Best Inn & Suites

Everything was perfect I had no problems

The staff was excellent. So accommodating and friendly. The rooms were really nice and at a great value

Nothing

We went here for my son's 5th birthday. Short 5 minute walk to Knotts. Walgreens across the street. Next door to Soak City. And all restaurants are a short couple of minutes drive down the street. We. enjoyed the pool, and the front desk were generous with supplying pool towels. Comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy, but for what we acquired for a family of 6, this had everything we needed. The staff were overly accommodating. Great stay, and my kids loved the bunk bed room. Would stay here again.

A little outdated and worn, but still comfortable and great stay.

Super close to the park / water park. Love the mini suite with kitchenette. Staff is always great.

When busy parking can get tight, but staff will show you where to park.

La propreté, son emplacement idéal.

Location

AC didn't work, there wasn't enough parking for all the cars there, I was blocked in by another car in morning when I needed to get to work.

Good rates, lovely staff and awesome AC in the room.

Parking was limited but it was manageable

Location? Restaurants entertainment.

It was very clean and well kept

Wall and baseboard are old looking an carpet felt dirty.

This is my second time I’ve stayed there and both times love love

Close to Knotts Berry farm and Medieval Times which is what we needed.

It’s old, run down and dirty. The smell in the room was very unpleasant and the walls and ceiling are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors into late night and early morning and couldn’t get much sleep, not that the old and dirty uncomfortable bedding helped. Also was unable to find a parking spot late at night because they hand out more parking passes than what spaces are actually available.

Very close to both theme parks

Near the amusement park and soak city

The bathroom smells funky, near the garbage bin. The main door is dirty. You could hear the cars. Near the main road.

The property was nice and clean

The only thing i didnt like was that my kids witness someone with a machete but other than that it was good

Close to Knotts Berry farm. Pool was good

Needs updating.

The location to Knott’s Berry Farm!

It’s definitely older and a little run down…the elevator could definitely use an update and it should be easier to get ice.

The extreme convenience to Knotts Berry Farms. Both parks. My bed was very comfortable.

Really to be fair the only thing that could make it better is having breakfast since it’s right next to the facility everyone’s going to. I don’t wanna go get breakfast anywhere else.

The pool heated it was good .

The pillows not comfortable at all.

Location

Room 101 had a dirty cloth chair, window lock was broken and had a stick securing it closed. Musty odor in the room, mold started in shower ceiling limited parking.

I love how the room was big and it fit my whole family.

I loved it there was nothing wrong with it .

Location

I had a family suite and on days I didn’t put the “don’t disturb sign “ no one showed up to clean the room! Also it says on line that it includes free breakfast and they don’t even have free ice so much less breakfast!! Refrigerator kept on leaking watered the entire week we stood there, tv has only a few channels.

Honestly I liked the location it was right across soak city..

I didn't like the room as well. The room had a chemical smell or humid smell when u walk in...The sheets were stained..The bed had 2 sheets and a wool blanket..So I was cold at night

It was clean, quiet and employee were so nice

I absolutely loved it there I have no complaints

All is well!

All is well!

They allowed me to park my car before check in to go to the water park

The owner was extremely kind !

Location to Knott's Berry was only 10 min walk, close to lots of eatery and rooms are good size, staff is friendly and helpful.

The proximity from your location to Knotts Berry Farms!

The sign outfront of your location and on your website says remodeled rooms! Well i guess we didn't get one of those. Your website also says breakfast, which you don't provide. Although the room was decent size and we liked the extra bunkbeds for the grandchildren if was kinda dirty. Found a dead cockroach in the bunk room and if the kids walked barefoot in room their feet were black!!! Really need to do a DEEP CLEANING!!

Perfect location for a weekend trip to Knott’s Berry farm. The outside of the property was well maintained. They have a decent size pool that was also well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Decent price for holiday weekend.

If sleeping well is a priority this is not the place to stay. The beds were so uncomfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on only a box spring. The property advertised new/upgraded rooms but the room we had was outdated. The shower curtain had a large hole, bathroom light fixture was broken, and the tiles in the shower were falling off.

The hospitality was awesome an my check was great an very smooth an hassle free!

the view

the bed

Close to attractions, easy walking to parks. The room itself was clean.

It was very old. Outside was very dirty and off putting. The elevator was very worn and looked scary. There was a huge gap around the door that let in light and smoke from other guest smoking outside our door. Beds were less than comfortable. Pillows were awful.

Bed to noise every I move.

The pool and the location

That not enough parking for the place and the room door didn’t feel that it closed all the way so had to put something by the door to feel safe

It was clean

The parking is tight

Great location and free parking made it super convenient for the theme parks.

The rooms were a little outdated but the service made up for it.

The staff is awesome and super helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My whole family appreciates this hotel and we will continue to stay at the Best Inn & Suites when we're in the area.

Nothing

Kid friendly and clean

Nothing

The convenience of its location, the heated pool was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The shower was old

Need to know why extra $100.00 deposit Has been double charged

Toilet not flushing properly No hangers Poor lighting

The location to Knotts berry farm is perfect just walked across the street. Lots of places to eat gad station and other things near by the place was free parking constantly packed with cars though hard to get a parking spot.

Well shower head was not really spraying water put its was in need of a new one. Need new paint job cracking for sure and toilet dont flush very good.

Parking for only one car The sink of the kitchen Stinky Water coming out the sink the room. It was very stinky the mattress, Very Very Old, me and my Husband, We Have Hurts Or Back. Very bad motel. Never Again. No, si Neighbors around no Thank You.

everything 10/10

nothing

The room is very clean and smell good

Nothing bad about the property only the people don’t parking well and use two parking for one car and then no enough parking if you come in late

I liked how it was quiet and was around a lot of things to do. The room was very clean The staff was very professional.

I didn’t like that the mini fridge in our room didn’t work. It wouldn’t keep our things cold.

Very clean and great location

The restrooms don’t have an extractor fan to keep water moisture out only a window which is bad for the night time

Love the location

Nothing

Limpieza y atención

La secadora de cabello nunca funcionó

I love the location and price

Nothing

I liked how close the hotel was to Knotts Berry Farm. I liked the friendliness of the staff. I liked how big the room was.

That the only ice machine was in the lobby. There wasn’t a jacuzzi. I thought that some things needed an upgrade, like the bathroom faucets in the shower section. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any way for me to watch baseball or Netflix, etc. it was the basic channels. Just a minor inconvenience, no big deal.

Location !! Very close to knotts and everything else.

Outdated motel but clean.

very helpful

close to knotts

Walking distance to knotts berry farm

Cars parked close to my room that was orivate area and says no parking

Walking distance to parks & restaurants

Nothing

It is old ,the kids bunk bed were uncomfortable and the bottom bunk had a very nasty comment written on the bunky board we stayed 2 nights and we requested room cleanup we came back nothing was cleaned we had to go get towels an toilet paper from front desk

Location

Dated

Beds were comfortable for the family. Close proximity to Knotts Berry Farm.

Everything is very dated and non cohesive. The room we were given had a broken down refrigerator, slow draining bath drain. Room had to be changed for us. Swimming pool, very uninviting. Guests allowed to smoke (all things) outside their rooms while the air conditioner was going pulling in all the stink.

Bed was very comfortable and close to the amusement park.

There wasnt anything I didnt like

Great location

No breakfast

The price was very reasonable for the hotel. I also really like the free parking.

It was three of us an only kept getting two wash cloths and need more soap for the restroom.

The room was very spacious and the manager was very polite

The location was great. Had everything I needed.

I liked how close it was to knots berry , I will for sure be rescheduling when the water park opens up

The pillows could be switched out to some that are more comfortable but other than that it’s pretty cozy

Location as it’s right across the street from Knotts Berry Farm

Cleanliness! I feel like they can clean a little bit better, especially when peak season comes around and you know your facility is going to be fully booked at times. The bathroom was pretty dirty which prompted us not to use the shower while we stayed there, along with the air conditioning unit, when I turned on the AC dust and dirt started blowing out, which would indicate that it hasn’t been turned on in a while. We heard other guests complaining at the pool on how their rooms were also dirty. They claim that they also serve breakfast, but they do not so do not let the booking fool you.

The front desk guy was kind and accommodating he got us two rooms next to each other.

The room smelled super strong of fabuloso and the floor had a sticky residue like they used too much cleaning product or had dirty mop water. Our showers tiles were all cracked and the shower curtain rod was broken and held up with black trash bag. The door seemed like it wasn’t sealed, you could see light coming in all around it and hear every sound from the parking lot. The curtains were too long and covered the AC so the air was just blowing behind the curtains and we had to lean a lamp on it to keep the curtains back so we could get air. The room just felt dirty

It was near park

The beds were old uncomfortable and the water was pure cold when I took a shower no hot water at all
