We had a wonderful family stay at Limak Arcadia. The hotel has a beautiful green territory, plenty of activities, good food, and everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. A special thank you to Tamara from Guest Relations/Reception. She was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay, regularly checked if everything was going well, helped us with our à la carte restaurant reservations, and made our last day at the hotel much more comfortable, especially since we were traveling with our 2-year-old son. We really appreciated her personal attention and hospitality. Thank you, Tamara, and the whole Limak Arcadia team for making our stay so comfortable. We would happily come back!

The hotel is located in a very green area and extends in a huge area. We do no have the feeling it is crowded. There is always place around the swimming pool, beach in all other facilities. Excep the dinner self service where it might ve difficult to find a place on some days. There ware enough activities and places, food and drinks. There was almost no queue.

Staff is friendly and responsive . Evening shows are great. Food is delicious but I wish they had more choices for picky eaters (maybe chicken nuggets at buffet). Kids club has fun activities and hand crafts but I wish they had more things planned throughout the day.

There seems to be muddy/sandy puddles near pool by the tower hut. I communicated this issue to the hotel management and they sent a cleaning person, next day it was same issue. Hotel rooms do show old building structure, our family room had a staircase that creaked. kids club had a door open during hot days and even if they had AC on it seemed to be warm inside. game room was too hot inside in August. Teen club is also hot during daytime, only one TV worked to play video games, other TV was not working. We also noticed that beach sand could have been cleaner.

Le personnel est juste incroyable ! C’est suffisamment grand pour que l’on ne soit pas constamment les uns sur les autres. La nourriture est de qualité.

Juste pour être perfectionniste… les jus du matin, chimiques, c’est franchement pas terrible pour un 5 étoiles.

Tout. Un grand merci à monsieur Hasanali le manager front Office qui a vite trouvé une solution à un problème qu'on a rencontré le premier jour. Le kids club était génial, le restau, les piscines... on a passé des vacances inoubliables.

est pas la première fois que je visite la région d'antalya, j'ai fais pas mal d'hôtels 5 étoiles à lara, kemer, belek,side, mais cette fois ci le limak Arkadia étais magnifique, vraiment à la hauteur, rien à dire, toute étais parfait, hôtel paradisiaque moi et ma famille on a bien profité, c'était un séjour incontournable, une chose que jai remarqué par rapport à d'autres hôtel, cet hôtel est vraiment familiale, une très bonne fréquentation,et la chose qui m'a impressionné c'est le personnel, Je tiens à adresser une mention spéciale à Monsieur Hasanali, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et surtout son accueil chaleureux. Il sait vraiment faire sentir aux clients qu’ils sont les bienvenus et que leur satisfaction est une priorité. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe pour son sourire, sa gentillesse et son attention durant tout notre séjour. Sans oublier l'équipe de Relation clientèle ( Elena et ses collègues), un jour ma fille a touché son doigt du pieds dans la piscine , c'était pas méchant, moi et sa mère nous étions dans la plage, qu'on ai revenus, on a trouvé toute l'équipage avec elle, la sécurité le service clientèle, et le maître nageur, c'était très professionnel, Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience et pour ces merveilleux souvenirs. Nous repartons avec le sourire et l’envie de revenir. ❤️

Прекрасный отель, очень уютный, красивая территория. Зимой сделали ремонт, стало намного лучше. Хорошо работают интернет и кондиционеры, ресторан чистый и удобный. Чай теперь намного вкуснее, еда стала еще лучше, чем раньше. Номера просторные, уборка очень хорошая. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Incroyable séjour : personnel gentil arrangeant et professionnel. Piscines au top. Restauration au top …. Tout était au top dans l’hôtel.

L’hôtel était excellent et heureusement car à l’extérieur de l’hôtel c’était totalement autre chose, soucis avec le marchandage des taxis je conseille de réserver des navettes en coordination avec l’hôtel, de se renseigner sur les endroits où faire le shopping

Hygiëne en klantvriendelijkheid. Zeker ook de miniclub! Dank aan Pars van de receptie en Yunus (hij is gemaakt voor kinderen te entertainen), Bahar, Nigara en Zlata. Kinderen hebben elke dag een topdag gehad 😍 Ook wil ik graag Hasanali Günal (contact gehad via booking.com en ook ontmoet in het hotel) bedanken voor zn warm ontvangst, snelle reactie en klantvriendelijkheid.

Лучшее соотношение цена качество в Белеке . Хороший пляж и номера . Отличный сервис и еда . Обычно мы останавливаемся в более дорогих отелях , но в высокий сезон они были дорогие и не бронировались на 3 дня . Нам повысили номер , номер был чистый и недавно отремонтированный . Персонал на ресепшене и менеджер отеля очень гостеприимные.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Toute l'équipe a été souriante, attentionnée et toujours prête à nous aider, ce qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès le premier jour. L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les espaces communs sont tout aussi beaux et offrent une ambiance relaxante. La nourriture était délicieuse du petit-déjeuner au dîner. Il y avait un très grand choix de plats, tous frais, variés et excellents. Chaque repas était un vrai plaisir et il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Un immense merci à Anaïs, qui parle français et nous a fait visiter l'hôtel avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer, de répondre à toutes nos questions et de nous mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Son accueil chaleureux a rendu le début de notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci également à Mr Hassanali qui, le jour de notre départ, alors que notre vol n'était prévu qu'à minuit, a fait toute la différence en nous permettant de rester à l'hôtel et en nous laissant un accès complet au spa, au restaurant et aux activités. C'est un traitement VIP et une attention si humaine que nous n'avions jamais reçus dans aucun autre hôtel auparavant. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % !

Нам очень повезло, нам повысили категорию номера и дали семейный двухкомнатный сьют! Невероятно удобный и очень продуманный, много шкафов и полок. Огромная ванная комната с джакузи! Халатики и белоснежные полотенца!

Можно отметить что общий дизайн отеля не современный. Но это не минус, это просто так есть. В этом есть свой вайб)

Немного уставшая сантехника, немного слабоват напор с душе 4 этаж 4 корпус. В целом, впечатление не портит.

Müthiş Kahvaltı. Yemekler şahane çeşit bol devamlı yenilenen yemekler. Temizlik üst düzey, çalışanlar güler yüzlü sıcak kanlı, aktiviteler bir birinden güzel. Deniz manzarası, doğa, mimari yapı dengede göz aləcı.

This is our first trip to Antalya- i booked this trip in December-my friends recommended a different resort but i like to do my homework so researched a lot for days and ended up booking limak arcadia and it was a great decision They have tons of stuff to do: 5 or 6 pools including many water activities for kids where we spent most of our trip at. I forgot to buy water toys but they had a market which had all this there for affordable price. My 5 year old boy and 1 year old girl had so much fun. Every night they also make an entertainment show which is for all ages and fun and enjoyable-performed by very skilled staff. Food is something else: we took all inclusive offer which keeps you fed all day with various desserts and dishes and restaurants. They literally serve food from early morning to late night non stop/ with different dishes daily. Fried chicken was amazing. Fish were great. Kabab was better than what we tried in istanbul. They have one main restaurant and two rests for snacks which are just by the pools and beach, and are 1 minute away if you need a drink or snack anytime - i think i gained 3 kgs during my stay. Icecream and frozen juices were very good. They also have 4 a la carte restaurants: we tried the italian rest which was fine dining and amazing- we also tried mangal bbq restaurant where they give you prepared charcoal which is already burning and you cook your own meat- what a fun experience for the family. The green spaces and activites from archery to minigolf to football to beach volleyball are daily- you will stay busy. One name we will never forget from our stay — Hassanali, Front Office Manager. This man is in a league of his own when it comes to hospitality. From the moment we needed him, he delivered — and then some. When I forgot a few personal items, he had them sourced from the city center within an hour.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir ohne Nachfrage mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade überrascht – ein großartiger Start in den Urlaub. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schönen Pools, der direkte Zugang zum Strand und das hervorragende Essen mit einer großen Auswahl und hoher Qualität. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We just loved the nice atmosphere. For us everything was great. Depending what your expectations are - but ours were met as we got what we were looking for. Nice room (including an upgrade - thank you so much sir, my son was so happy about the extra space), the food was great and we enjoyed our time at the beach. Thanks for the hospitality and smiles.

There was no early sport/ yoga session on Sunday and also nobody for volleyball etc. That was a shame. It was the weekend with still many guests and although the season changed (1.11.) it would be better if the management considered that final weekend and released employees on Monday instead. Maybe it was a contract issue but as a guest that was weird and really a shame. There was one lady at the bar which was just not nice and friendly. She was obviously not happy with her job. Not good for the overall impression of the hotel. You always need dedicated staff.

Great resort with lots to do. They put on special events including a club night which was amazing and pool parties. Great variety of entertainment and lots of sports activities. Room was spacious with great balcony. Food was excellent, great variety and quality

You can walk in to Belek with plenty of knock off shops but not much in the way of bars and restaurants which doesn’t matter as it was all inclusive but it’s sometimes nice to venture out. Went to land of legends which are genuine shops but more expensive than back home

Отель уже морально устаревший и требует реновации. В комнате ночью при включенном кондиционере воняло канализацией. Отель был под завязку заселен - около 1500 человек, персонала явно не хватает, особенно во время ужина. Чувствуется экономия на многих вещах.

La piscine la propreté des chambres .

Le personel , on avait des bracelets blanc pour les personnes parlant en turk et violet pour les étrangers parlant étrangers au turk , j’avais l’impression d’être délaisser le personel s’occupait que des personnes qui avait un bracelet violet c’était flagrant !! je suis français d’origine turk c est pour ça que j’avais le bracelet blanc , on me disait même pas bonjour à l’entrée du restaurant , on est venu en aucun cas me proposer à boire à ma table alors que les gens de bracelets violet était constamment sollicités par les serveurs une honte ! J’avais l’impression de parler à des zombies on nous répondait froidement , des disputes entre serveurs en plein restaurant c’était agaçant chaque repas l’ambiance était terrible ! En sortant au Check out j’ai rendu mes cartes de chambres sa à durée 5 secondes même pas un remerciement pas un sourire juste un au revoir très glaciale ! j’ai chargées mes bagages seul dans ma voiture , voici mon expérience dans l’hôtel dommage l’hôtel est fabuleux mais le personel vraiment à revoir , c est mon deuxième passage dans cette hôtel la première fois en 2008 avec ma tante j’étais très satisfait c est pour cela que je suis revenue pour un moment de nostalgie mais vraiment vraiment rien à voir avec la premiere fois je suis déçue .

Maten var fantastisk, personalen var jättetrevliga speciellt Eleonora från Guest Reletations, Hassan som jobbade i stranden den dagen som vi hade bokat Pavlionen, Faruk från den italienska restaurangen och sist men inte minst Morat. Han jobbade som en robot, alla var jätteduktiga. De som var i receptionen var också trevliga. Entertainment teamet var jättetrevliga och gjorde roligare.

Det fanns inte en enda sak som vi inte gillade med boendet.

Alles war sehr schön. Direkt am Strand. Rundum sorglos Paket :-) Gutes Essen, extrem saubere Pools und gut abgetrennt vom Kinderbereich, damit man auch die Ruhe genießen konnte. Super nettes Personal an den Bars und Restaurants. Liebe Grüße an Ilhan und Sedat! :-)

Das Personal am Check in war sehr reserviert. Die Deluxe Zimmer waren für 4 Personen nicht besonders groß.

Otel bina olarak yeni olmamasına rağmen çalışanlar, etkinlikler, restoranlar çok iyiydi. Ailece gidilebilecek harika bir otel. Kesinlikle öneriyorum. Biz suit odada kaldık. Çok konforluydu. Havuzlar, çocuk etkinlikleri, sosyal aktiviteleri ve alakart restoranlar harikaydı.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık tekrar gitmek isteriz

Konaklamamız güzeldi. Taki torunum havuzda Kaza geçirene dek. Havuz merdivenlerinin basamak kenar köşelerinde çok kesici olması ile torunum Sudan çıkarken basamaklara yüzü vuruyor. On oniki santimlik anlında çok derin bir açılma oldu. Hemen Sudan çıkarıp kan revan içinde revire götürdük. Revirde doktor olmadığından hemşire tampon yapıp dikiş atılmasını çok acil olduğunu bildirdi. Fakat biz otelin bir misafiri olarak hiç bir yeri bilmediğimiz için hastanenin nerede nasıl gidileceğini de bilmiyorduk. Bize ne bir ambulans nede bir araç verildi. Kendi aracımızı olup olmadığı soruldu. Kendi aracımızla gitmemiz önerildi. Çünkü otel bölgelerine Ambulans verilmiyormuş dendi. Yanımıza otel çalışanlarından da bir görevli veremiyeceklerini bildirip bizde çaresiz bir şekilde hastane arayıp torunumu yola çıkardık. Torunum kan revan içinde hastanede operasyon yapılıp, oniki dikiş atıldı. Yani otel idarecileri çok duyarsız. Tek şikayetimiz bu. Allah korusun misafirlerden yada çalışanlardan başka bir yaralanma yada kalp krizi geçiren olsa sonu ne olur.

We had a great week here with our boys (5 and 7) over the Easter holidays. Unfortunately the weather was cooler than we'd hoped which meant we didn't get to take as much advantage of the many outdoor pools as we would have liked. Luckily there was also an indoor pool (and sauna - useful for warming up after we'd braved the outdoor pool) and lots of activities - including daily football, darts and balls competitions organised by the staff. The hotel directly backs onto a great beach with mountain views and there was fantastic evening entertainment every night which our kids loved!

Negatives: Spa Bereich Hamam und Indoorpool konnte nicht benutzt werden aus diversen Gründen. Kein Verständnis dafür. Ala Carte Restaurants konnte trotz 1 Woche Aufenthalt nicht gebucht werden. Weder Online noch durch das Gäste Management, welche uns immer hingehalten hat(Nina).Nicht kompetent. Getränke katastrophal. Geschirr nicht immer sauber. Duschen kam sehr wenig Wasser war eine Qual. Pool und Strand kaum Plätze da jeder schon in der früh die Liegen mit Handtücher besetzt, aber selber kaum anwesend. Unverschämt und Egoistisch. Positives: Die Mitarbeiter waren generell sehr aufmerksam insbesondere Emre und Batuhan von der Beachbar. Meer und Strand Anlage sauber. In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel keine 5 Sterne. 4 Sterne ausreichend.

Property was nice, big grounds, large pools. Lots of well looked after and friendly cats 😍

It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means - more a low 4 star. There was only one bar between the 3 huge pools, no poolside service which at a 5 star I would expect.

Distance between facilities are well arranged. Adequate shades with trees or parasols. Different types of swimming pools available. Good entertainment. Variety and quality of the food is good. Room was refurbished. Ideal for family with young kids.

Perfect all inclusive solution for families with small kids.

Excessive use of plastic (each person consumes 5 plastic bottles a day, there are 1700 customers in the hotel, you can do the math). The hotel should install water fountains and promote refilling of the bottles. The quality of alcohol is very low. (Wine, beer, etc)

I liked the slides, choice of swimming pools, the beach, the food.

Perhaps the evening entertainmnet programmes after minim disco could have been better quality.

Lovely pools & beach for the kids. You can hire a beach pavilion with waiter service, minibar, towels for 60-70 euros. Free food & drinks. Chinese & Italian restaurant onsite that you pay for had good a la carte food. Most of the staff were friendly. The room was a deluxe triple room for a family of 4. The view was of the other apartments even though I requested a sea view room.

The cleaner always came in the afternoon when we were getting ready or relaxing in the room. Some days the room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask at reception for it to be cleaned. The tv was all in turkish or German with no English channels or subtitles. We asked 3 times at reception for it to be changed to English channels or English subtitles, but it was never done. The fruit bowl, minibar, tea/coffee was only restocked once during the 7 nights stay. The used plates/mugs were never taken away. We had to do it ourselves. One male reception staff member was rude when we requested boarding passes to be printed. I sent it to the manager in the morning & was told to collect it at reception, but when I went in the evening to collect it, it wasn't printed. Air conditioning in the room wasn't good. Overall, it isn't a 5 star hotel for what we paid for.

all was perfect, hotel and the area was tip-top clean and maintained, services were perfect too, the laundry was changed every day, good romm equipment for 4 people

I can't fault anything, maybe just thinking: 1. changing the laundry every day seemed useless to me (thrown money out the window), I recommend, as it happens in other hotels, if a guest requests to change the laundry, to put the special hotel card on the bed, which is used for this purpose, and the cleaning lady knows based on this, that she has change the bed laundry. 2. for people with food allergies (gluten and lactose): visually indicate on the cards with meals whether it contains/does not contain a specific food ingredient. For that reason, I could not taste anything from the desserts, because this information was missing.....

This place is hands down the best resort I’ve stayed at. Once you are there you are greeted with warmth and smiles. The staff were friendly, Especially Amin and Tamara who puts smile on everyone’s face an amazing sense of joy to your stay. The food was great with a wide spread.

Personelin mükemmel ilgisi, odaların ve çevrenin temizliği, yemeklerin çeşitliliği ve lezzeti, hayvan dostu otel olması ve müşterilerin memnuniyeti kısaca her şey mükemmeldi. Tek şikayetçi olduğumuz nokta game center işletmecileri. Bilardo oynamak istedik ücretini ödedik fakat bilardo masasından tutun etrafının hijyeni ve düzeni iğrençti. Oyunu oynamadan yarıda bırakmak zorunda kalıp şikayetimizi belirttik ancak işletmecinin hatasız olduğunu ve bizim mükemmeli aradığımızı ve abarttığımızı söylemesi üzücüydü. Çünkü gün boyu masada duran kirli bardaklar, sandalyede ve kirli bardaklarda birikmiş ölü sinekler, toplar ve bilardo sopalarının dokunulamayacak kadar kirli olması otel konseptine ve mükemmelliğine leke düşürdü.

The food is great! The staff are friendly. It’s clean. There are different types of activities for all.

Gym is only available from 8-10 am and 2-4 pm! If you stay in the main building be prepared to wake up every morning around 3:30 when the yard being power washed. Make sure to ask for a room in other buildings which are peaceful with great surroundings.

It is huge and everyday ur finding something new you weren't aware of

WiFi is poor.. went down asked reception and he states because it is a busy time of day it's slow.. this wasn't the case it was not working for the last day of our trip.. which is as a slight downer on an otherwise great trip !

Limak arcadia is amazing hotel lovely food nice staff happy and friendly very helpful. I eat gluten free food they help me what to eat and specially cooked for me. On reception very helpful a lady Tamara helped me very nicely all the time, hotel is very big and around the hotel you can walk all day belek center is 10 minutes walk i had a great holiday and i will come back

The room we have been provided previously is not what we are expecting because it is in the ground floor. Then we asked to change the room and it is arranged since the second day. Thanks a lot for the flexibility and the friendly service. It was a wonderful stay. My son was crying when we are leaving and he is really missing his cats friends there.
