Location, location, location.

No hot water in our room. It wasn’t a big deal for us but I’m sure it it’s an inconvenience for most people.

Todo perfecto! Me encanto la hospitalidad y el servicio al cliente que ofrece este lugar. Tuvimos oportunidad de hacer check in muy noche & la recepción siempre fueron muy atentos. El almuerzo que viene incluido muy delicioso la verdad!

No me gustó que el internet no llegara a la habitación, ese sería el único punto malo, quizá con un router podrían mejorarlo

el personal y el servicio es excelente, son muy amables y generan mucha confianza, esta en una muy buena zona de puerto escondido, donde puedes caminar tranquilamente y llegar a diferentes puntos de manera fácil y accesible.

Podrían poner camas mas amplias para los alojamientos de 4 personas para mayor comodidad, aunque las camas matrimoniales no están mal, solo es como pequeña mejora.

Durante el dia mucho ruido de taladros, martillazos, se supone que iba a descansar, y le robaron una toalla a mi acompañante fue otra huésped pero nunca nos dijeron quien, de ahi en fuera todo bien.

La habitación super amplia, cama cómoda, el desayuno increíble con bonitas vistas y mucha variedad.

Las vistas a la piscina no era con balcón, era con ventana. Teníamos un tipo balcón pero común para todas las habitaciones.

Clean hotel with good pool for cooling off. Friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast included at the cafe on the beach. Room was clean and had everything needed.

If you want to learn to surf as a beginner you may choose the next town along. The waves are huge at PE.

The property was nice and clean, it had great pools and great staff. The included breakfast was so good!

Que del restaurante no me quisieron llevar alimentos a la piscina a pesar de que le estaban tomando la orden a otra familia

Se diz a "casa dos surfistas" mas ninguém na recepção sabe prestar qualquer informação útil ao surf. Além disso estava em obras e altamente arriscado para crianças.

La ubicación esta justo enfrete de playa zicatela, solo cruzas la calle, ademas del desayuno incluido es una excelente opción con muy buenos alimentos y vista a la playa, las instalaciones son buenisimas y el personal muy atento con la disposición de apoyarte en la medida de lo posible

podria ser que en los cuartos al menos en el que me toco no hay donde colgar cosas solo 1 spot para toalla cuando son mas personas, sin embargo no es un probema.

Je mag van de kaart één gerecht kiezen en dat wordt vers gemaakt, zeer smaakvol! ⁃ Fijn zwembad ⁃ Ruime kamer met groot en fijn bed. ⁃ Goed werkende airco ⁃ Grote koelkast ⁃ Waterdispensers bij receptie ⁃ Door de restauratiewerkzaamheden 15% bestedingsbudget gekregen als lunch en diner bij het hotel en restaurant tegenover. ⁃ Handdoeken voor het zwembad en strand (hier moest je wel een ID kaart voor afgeven)

Minpunten: ⁃ Oude kamer ⁃ Zeer gehorig van alle muziek van de clubs ⁃ Slechte douche met slechte straal en duurt lang (5-10 min) tot dat water warm is. ⁃ Grote restauratiewerkzaamheden met veel geluid.

Pigeons using the top of the second pool to sip water and ... This can create health safety concerns. While washbasin was unique and beautiful, it was clumsy as the water spills outside. Some basic appliances like a kettle would be great.

Que nos hayan cambiado de habitacion porque la regadera no servia, despues de varias horas de haber llegado y tuvimos que acarrear todo a otra habitacion. Adi mismo por la noche el pasillo de nuestra habitacion estaba totalmente obscuro porque no servian las lamparas.

This was a lovely hotel, great location with a view of the beach, which was right across the street. Breakfast was fantastic, it was available at a restaurant right across from the hotel, they gave you vouchers. The only reason I gave it a lower score was because it's under construction and we were 2 rooms away from it. It was super loud all day. I'm sure when they're done, it will be wonderful.

Die Lage war super und alles war ordentlich und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Durch ein vorangegangenes Erdbeben mussten Reparaturmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden, wodurch es tagsüber sehr laut war. Hier ist man uns aber mit einem Verzehrbudget entgegengekommen was fast für 3 Tage gereicht hat. Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber kein Buffet und fand auch nicht direkt in dem Hotel sondern ca 4min zu Fuß entfernt statt. Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter des Frühstücks Restaurants war unangenehm, da hier Trinkgeld erwartet wird. Gibt man keins, wird man unerwünscht behandelt.

Happened to be daily repair work because of recent earthquake damage. They kindly offered 10% food & drink credit which i appreciated. The meals that I had were very good. The breakfast was located across the street so I had lovely view of the ocean. I enjoyed that a lot. I would return here.

Staff was very helpful except on last day when they didn't want to call a taxi for me because I should flag down a taxi outside. Which was true.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast every day. Everyone was happy to help. The pool looked great even though I didn't use it myself.

La ubicación frente a la playa y que está muy céntrico

La limpieza no es muy buena, aunque diario limpian no lo hacen muy bien y la alberca es pequeña y aún así esta sucia, omitimos meternos por esta causa

La ubicación, hay un cafesito a un par de cuadras. Y desde mi punto de vista no es nada complicado llegar a las playas principales caminando.

Que la limpieza se realice tan temprano. También, el desayuno incluido podría ser mejor; que incluyeran una bebida además del café.

Que no hubiera colgadores para las toallas, súper incómodo. Había ruido por las obras del hotel, también por la noche por una discoteca cercana y el último día se fue la luz varias veces.

L'hôtel est globalement bien placé.

Les chambres qui nous ont été allouées étaient vétustes, la piscine en travaux pendant notre séjour : pas possible de l'utiliser et du bruit jusque 19h. La boîte de nuit située à côté de l'hôtel prenait le relai pour le bruit, non stop jusque 4h du matin. Les fenêtres des chambres tremblaient tellement le bruit était fort. donc globalement hôtel à éviter!

NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Disco was so loud that the furniture in the room was shaking from 9pm-3am! Construction renovations start at 7am -4pm, hammering, drilling, banging, sawing, NOISE, NOISE NOISE!

Helpful staff. Some spoke English which was great although I speak a little Spanish. The person who cleaned my room was lovely and friendly. She told me she has worked at the hotel for 9 years.

Clubs and beach parties around way too loud st night. The accommodation might want to invest into sound proof windows for the rooms with balconies facing the beach.

Rummen hade för lite inredning. Ingen stol och bara ett litet skrivbord. Det fanns ingenstans att hänga upp handdukar. Balkongen gick tyvärr inte att använda eftersom det var ett utedass tvärs över gatan som luktade skarpt av urin. Mycket hög musik från nattlivet gjorde att det inte gick att sova utan öronproppar.

Wi-fi was very spotty in rooms but it worked well in restaurant and in lobby. towels looked old but were clean. we were in the first floor, so it got loud when kids played in pool at night.
