend Hotel InterGate Ginza—it's definitely a notch above.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025L'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, molto tranquilla e ben servita dalla metro, inoltre è a 10 minuti dalla stazione di Tokyo. La stanza è piccolina ma alla fine organizzandosi per 7 giorni siamo sopravvissuti. Il letto comodo e la struttura è pulita.

アパホテルの傘を借りた際持って移動するのに不便だったので、全店舗どこでも回収が可能であれば助かると感じた。
