Es un hotel muy lindo, con decoración dentro de la habitación medio pasada de moda. El baño le hizo falta cosas, había hasta comejen y termitas. Baño roto y en mal estado. El personal muy bueno. El l desayuno fatal! Muy fatal!

Large well equipped room with the most comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was in a cafe across the square and was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre so lots of choice for eating out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was centrally located and very odern. What I liked mot was the service. Everyone there went out of their way to make us happy. Fresh bottles of water every day, a Nespresso machine in the room and one in the lobby with great tasting coffee. They made me a cappuccino and delivered it to my room. Heavenly. When it rained they gave me an umbrella. Totally a classy and lovely hotel. If you are into art, you will love the wall hangings and lamps from a designer from Mexico City. They are available for sale too. I was tempted. But I must mention the king sized bed and cradles you when you sleep. So comfy. I usually like hard beds but I slept so well on their mattress, I will have to rethink that. Can't say enough about the service, the staff and the hotel.

Excelente servicio desde la recepción!, con un delicioso vino caliente de bienvenida, y delicioso café en el lobby y en la habitación. Todas las personas desde valet hasta gerente fueron muy amables y atentos. Además el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y no necesitamos el auto para nada, pues no salimos de la ciudad.

This boutique hotel is elegant, has friendly and dedicated staff working there. The room is perfectly decorated with high ceiling if you’re on the first floor. The towels are plush, the robes are quality made and even the slippers are worthy to take home one of a kind. The shower lacks pressured water flow, our only complaint but still doable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the center zocalo. We bought a bottle of wine and drank at the lounge next to the front desk and hung out for hours. It’s so worth it to stay here and we felt like two nights were not enough.

Staff was amazing, super friendly, always eager to help, they even gave us a history lesson of San Cristobal and their buildings. We highly recommend this hotel to families w/kids. Muchas gracias por ser tan acogedores.

We checked in at midnight and Camilo received us. He was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Hotel is very centrally located. We had easy access to shopping, eating and nightlife. Definitely will come back.

Rooms are nice with decent space. Location is great but noisy as the rooms are right on the street. Windows are no where near noise proof. You can hear the conversations of the people walking by. Otherwise, a great place.

Location is great but didn’t like that it had no room service and for bfast you had to cross to the restaurant, food was great but don’t like the fact that for basic stuff nothing is offer there.

Everything was ok, walking distance from the main points in the city I liked a lot, the rooms are bit small but you get everything you need ... and is nice and cozy and the beds are just too comfortable

Muy, muy pequeñas las habitaciones, deberían al menos avisar para cuando reservas para 4 personas...., no pueden caminar dos personas a la vez, el baño, igual de pequeño. No tiene estacionamiento.

The hotel is new and it is very well located, however it is too pricey for what it offers. Also it is surrounded by many bars so there is music noise until around 4 am which is uncomfortable. Rooms are comfortable and everything is new.

En primer lugar el precio de EXPEDIA era de 2389 MXN y me fue descontado cerca de 3,500 en mi tarjeta de pago !!! Le comenté a EXPEDIA y NADA se ha HECHO HASTA AHORA. Para el desayuno tiene que cruzar la plaza e ir a comer en un bar, donde te dicen ya a la entrada que solo te dan esto y aquello !!!! UM ABSURDO, por 3,500 MXN

El lugar está muy céntrico pero muy pequeño los cuartos y las camas son muy incómodas y muy peligrosas el servicio excelente y la ubicación también pero no valía lo que pagamos muy caro y el baño muy pequeño en si el hotel está muy pequeño y no vale lo que cuesta en mi opinión no es lo que está en fotos es muy pero muy pequeño en todo pero repito el servicio de todos los empleados fue excelente en toda la extensión

Muy buen trato del personal en todos los aspectos. Muy serviciales en todo momento. Mi hija se enfermó en mí estáncia y en plena madrugada fue un personal a una farmacia por medicina y al otro día nos consiguieron un doctor. Muy recomendado

La ubicación del hotel espectacular, puedes caminar o todos los lugares de gran interés en San Cristobal, la atención también espectacular, el trato es personal y se adaptan a tus necesidades. Por ejemplo, era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y se tomaron la molestia de avisar al restaurante y dejaron una botella de vino en la noche sin costo adicional. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel. Lo único tal vez que se podría mejorar es que las habitaciones dobles son con camas matrimoniales no camas Queen size, en mi caso viaje con mis dos hijas pequeñas y mi esposa. Y obvio hubiera sido más cómodo en camas más grandes, pero la verdad la atención y la disposición compensó este pequeño detalle.

I checked in at the Plaza Gallery Hotel and Boutique on a Monday night and checked out on Saturday morning and all I can say is this is a clean hotel with a wonderful location. The room I had was spacious and the bed was okay perhaps too soft but still comfortable. There is also a flat screen TV if you want to catchup on news or sports before going to bed. The location is great because most of the top attractions of San Cristobal de las Casas are within walking distance. The only place you might need a taxi for is Iglesia de Guadalupe because it is nearly a mile away but I walked it from the hotel so I could see more of the city. Because the hotel is located in the centro they do play music very late in the plaza but I was still able to get enough sleep. If you want total quiet then you must get a hotel located in an area away from here. The hotel staff including front desk and housekeeping was extremely pleasant. The people I had the most contact with Grecia, Felipe, and Anna were very friendly and have excellent customer service skills. The only issue I had , I did want to use their front desk safe but the key was unavailable so I had to use the room safe. Nearby there is an Oxxo if you need to buy drinks or snacks to take to your room. If you decide to visit San Cristobal then I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to everything San Cristobal has to offer. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even called us when they thought we may have been lost! Upon arrival they unexpectedly brought mulled wine...a nice touch! Breakfast was complimentary and Just a short walk away. This is our third time visiting San Cristobal and I would stay here again. One of our two nights was a Saturday and there was a loud bar close by that resonated thru our room. The second night was perfect.

We spent a week in San Cristóbal area the hotel It's located right in the heart of the city, easy to get around everywhere, the staff are very friendly and willing to help at any time, breakfast it was great they just need to find a way to keep it warm most of the time it was cold at the time getting to the room, also they offered a bigger room with an amazing view unfortunately we couldn't stayed because it had a terrible smell to cigarette, little disappointed from that part we decided to stay in this place to be smoking free so I don't understand the smell anyways overall very comfortable place to stay, next time we will try something different.

Very nice! Close to shuttle drop off point from airport, super nice staff, available to is after a delayed flight until 1am!

I have to say I loved this hotel the bed was perfect it was spotless and the breakfast you got across the road from the hotel was delicious but unfortunately I wouldn't stay again as there is music pumping until 5am which is just ridiculous so if I ever stay in San cristobal or if anyone wants to stay in San cristobal id reccomened staying outside the town but if your not a light sleep and don't mind rave music going until after 5am then this hotel is perfect as I said the hotel itself is amazing.

Excellent location. Delicious food and hot wine! Great hospitability. Staff makes you feel at home! The decoration a little bit cursi (plastic stuff) but it´s ok. The location is perfect to move anywhere. The only inconvinience is that restaurant service is a block away but the hotel.

+: Perfect location in the historical center, relatively recent and cosy, friendly staff, some nice perks (slippers), our room had a small terrace -: breakfast (« continental »: one juice, one cup of coffee, some fruit and 3 small pieces of bread to share), quite noisy (including when other rooms take a shower), small rooms, had to wait 30mn to get our car back from the parking lot as no one was available, didn’t put back nespresso capsules after the first day

We were four childhood friends visiting San Cristobal for the first time and we stayed here for four days, we loved the hotel!! The staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. We had no problem during our stay. Our rooms were spacious and always very clean, the service was outstanding! We would recommend this hotel and if we return we will stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights at Plaza Gallery Hotel Boutique and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were friendly and very nice. Efficiency check in and check out. The hotel is located in front of the City's Central Plaza and Cathedral which are adjacent to Zocalo's museum and City park. I enjoyed the Main Plaza balcony view while having my morning coffee and also later in the evening hours. The room is nicely decorated plus nice amenities as Bvlgari toiletries, complimentary Espresso machine coffee and bottled water daily, comfortable bed, and high water pressure for a hot shower. The down side was unstable Wifi with no cable TV service displaying a bad screen when we watched the analog channel. Hotel stay comes with Included Continental breakfast at Via Vai Restaurant located across the Main Plaza from the hotel, also you can order from menu with additional charge. Competitive prices for laundry are available on the same street Guadalupe Victoria short walk from the hotel.

I'm usually more of a mid to budget traveler, but this was included as the last stop on a Mayan Ruins tour, and man it was nice. Fantastic location and I ended up booking another night to just enjoy for myself. What a beautiful town to experience, and a luxurious, well serviced place to come home to at night. You can really walk to everything from this spot. Great street food shows up around town after 10 pm.

Very nice accommodation. Luxury hotel. The room had everything you would want and need. Nice little touches like quality toiletries, and nightly biscuits dropped to your door. Staff made a huge effort to accommodate us and fulfill requests. Only issue was ieth the shower. Temperature wasn't consistent.

My wife was a bit sick and the hotel staff arranged a Dr to see her in our room. It was a great experience after she recovered and thank you to the hotel staff again.
