Reviewed Jul 9, 2026スタッフは親切で、設備が古く部屋のアメニティーが十分ではない（例えば湯沸かしポットもない）ところを色々と努力して補っていた点は評価できる。泊まった部屋は裏庭に面しており静かであった。空港からのトラムのRosselli停留所の前と便利。Santa Maria Novella駅からは駅を出て７分位。
清潔に保ってはいるものの設備はかなり古い。水回りのトラブルあり。建物そのものも古いアパートで旧式のエレベーターが一台のみ。受付が２階で部屋は２階と３階にあるが、エレベーターは２階にには止まらず、大きな荷物も狭い階段で運び上げなければならない。チェックイン時は男性の職員がいたので手伝ってくれたが、チェックアウト時は老齢の女性しかおらず、結局自分で運んだ。チェックインした時の職員は色々と観光案内をしてくれたが、どうも本人は行ったことが無いらしく、ちょっと突っ込んだ質問をしたらしどろもどろの回答であった。チェックインの時間に制限があり事前に連絡しないといけないし、いつもスタッフがいるわけではない。ホテルではなくB＆Bということである程度はやむを得ないが、ここの前の日に宿泊した同様の価格の同じ通りの別のホテルとの比較からすると、このような制限や設備の古さからお得とは言えないと感じた。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026We loved that this location is so close (easy 5 min walk) to the train station because we planned a day trip to Venice one day and a day trip to Pisa another. It was a 10-25 min to walk to any of the restaurants and major sites we wanted to see, which we felt was totally reasonable. The staff were great. We had an issue with the showerhead and someone came in less than an hour to replace it. We got fresh towels daily and the elevator worked well. There is a laundrymat 2 minutes walking distance away, and they offered a great wash/dry/fold service, which we needed since the B&B rules said we weren't allowed to wash clothes in the room.
We weren't told about breakfast, so we didn't get to take advantage of that. We happened to see a sign in the hall about breakfast hours on our last night, but didn't know where breakfast would be located in the building anyways, so I'm disappointed we missed out on that.

Y de paso recorrer el centro de Florencia que el centro está a 15 minutos caminando. Y sobretodo la calidez de la atención de la recepción. Sin dudas eso fue lo mejor

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Il b&b Marbò Florence si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Santa Maria Novella. Il personale si è mostrato gentile e accogliente. La camera quadrupla è sembrata ampia e pulita. I letti sono risultati comodi. La doccia efficiente, con una buona temperatura e pressione dell'acqua. Buoni i prodotti da bagno presenti. La colazione è risultata essenziale e di buona qualità.
Il b&b si trova in un palazzo d'epoca, al quale si arriva attraverso una strada mal frequentata. L'ingresso del palazzo e le scale sono poco accoglienti. La reception è situata al primo piano in uno spazio molto ristretto. È presente una scala interna che dà accesso alle camere del secondo piano, ma a noi non è stato detto all'arrivo e l'abbiamo scoperto solo il secondo giorno su indicazione della signora addetta alle colazioni. Il mobilio, i sanitari e tutto ciò che è presente in camera è datato e mostra i segni del tempo.

The room has thin walls but I always expect this in hotels anyway so it is not a big issue for me. I was too tired so I slept well. The bed was comfortable too.

- building old and run down - noisy rooms from tram and train right outside - inhospitable owner and environment, very different to other budget BnBs we experienced in Italy - bad breakfast (we skipped it after the first morning because it was almost inedible) Overall, would not recommend this place. There are plenty of BnBs in Florence and this one did not make us feel welcome at all.

The room is small and overpriced, bed almost next to the bathroom. No space to put our toothpaste and facewash in the bathroom because the handwashing basin's edge was narrow. The room also has lots of dust, my friend got allergic. Breakfast has very limited choice, Only bread, jam and ham, yet cost 12 euro, not worth the price. There was even no egg!

No banheiro, ótimo chuveiro e toalhas de banho limpas e de boa qualidade A localização é perfeita. A poucos metros do centro histórico. Há restaurantes e mercados próximos a acomodação.
O elevador é muito antigo mas funciona.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Trato inmejorable por parte del personal. Habitaciones cómodas, limpias. Dispone de una nevera muy útil en la habitación. Desayuno completo muy recomendable. Destacar que el último día partíamos antes del horario de inicio del desayuno y nos dejaron el desayuno en la habitación. Recomendable totalmente también por la ubicación.
Las ventanas no están bien insonorizadas y se oye durante la noche el sonido de tranvía que pasa por la calle donde está ubicado el alojamiento. El funcionamiento del tranvía es hasta pasada la medianoche y a partir de las 5 de la madrugada. Personas sensibles al ruido mejor llevar tapones.

Chambre mal insonorisée comme dans beaucoup d'établissements. On entend notamment le bruit des sanitaires de la chambre voisine.

The location was on the first floor which had several stairs for someone to bring luggage up and down but in this B&B the staff did all of the lifting for us. They were all very kind.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal zeigte sich äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum.
Der Abfluss war etwas störend: Wenn in anderen Zimmern Wasser benutzt wurde, hörte man bei uns deutlich, wie Wasser und Luft durch die Leitungen strömten.
