L'albergo è un po' datato, ma ha un suo fascino retrò ed è in posizione centrale. Buona la colazione, anche se non molto varia. Ottimo lo staff, grande disponibilità. Ho avuto bisogno di biglietti aerei in un giorno di festa nazionale e mi hanno fatto arrivare un'agenzia in albergo, risolvendo in un'ora i miei problemi. Ho liberato la stanza al check out, e ho potuto lasciare in custodia i bagagli per riprenderli in serata per il volo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

In un albergo che ha una sua storia, andrebbe prevista la possibilità di usare carte di credito.

В целом для Манилы хорошая гостиница. Есть удобные кровати, завтраки включены. Персонал очень приятный.

Синтетическое белье на кровати. Спать на нём очень жарко. Кондер сильно шумит, но это местная норм. Но все же лучше его проверить. Тараканы, но по сравнению с тем, что мы видели на улице - даже милые) Завтраки нормальные, но их всего 3 на выбор

The breakfast served was delicious and have many variants to choose from. The service was excellent and the people was too polite and respectful in dealing with their guest. Happy for the service given to us.

The staff were not sincere in handling my situation. I forgot my earphone buds on the table in my room and asked them to return them, but I was told that nothing was found on the table. Before checkout, I had intended to put them in my bag, but unfortunately I forgot at the last moment. When I was already halfway to the taxi, I realized I had left the earphones on the table and tried calling the property, but none of the phone numbers were working. Finally, from the airport, I sent a message to the property. Their response was that they would check the cameras and investigate. I do not understand how cameras could be checked inside my room, and the explanations I received did not seem logical. It is disappointing that the matter was not handled with more sincerity and transparency.

I like the Staffs there all very responsive and friendly , the peacefulness during my stayed and also I really like the location very accessible.

I appreciate the 24/7 security and have clearly communicated my expectations regarding cleanliness and the late check-in.

We loved the full breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and served with juice, coffee, and tea altogether. The variety of options was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The location is 9.7 km from the international airport. To get a taxi, you need to head to the departure area, with the fare costing PHP 350. Taxi hire, make sure you have local currency..

Great location , ten min walk from a big mall and a park. Staff super helpful. Best breakfast we had our whole two weeks in the Philippines. The homemade pineapple jam was delicious too and as many nice coffee refills as needed.

cannot comment very well because we arrived and they were booked so they arrange for us another hotel. for one night was fine, they brought us also the breakfast in the other hotel

Room was big. Staff was nice and accommodating. Security on premise. Walking distance to the US Embassy

Room needs to be updated. Lighting in room was pretty dim which made the tone of the room quite dark and not cozy. Bathroom tiles were gross. And took about 4 minutes for hot water to heat up while showering. Beds were a bit comfy but the bedframe was pretty squeaky. As soon as you lay down, the frame would make a creaking noise. A few restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Although be careful walking at night. There are a lot of individuals asking for money.
