It’s a busy area so not the place for a quiet stay especially on the Uxbridge Road side!

Pleasant reception and nice decor on the way in to the hotel, otherwise nothing to like about this place. On arriving and looking at the room, I decoded to leave the hotel and book in to a nearby hotel instead.

Although the bathroom was clean. The bedrest had stains all over it. The sides of the bed had stains all over it. The furniture was tatty and worn. I really didn’t consider using the bed at all. The hotel is on the corner of a very busy junction on shepherds bush. Too busy to enjoy a nights sleep.

No elevator and heavy luggage is not the best combo, but we did receive some help once we reached the first floor.

I try and stay here when in London as much as possible the rooms are always clean and tidy, lovely sized rooms and spacious bathroom I can’t fault anything any time I stay here

The neighbourhood was a bit scary for a woman alone. I liked the short distance to Notting Hill and Hammersmith Bridge though.

Lovely little room in a great area, super close to everything, very comfy and pleasant.

Hade lite problem med att det var ganska varmt i rummet då solen låg på. Lite trångt i rummet och klädskåp var lite svårtillgängligt.

No shampoo, no conditioner, no tooth brush, no pajama, the hair dryer is only 40cm long. The door says ring the bell, but there is no bell on the door

The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were also very flexible and genuinely did their best to help whenever I needed something. The location is great. 20min from king's cross.. It’s close to Notting Hill, there’s a large shopping centre nearby, and everything you might need is within easy reach. I also appreciated the secure entrance, which required a key card while still being very convenient to use. The room was clean and, although compact, it had everything I needed. I appreciated the mini fridge, the complimentary bottle of water, and the kettle. The air conditioning worked perfectly and I loved being able to adjust the temperature to exactly what I wanted, which made the room very comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a nice shower and plenty of space around the sink. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

The only real downside was the street noise, as my room faced the road. Better soundproofing or thicker windows would make a noticeable difference. The bedding felt a little basic, and although the room itself was clean, the area between the window panes could have been cleaner.

The location is perfect. It is very easy to get the city centre by bus or by underground. The room was very clean and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend 👍

Absoluut niet geluiddicht terwijl ik dit hotel daar mede op had uitgekozen! Oud pand met glas en aan een drukke straat. Zelfs met goede oordoppen in hoorde ik de auto’s en sirenes nog! Ook binnen het pand hoorde je mensen op de trappen lopen etc. Zacht / oud matras. Schimmel / houtrot op de houten kozijnen.

Stairs! Too many stairs!!! Bed was VERY soft and we kept meeting in the middle but it was comfortable!!

The building's facade isn't exactly as it appears in the photos. In the pictures, it looks like a residential building, but when you are there, you realizes the entire first floor is commercial. I would have liked to know that for the very beginning.

Staff are great. Lovely and friendly without being annoying. Room was nice. It looks better in person. Comfy enough. Great blackout curtains and the twin windows seal a lot of noise out. Everything you could possibly need on the doorstep. Underground, McD's, Greggs, Sainsbury's etc Oh and the shower is amazing. Great heat control and super powerful.

The downside is the area is pretty rough. Never felt in danger but did hear people selling crack and saw loads of homeless arguing with each other. It's a busy area, so is going to be a bit rough around the edges. I'd stay again without a second thought and tbh if I didn't vape, I'd have no reason to be outside late. It was only at night when the lunatics were about.

Central location, soundproofing - room was quiet considering its location. Large bathroom, staff were polite, helpful & friendly

The room was advertised with AC which didn’t seem to work or at best wasn’t affective. Control panel was working but no evidence of the unit working with room temp increasing to 28. A fan was provided which made the room more comfortable but felt the feature shouldn’t if been advertised or a note pre-check in of any issues. Overall the staff did their best to make this comfortable.

I did like how close it is to the tube however it can be VERY loud. Can hear everyone fighting, talking, police sirens and people in the hotel as well walking down the aisle.

I found it severely lacking in cleanliness and upkeep. The carpets and curtains are so stained and smell and clearly dirty, furniture is old and falling to pieces. The aircon does work but not fully and the room remains so HOT despite it being air conditioned.

This property was ideal for our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in London. Right beside Shepherd Bush underground. Only downside would be for people who struggled on stairs or accessibility as you need to go up at least one flight of stairs

Great location. Clean and comfy. Shower was really good with lots of hot water - didn’t want to get out!

The only complaint I have is that there was only enough tea/coffee in room for one cup! I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a problem to ask for more, but after a long day I just wanted my bed, so saved my cuppa until the morning.

Just the room scent was too much. I turned it off immediately and aired the room.

The value for the money we got was amazing, it’s located right next to the train station in a relatively cheap (for london standards) neighborhood. it was also very clean. the staff was very helpful.

sadly the AC in our room did not work properly, there were no facilities in the hotel (like a seating area outside of the rooms, balcony or anything that wasn’t two meters from the reception), also it got quite loud at night with the front facing rooms. but overall still a great value for the price of the room.

The location near to Westfield and Shepherds Bush station. The on duty staff member tried to be helpful but offered no solution to the sound of trains rumbling every 5 minutes from the nearby Shepherds Bush station other than keeping the windows closed which made little difference! She even denied that no other guest had mentioned it before whcih I find hard to believe.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews/rating and description provided about his hotel but having stayed there doubt their authenticty. Firstly you are not told prior to booking that there are no lifts at the property and there are two flights of stairs befor even reaching Reception. A plug in tower fan is not air conditioning! Ensuring you close the window is not sound proofing against the sound of trains going through Shepherds Bush station every 5 minutes until late into the night. The room is clean but has dated furniture and stains on the carpet plus the bed frame.

the air conditioning was very good , with it being so hot outside , very comfortable bed , best i have slept for a while . shower was decent pressure .Nice to have a fridge in the room very close to shops, restaurants , bus stops and less than 1 minute to tube station

That we had to sleep on the floor after complaining to staff that the mattress was very poor quality and old. Staff didn't rectify the problem even though they promised to have a look and we never heard from them again.

The staff was wonderful. I had a change of plans and a late check in, and they made everything very easy. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's right next to the Tube station as well.

There is a bit of street noise, being at a large intersection, but that's to be expected.

The staff were friendly, and when we had a complaint early on in the stay, the situation was resolved for us to a satisfactory standard. The staff were always welcome and cheerful when we came in or out of the premises.

First thing you are greeted with is many stairs. Coming in you have to go up a large flight of stairs with to the main lobby. We were then given our room, which was a further 3 floors up, there is no elevator. We are fit young people, but thats a lot every time you go in or out of the room, especially with luggage. We dropped our things, noting that the room was much smaller than advertised but whatever, and went out to explore. When we came back, upon closer inspection, there was lipstick stains on the bedsheets, makeup on the pillow, and many hairs (that weren't our own) on and under the duvet. We rang reception and the helpful lady at reception came up with fresh clothes, and personally helped me to change the bedclothes, promising a new room when one freed up the next day. We "slept" in that room that night with fresh bedclothes, and it was very uncomfortable to say the least, I woke up multiple times during the night with discomfort, and with neck pain the following morning, and my partner who sleeps well usually, woke up multiple times during the night too. We considered moving hotels if the room wasnt changed or was similarly uncomfortable the following day. As promised, while we were out that day we had left our packed suitcases behind us in our room, the employees moved our suitcases to a new room for our return. The new room was much larger, nicer, cleaner and fresher, and on the first floor (same as reception). It was a good fix, and the room was meticulously cleaned every day while we were out. If we had received this room and experience from the start then we would have had a very different experience overall, however if we hadnt said anything, we would have had a miserable time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London and would definitely recommend it. The overall experience was excellent — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Kamla and Faisal who made our stay even more memorable. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests really stood out and made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. Exceptional staff can make all the difference, and Kamla and Faisal truly did. Thank you again for the amazing hospitality — we would happily stay here again!

Das W12 hat steile Treppen und keinen Aufzug. Für mich war das okay, sollte man aber bedenken, wenn man schweres Gepäck dabei hat.

Budget friendly hotel and welcoming staff. I stayed during the heat spell and the air conditioning worked very well. I chose the hotel for its location, just minutes walk to two tube stations, overground and buses. Easy to get around and it was an excellent base. Be aware there are stairs only and staff helped with my heavy luggage. I was prepared for the London noise but managed to sleep without earplugs. Spacious bathroom, cosy room, travelled solo and it suited me, the wardrobe fitted my suitcase. Complimentary daily bottle of water and fresh towels.

Wifi requires new credentials from reception every 2-3 days. Not enough power sockets, need to unplug fridge to use kettle for example. Curtains could do with an update, better light block out.

Staff were friendly and prepared as I arrived. Room was good size and bathroom was excellent with a good shower

The road facing room was subject to angry driver hooters. Although window was double glazed. Could have been cleaner in the room although bathroom was spotless
