Jimbaran Beach Villas by Nakula

Very Beautiful, Private & peaceful 3 bedroom villa! Upon arrival they had soft Balinese music playing in the main living area & the soft lights outside made it look magical! Gede was our private chef every morning for breakfast & the food was delicious! Gede went above & beyond to make us all comfortable! Suksma!🙏

Maybe a larger coffee maker. And for a group of 6, maybe 2 more chairs or loungers outside around the pool.

It was spacious and beautiful, well kept and close to Jimbaran bay.

Tricky to find how to gain access to the complex and find out property.

Villa très confortable et idéalement située, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage de Jimbaran et des restaurants de poissons. La piscine est un vrai plus après une journée de visite. Un grand merci à Putra, le majordome, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Les petits-déjeuners qu’il préparait chaque matin étaient excellents. Un Coco Market se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes à pied (encore plus rapide en Grab) pour faire quelques courses. Il est également possible de se faire livrer ou de demander à Putra de faire les courses. Enfin, la présence d’une machine à laver est très pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

La chambre située à l’étage est un peu moins bien isolée et nous avons entendu les voisins quelques soirs. Cela reste toutefois un détail, car la villa est globalement très calme.

Unfortunately on the edge of the complex - immediately to the rear was a tip and shanty town. Dogs barking continuously, cockerels crowing and revving motorbikes. We didn’t get very much sleep. The villa owners can’t help this of course. There were some signs of water damage in the downstairs bedroom from the shower in the bathroom above.

Each room had an ensuite Anom our house keeper was amazing Close to beach, shops and places to eat.

Maybe just better explanation that a private Villa meant that a housekeeper was there to every morning to cook breakfast. We didn’t expect this but was very happy. Just wasn’t prepared for people coming in all the time (pool cleaner, gardener, maintenance people just walking in…) lost the private part

Amazing service- thanks to our butler, Putra who attended to all of our needs and made a delicious breakfast each day. Wonderful location- a stones throw from the beach.

Bed in bedroom 2 was very firm- could benefit from a pillow top mattress cover.

Very spacious villa with good facilities including small pool in villa. Very close to the beach and private beach area of Karma Resort acrosss the road. Good fresh breakfast prepared by Ardee and Ferr on the 2 days we stayed and they were helpful. Courteous staff including Dharmawan in resturant. Good food in restaurant with a nice wide swimming pool.

The rooms were clean and everything was well equipped! They even have butlers that will cook breakfast for you!

One of the rooms had low water pressure and the beds might be too hard but that is personal preference.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable 1 night’s stay.

Upstairs the Master Bedroom was great but very noisy due to the motorbike traffic below, the Cocks crowing at daybreak and barking dogs next door. Those that slept downstairs did not hear the raucous 🫩

It’s not as luxury as it looks in the photos The pool was not very clean Lots of staff coming in at different points but they were letting themselves in without knocking /ringing door bell which felt strange

De mooie ,vooral houten, villa lag in een mooie groene omgeving. We zijn goed verzorgd door de erg vriendelijke en behulpzame butler . Het ontbijt door hem bereid elke ochtend was heerlijk.

Classic beach type villa. Clean pool, comfy beds and friendly staff.

A little hard to find-it is in the “Khama” resort but that isn’t mentioned anywhere on my reservation docs. Taxi driver couldn’t find it. Eventually I used my maps app & we worked it out.

Spacious and private villas, hospitable staff, delicious breakfast. They had all and more you could need for your vacation.

Incredible villa that exceeded our expectations. Private butler. Rai was so kind and sweet and helped us with multiple things during our stay. She was also very kind to our kids. Breakfast made directly in the villa at the time you wanted.

I didn't like that we didn't have more time at the villa :(

Breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians. External laundry service provided by staff was not good. The clothes came back stained.

What an amazing 2 days to end off our Bali trip. Putra is an amazing person, and he made sure that our stay was memorable. He prepared our breakfasts each morning with care and consideration. He even arranged for us to have our own BBQ with the assistance of a chef and additional staff. I wish we had spent more time here as the relaxed and luxurious environment was a wonderful break from the business of Bali.

I would have preferred to have hired our own vehicle to not be reliant on Tax's etc.

Everything smelled moldy, and dead bugs all over the rooms, among all the villa we stayed at in Bali, this one was the most expensive and yet most disappointing. No one offered to help with our luggage, and staff in general just seemed disinterested and rude. Would not return or recommend. So many better options out there in Bali.

Огромная вилла на 6 человек . Нас было трое Хороший бассейн. Отличная глубина . Рыбки в пруду. Много зелени. Завтрак на выбор, заранее выбираешь по меню и время обговариваешь. Готовят на твоей кухне. Рядом пляж, нам пляж не понравился. Купаться там не стали. Ходили в рыбный ресторан вечером на берегу два раза . Заката так и не увидели , два дня было пасмурно . В ресторанах одинаковый выбор . Второй раз я отравилась морепродуктами . Целый день пролежала. При выселении донесли наши вещи до парковки . Она прям за забором виллы. .

Не могли найти заезд. Указателя на виллу Накула нет. Есть указатель на карму. В бронировании указано было карма и номер виллы 21. Персонал кармы нас отсылал к этой вилле. В итоге объезжали эту карму сверху вниз два раза, интернета на телефоне нет. . Персонал Кармы сам позвонил в Накулу, пришли представители и показали заезд. Оказалось что наша вилла Шанти 33 находится на территории Кармы, заезд тоже через них , но Ресепшена у них нет. Находится внизу. Через дорогу от пляжа. В бронировании получается данные неверные указаны У бассейна стоит только два шезлонга . Хотя нас было трое, нашли у забора в кустах ещё один, без матраса. Вытащили для себя. Рядом нет магазинов и массажных салоном . Первый раз сходили в салон Коко массаж на пляже , он там один. Не понравилось и дорого. Второй раз пошли дальше вдоль дороги и там зашли в первый салон, 140 рупий за час массаж с маслом. Было отлично.

Some aspects could use a small update such as kitchen fronts - but minor detail.

Жили на вилле Umarya. Понравилось. Вилла чистая и комфортная. Было тихо. Просторный дворик с прудиком с рыбками и бассейном. Циркуляция воды в бассейне включалась по расписанию, ночью не шумела. Пляж Джимбаран около 5 минут пешком, вокруг есть различные ресторанчики. Рано утром до аэропорта доехали меньше чем за 20 минут. Так что отличный вариант пожить перед ранним вылетом.

Нет поблизости полноценных продуктовых магазинов.

Super villa, mega Wygodna, super obsługa naszego Butlera Ary’ego. Przemiły i pomocny dla nas. Super basen. Mega serwis. Sprzątali codziennie i dbali o detale. W każdym pokoju były repelenty. A co najważniejsze była aplikacja przez którą zamawialiśmy jedzenie. Blisko morze :)

Oferta śniadaniowa mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone

Ontbijt werd gemaakt in de villa, was prima maar geen luxe zoals je bij sommige hotels krijgt. Het was vrij basic

Aircon, beautiful bathrooms and friendly staff. Common living space with kitchen was a nice area to hang out without affecting those sleeping. It’s located within karma villas so make sure you let your driver know it’s jimbaran beach and not bay villas cos we got driven to the wrong one. Very secure property with a restaurant and small gym.

Feels a little dated with wear and tear but still very pleasant

整潔度 感覺房子很久沒住人 有很重的霉味 浴室的水管可能也很久沒使用 一開始會有下水道的味道 桌面、餐具的整潔度也有待加強

Wonderful property. We had a lot of fun here. Easy walk to Jambaran beach.

Maha was always available. He provided us with his contact info and encouraged us to text, if we had a question or a need. Breakfast was made to order with fresh ingredients. The property was impeccably clean and well maintained. The gardens were lush and beautiful.

プール付きの広いVillaで、設備も素晴らしく、家族みんなで感動していました。子供たちは朝も夕もプールに自由には入れて大喜び、海へも歩いていけるので、海もプールも、街歩きも楽しめて、ここを選んで大正解でした。 部屋を担当してくれたFerryも、とても優しい対応をしてくださり、毎朝きて作ってくれる朝食もとっても美味しかったです。チェックアウトした後にVillaへの滞在を延長して、バリニーズマッサージを受けるようスケジュール調整してくれて、帰国前に最高に気持ち良い時間を過ごすことができました。また是非泊まりたいです。

Daily breakfast was great and Adi was always happy to help us get organised. Gardens , pool and fit out were top notch - just like the pictures indicate. Really well thought out layout. Having restaurant and gym available also helpful.

Hot water was very slow coming through (thought there was none for a day or so) and air con in master bedroom was out of balance causing a lot of condensation to point floors were slippery / dangerous

Peaceful traditional style villa in nicely landscaped grounds near Jimbaran beach. Spacious, good value for money, comfortable… nice garden and private, friendly staff.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. I would recommend it to everyone. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pery was absolutely amazing he made our stay for my 60th birthday and my son’s birthday very special. We had a wonderful family break and loved our stay. Thank you all so much

For us the location was a bit hilly and more expensive than other areas. As a family of 6 it would be nice to have a few more pool lounges.

Greta location however the pool wasnt particularly clean and the air con in the living room smelt, it needed servicing. We expected help with bags at check out but no one showed

Location very close walking distance to seafood restaurants on Jimbaran Bay. Important as weather was wet and stormy. Still picturesque from dining inside. Indulged almost daily. Cooked to order breakfast in villa excellent. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Even organised a surprise cake for my husband’s 70th birthday and cables so we could watch the Grand Prix live from Melbourne. Very private.

The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. I was able to request anything I needed from the villa’s butler, and the service of having breakfast made and cleaned up at the villa was fantastic. The villa was conveniently located close to the beach, making it very easy to walk there, and it was perfect for morning strolls. The area around the villa was very quiet, and it felt completely safe to walk around inside. The staff were extremely friendly.

The breakfast- just enough and very yummy! Friendly chef and house maid but also very polite. The pool very cool and clean, bedrooms very neat tidy and clean.

Our kids don’t like being separated from us so we all ended up in room 3 with them on the bottom bunk- together! Top bunk too high up. The floor of the living room always felt a bit dirty and cupboards in kitchen looked a bit dirty and didn’t shut. The local restaurant refused to serve us coffee when we wanted one for breakfast and said we had to purchase the entire breakfast to get one!

Very well maintained and well appointed villa in a lovely complex. Nice quiet area close to the beach, restaurants and good hotels but still with a local feel. Close to the airport so no traffic nightmares. Freshly cooked breakfast in the villa each morning and very nice staff.

It was our first time visiting and staying in Jimbaran and we really enjoyed our stay at Karma Villas. The staff were so hospitable, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
