Dharma Luxury Hotel & SPA

I could only stay at the hotel for 1 night even though I booked it for 4 nights. The pictures on the hotel website do not reflect the actual state of the property. It took me 5 minutes to list 20 items that were broken or unusable. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable with plastic covers and smelly bedsheets. Every item in the bathroom was broken from soap dispenser to the bath tub being blocked. Poorly isolated rooms where you could hear what the ppl next door were up to and noise from the outside. The food served at the restaurant was out of date, we almost got food poisoning, bread was stale. To make matters worse it was a birthday gift to my elderly mother, which was ruined by the terrible experience

Beautiful, clean hotel with an excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast included every morning was delicious and had a great variety of options. One of the best things about this hotel is that it’s close to many of Rome’s most important landmarks, so we were able to visit most of them on foot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Convenient location, few blocks from Termini. The hotel is clean, confortable and well maintained. They include breakfast and happy hour in their restaurant. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The location of the Hotel within Rome is great, easy walking distance of many of the main major sites. The hotel staff make your stay even more special, very friendly and willing to help with any problem you may have. My wife forgot her passport to enter the Colosseum, I WhatApp the Hotel and they were able to send a copy of my wife's passport allowing her to enter. The restaurateur at the hotel is also wonderful, the food and staff are great. We can't wait to revisit Rome and this Hotel.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The spa was lovely and included drinks, nibbles, towels and toiletries which we had all to ourselves. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and wardrobe room. The mini fridge was useful too. The room was bright and clean with a lovely balcony to people watch. The hotel was excellently located with a gelato shop on the corner and a little supermarket opposite. The metro was only a 2 minute walk away making it ideal to get around the city and visit the main attractions. Overall we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The perfect location for what turned out to be the perfect stay. This trip was planned to celebrate mine and my late wife’s birthdays she was adamant that my daughter and I continue the family tradition. The staff at the Dharma Hotel could not have done more to make this a memorable holiday. Our suite was amazing with massive spa bath, walk in shower steam room, pillared balcony and the best air conditioning ever which given the average temperature of 37 degrees all week was a god send. Nothing was too much trouble for staff, breakfast was a buffet feast and happy hour between 4pm and 6pm guests are treated to a free drink and free nibbles. Need a taxi 2 minutes later it’s waiting outside for you. We can’t thank the Dharma Hotel for helping us make the most amazing memories on our first trip without my wife.

The staff were very polite and the room was lovely! The location was good, with main sights only a 10/20 minute walk away. Definitely recommend!

Friendly helpful staff .Spacious room with a large bathroom /shower suite. The hotel has a relationship with the restaurant that is at street level .Guests enjoy a discount in the restaurant which provides an extensive well priced menu with the option to eat alfresco on a lovely patio..Food and service were very good for the competitive price point .The hotel arranged a private transfer to the port in a comfortable Mercedes saloon with a helpful driver . We will be returning guests on our next Roman adventure .

Dharma is located close to metro, easy to move by foot or transit. Great staff, great attention and comfortable stay. Would recommended to anyone visiting Roma.

Alessio and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful!. Always greeted with a hello and a smile. We had two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. They were also helpful with suggestions for restaurants and directions to various landmarks.

The staff was very friendly very accommodating, and we appreciated their kindness as we navigated being away from home and in a different country. The room was nice and clean and great location. Wonderful breakfast included along with discount happy hour next door. They were very helpful in ordering taxis and making reservations.

The hotel is very nice, and each room was laid out well. The staff is really the highlight prior to the trip they did some amazing things with helping to book a few tours and transportation to and from the hotel. The breakfast is great, one of my children said it was the best croissant she had ever had. The people make this a great place to stay.

Stayed in Rome for my husband’s birthday, The hotel staff went above and beyond to help celebrate his birthday ( A big thank you to Simon) for the surprise birthday cake and fizz when we had breakfast 🥳 All staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful! Hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the metro and most sites. Especially liked the free fizz and nibbles for happy hour! Room was clean, beds very comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rome Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we got there, the customer service was top notch. Miriam was kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day and we enjoyed our stay! Our walks to the big tourist sites were not bad at all! The breakfast was more of a traditional American breakfast, which we enjoyed. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpful and their suggestion for happy hour and dinner next door was greatly appreciated, delicious and convenient. We kept the windows open at night so we could drift to sleep listening to the live music from the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place with amazing staff- attentive and friendly. The room was quiet, spacious, with high ceilings and great amenities, and it is very central and walkable.

Nice location close to Metro. Comfortable rooms a lot of street noise though. Friendly helpful staff helpped arranged transportation from airport for us. Didn’t try the spa so I can’t comment on that but they do have massages available. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning although happy hour was disappointing just some Prosecco and assorted bread. TP & tissues were rough and lacking, not what we’re used to in the US. Would likely to stay here again next time.

Lovely hotel stay in Rome. Convenient location, professional staff and good value. The reception is small, but hotel offers breakfast and a happy hour at a restaurant next door. The staff at Cotto was not quite as welcoming and friendly but that is not the fault of the hotel.

This is a fabulously situated hotel, we walked to Trevi, Spanish steps, colosseum, pantheon etc etc all from here. Also the metro is 2 mins away to use to get to the Vatican. The hotel itself is clean, very well presented, with spacious rooms. The staff however are the making of this hotel, they are helpful, friendly and always ready for a chat. Would most definitely stay here if I visit Rome again.

This is the best location! You’re practically right next to all the attractions and termini. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they even offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. The staff was very polite and kind!! Made out honeymoon trip wonderful!! The food at the restaurant was amazing as well. We got 50mins in the spa and that was like being royalty! Def recommend anyone to stay here! Also central to all the historic attractionsz

Modern, clean hotel with a slightly romantic atmosphere which was perfect for my partner and I during our stay in Rome. The AC worked well, the lighting options were a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast was great. The location was convenient too, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walking access to the main attractions. The only issue we had was the bathroom door lock getting stuck. Reception were helpful and checked it themselves, although even the staff struggled with it, so I think the lock may need replacing. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here.

Staff was amazing. Room was incredible. Easy access to Metro. Plenty of restaurants and great places to eat in nearby. Food Next Door at the Cotto restaurant for breakfast was delicious and Alessio and the rest of the front staff treated like family. I will be returning and definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located near Termini Roma. There is also one of the main metro lines within a 5 min walk as well as a bus stop. You are in walking distance of good restaurants. The room was a good size and clean. Alessio was super helpful and friendly. His restaurant recommendations were delicious.

We had such a good time staying at the hotel. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help along with the restaurant staff . I asked for de caffeinated tea one morning which the restaurant didn't have and the very next day the waiter brought me a whole plate of de caffeinated tea bags. The staff are truly a credit to the hotel. Easy walking distance to the colleseum and train station. We would definitely stay here again 🙂

The hotel was honestly perfect for the needs of my wife and I. We stayed for 4 nights and it is based in a great location. 10-15 minute walks from the Trevi Fountain and more. It has a metro station just around the corner which goes to many of the popular attractions like the Vatican etc. The atmosphere is quiet, comfortable and friendly. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly to all of your questions. The cleaning staff were amazing as well. Room cleaning is daily unless you put the DnD tag on the door. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious! The facilities were great with a mini fridge, a nice sized shower and memory foam pillows! (We've never had those at a hotel). We booked with EasyJet holidays and the value and price of the room was extremely fair and it was honestly an amazing deal. The wife and I recommend this hotel highly and will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Rome again.

We stayed for a long weekend and found the hotel Ideal. The reception staff were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was modern and clean. The area was perfect for walking everywhere. The happy hour each day next door for drinks and snack was a nice surprise and we used it every day . The hotel is on a busy road to if a light sleeper ask for a room at the back.

The location is unbeatable. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were the highlight of my trip. Great value for money.

We just concluded our Rome trip. Our stay at Dharma was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, easy to get to majors locations and ample access of public transportation. Roma Termini is also nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers breakfast and happy hour with drinks and finger foods. Our room is newly renovated with large sitting area and a large bathroom. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant 4 night stay at the Dharma hotel with our 18 month old. Alessio and the team were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and were so good with our daughter. The location is perfect and walkable to most of the main tourist attractions but there is also a metro station a few mins walk away as well as Termini approximately 8 mins walk away. Breakfast was great with hot and cold selections and our room had everything we needed including complimentary water that was refilled in the mini fridge each day. On one night we decided to order room service from the restaurant which is just downstairs next door to the hotel and this was so easy - just send a message to the hotel on WhatsApp and they sorted everything for us. If we come to Rome again we will definitely stay at the Dharma!

This was our first visit to Rome and so glad we stayed at Dharma Luxury Hotel - it was the perfect location for us 5 mins from train station. The hotel room was lovely and very clean. Staff are all amazing! So helpful and cheerful and always on hand for advice and directions. Special shout out to Alessio Breakfast was lovely each morning. My daughter arranged with the hotel to decorate our room for my birthday and it was brilliant, such a lovely surprise! We will definitely be returning to both Rome and Dharma Hotel. Thank you

We were recommended this Dharma by our travel agent because she had also stayed here for a short stay in Rome to visit the sights. This Dharma hotel on Via Torino is also excellent for an older couple. It is both rooms and an apartments`business with an adjoining restaurant. Cotto. for guests`breakfast. We ate dinner too, for the record. We concur with recent fulsome reviews and rate it outstanding in its class. The reception staff were always friendly and most helpful. Efficient elevator (lift !). I nearly forgot to mention the surprise of finding a Gelato bar across the street !

Dharma Luxury Hotel – a nice base for a few nights in Rome We had a wonderful stay at the Dharma Luxury Hotel in Rome. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the main train station and only about 17–20 minutes on foot to the Colosseum and Roman Forums. This made it easy to explore the city’s iconic sights on foot without needing taxis or public transport all the time. The hotel itself is a charming boutique property with comfortable, elegant rooms equipped with all the essentials: a safe, minibar (with two complimentary water bottles on arrival), TV, and a kettle with tea and coffee. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, available 24/7 and always ready to assist with any requests. We particularly enjoyed Ristorante Cotto, the hotel’s restaurant located right next door. The food is delicious, offering refined Roman and Central Italian cuisine in a lovely ambiance. As guests, we benefited from the complimentary happy hour every afternoon (4:30–6:30 PM) with a free drink of choice (soft drink, wine, or prosecco), plus an exclusive 10% discount on meals. It was a relaxing and well-located choice for a few nights in Rome. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a central spot with great service and outstanding dining right next door.

This hotel is in an amazing location walking distance to all major attractions (need bus or cab to Vatican). It felt really safe area to stay in my daughter and I get at home right away. The service from Reception was amazing they are available 24/7 and you can even watts app them to ask questions while you are out and about. I stay in hotels regularly and this hotel was exceptionally spotlessly clean everything was run effortlessly every morning the lady cleaning the room was so friendly and the room was cleaned to very high standard. Breakfast is in the restaurant next door literally in same location 5 steps max and it was lovely we were welcomed always and each day as a resident you can go in for nibbles and a drink for free - much enjoyed after a busy day walking in Rome. My daughter and I were so happy with this hotel and I would return any time and highly recommend.

Firstly, the reception staff and housekeepers are incredible: friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would come back just to see them again. Secondly, the hotel is located in a great spot - you are about 15-20 minutes walking distance from major places and 10 minutes from the train station. It’s perfect: not too crowded or noisy, but still fun and accessible. Lastly, the rooms are beautiful and secure with plenty of light.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were a group of three siblings traveling with our partners, each in separate rooms. Due to a booking mix-up, our brother had accidentally reserved a room at the sister hotel down the road—but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could all stay together. There was a small upgrade fee since the room was nicer, but it was absolutely worth it. You could truly see how hard they worked to make this happen for us. We arrived early and were so grateful they allowed us to store our bags ahead of check-in, which made our day so much easier. The complimentary breakfast each morning was phenomenal—fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented buffet-style. A special thank you to Genwei (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!), who took such great care of us—bringing espresso, cappuccinos, and even warming up my croissant. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed. The rooms were spotless, and the nightly turndown service was such a luxurious touch—fresh sheets, replenished toiletries, and new coffee each evening made it feel like we were checking into a brand-new room every night. The staff continued to impress us throughout our stay. When taxis were nearly impossible to find due to a soccer game, they quickly arranged one for us. They were also incredibly responsive via WhatsApp, available practically 24/7 to assist with anything we needed. I even reached out about arranging a couples massage, and they were more than willing to help, despite our packed schedule not allowing us to follow through. But what truly set this hotel apart was their kindness and dedication: I accidentally left my scarf behind, and with only 15 minutes before our train departure, I had no way to go back. One of the staff members literally ran to the train station to return it to me—we received it with just two minutes to spare. Thanks to them, we made our train. I will never forget that moment. This hotel exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough—truly one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.

A lovely hotel, in an incredible location which is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops, tourist locations & public transport. Staff went above and beyond for us, especially Simone, made the experience incredible. The private spa is worth the visit, again the staff explained everything perfectly. The room was spacious, any extra items needed (iron for example) was no hassle for the front desk to provide. Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first time in Rome and we had an amazing time. The hotel staff were great, really helpful and the hotel was situated perfectly. A 20 min walk from most main attractions, but also close to a tube station for ventures further afield like the Vatican. I would highly recommend Dharma luxurt.

The hotel is in a convenient location with good transport connections. Everything was very tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic but perfectly fine, with nothing to complain about. As we had an early departure, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast package for us upon request. A small downside was that we could clearly hear footsteps and some creaking noises from the room above us. Fortunately, this only happened on the last night, between Saturday and Sunday.

Great option for staying in the city of Rome. Great service. The restaurant is very good as well.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel (18.02-21.02). The location was great — close to restaurants and transport, which made exploring the city so easy. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. After long days sightseeing, it was the perfect cosy place to come back to. All the basics are provided, from coffee - shampoo/body wash - slippers. We had breakfast included in our stay which is provided by the restaurant directly next door, which we used and ate at every morning. What truly stood out was the staff. They were all incredibly helpful, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. From recommendations of places to visit - assisting with any requests - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We arrived at the hotel earlier than planned not expecting our room to be ready for another couple of hours, but to our surprise it was all ready for us to head up into. As soon as we arrived they went through a city map with us and marked out all the main sites to see which was super helpful. They also helped us with what metro line goes where, which helped save our feet massively. When you stay in a city, it’s not going to be quiet. If you’re expecting complete silence then cities aren’t for you. You will hear a lot of emergency services wherever you are in Rome which is not at fault of the hotel. The noise level however had no effect on our sleep and we slept peacefully. We wasn’t able to find any spare time to make use of the spa during our visit, but we’ll be back to try it out! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Central location meant all major sites were easily accessible by foot. We used the metro to visit the Vatican and the hotel staff helped advise us on how to do this. We had a wonderful family stay at Dharma Luxury Hotel in Rome. From start to finish, the experience was warm and welcoming. Simon at the front desk and the rest of the rotating staff were impeccable—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely lovely. Simon kindly gave us a map and talked us through the area, highlighting great tourist spots and reassuring us we could approach them anytime if we needed help. The cleaner was also incredibly kind and took the time to share local recommendations, which added a really personal touch. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the room itself was spotless and beautifully kept. The location is perfect—close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I travelled to Rome to celebrate a big birthday. We had the best time. The hotel was in a perfect location, everything we wanted to see whilst in Rome was within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean and comfortable. If we return to Rome we would definitely consider staying again.

Super clean and luxury hotel near Roma termini and Repubblica metro station. 1 minute away from Via Nazionale where you can find many shopping stores. Very nice open buffet breakfast! Non è un Hotel a quattro stelle, per quello che credo si intenta comunemente per un hotel E' un appartamento in un palazzo, con camere assolutamente ben arredate e moderne e la hall è una stanza a piano terra dell'hotel, dalla stanza hall, si entra nell'androne del palazzo e si sale con ascensore all'appartamento dove sono le camere dell'hotel.. Non vi è una vera hall, non c'è ristorante o bar, La colazione è servita in un ristorante a fianco dell'hotel. Credo che andasse specificato meglio da parte di booking

Rooms were comfortable! Closet openings do expand they are push/pull. AC worked well, especially important during the Italian summer. The staff was phenomenal and super accommodating! They will store your luggage, gave recommendations about the city, and arranged transportation as well! We would stay here again!

Exceptional. Centrally located next to the República metro station, bus stops and close to Termini, with a good breakfast, a spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean, practical bathroom and very friendly and professional staff. It feels very fine. Room 504 recommended!

From the moment we arrived the team couldn’t go anymore above and beyond highlighting all tourist hot spots as well as many local hidden gems Anna in particular was incredible helpful highlighting the easiest way to transit around the city it was always nice to see a happy smiling face that greeted us every time we entered the lobby with a smile taking the time to talk to us about our day I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more it is right in the doorstep of major travel hubs as well as great shopping and cuisine experiences

Great location, central to all attractions. Staff at reception went above and beyond to help. Always greeted with a smile and conversation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend here to anyone and will return myself.

We visited recently and had a lovely experience at this hotel. The reception staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always there and to hand if we needed anything. Particularly Alessio, who was incredibly welcoming and recommended several restaurants that are popular with the locals and all of them were spectacular! The room itself (3rd floor) was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay but would have struggled if staying any longer. The corridor leading to the rooms may need some maintenance work as parts were looking a little dated but overall a lovely experience!!

They go above and beyond to serve you calling taxis giving advise and making your stay very enjoyable. What I will always be grateful for my mom stayed sick at the room and she called for assistance and the reception went to check in her and brought some basic stomach medication for her discomfort and THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR the level of empathy and kindness towards guest my mom is 83 years old And she recovered fine . It is an EXCELLENT HOTEL due to the caring people managing it.

Great service, great suites! We had an issue with the suite we booked due to a lack of transparency with capital one travel portal. We thought we had booked the royal suite for our honeymoon, but the suite capital one had listed was a different one. After explaining the situation to Andrea and Alessio, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The royal suite was booked the first three nights, but they moved us to the royal suite for the last two nights of our stay. Complimentary breakfast was at the restaurant next door, Cotto, and we really enjoyed it. They offered a great variety of food - Italian pastries, meats and cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juices. Alessio in particular was always extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us a few restaurant recommendations. Hotel also had what we felt was a great location. Central enough that most main sites were a 15-20 walk from hotel, but not so central that you felt you were in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist sites.

WOW! explains what an amazing experience we had staying at Dharma. The hotel was boutique, amazingly clean, amazing staff, we had everything we needed for our city break away. Our rooms were cleaned, with clean bedding and towels every day. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive, nothing was to much. On arrival Anna explained the area, what to expect, where to get the metro to the Vatican and all the amazing places to visit. If we were unsure of how to get to a particular place Anna would mark it all out on the map for us to follow which great. We loved Cotto the restaurant next door, this is where we had breakfast via the hotel, we also recieved and free drink each day between 4.30 & 6.30pm and also 10% discount off their al a carte menu and again nothing was to much trouble, food and service was excellent. Our stay in Rome was amazing much more so than we expected, our advice would be to walk to the attractions when possible rather than taxi or bus, by doing so you literally fall upon magnificent architecture and Balisicas you wasnt expecting too. Our stay in Rome was amazing and we can honestly say if it hadn't been for the staff at Dharma we dont think we'd have had the same positive experience. My Husband and I had a great time at the Luxury Dharma hotel. It was in a great location within easy walking distance of most of the sights including the main bus and train terminal. It is also only a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro which we caught to go to the Vatican. It has a very friendly, warming atmosphere with all the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and was of a good size with a fantastic shower. The restaurant which was next door was also excellent with a great variety of tasty dishes. Breakfast was also served there which was plentiful with fresh fruit, pastries, cereal and a hot choice of bacon and eggs also. Overall a fantastic hotel which we would both highly recommend
