Location was suitable to our visit

Location was very good. Accomodation was great.

Cold when we arrived in afternoon, could have turned on heating. Unit was cold

Proximity to beach and township

Booked a 1 bedroom and was given a 3 storey 3 bedroom with stairs and instructions say only use 1 bedroom. We are in our 70’s and did not find this easy for access. Bed was small and uncomfortable

Apartment was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, loved the little touches of DVDs, board games, books etc. Staff were super helpful when we forgot something on getting it couriered back to us. Great location, walking distance to the beach, Lost Spring Spa and town. This is our 2nd time staying here and will be back.

It was clean, lots of things provided, big. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked this property on booking.com, and because I have three kids, the booking.com platform said I was over capacity and indicated I had to rent two separate units. When the reservation went through, the team at the property noticed that I had booked two units for 5 people and called to let me know that we could easily fit into one unit. They even refunded the second unit! Suburb service, in my opinion. I also loved having a washer and dryer mid-vacation. Definitely recommend!

That it had a bath

It’s was abit cold and the stairs were a lot for me

Location was wonderful. Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff were lovely - allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Appreciated being able to stay for one night over a long weekend.

The spa was freezing cold - half the reason we booked here was for the spa facilities - it is the same temp as the pool. Beds werent the most comfortable. For the nightly cost, Netflix etc may be something to look into. Sky channels have one childs channel.

It was close to the beach and the town center. It was quiet and the apartment was very nice.

We had to ask for a number of things when we arrived such as toilet paper, salt and pepper, etc. They were quickly provided but should really have been there when we arrived.

The location was fantastic everything in walking distance a shame we only had one night there.

Great location near the beach and restaurants. Our hostess was able to accommodate a last-minute request to stay a second night.

The staff was very nice, it was easy to reach and the apartment was quite large.

Cleaning could be done more thoroughly especially in the kitchen.

Location was great and facilities were great - tennis courts and swimming pool. It had 3 good size bedrooms with nice balcony.

The shower head in main bathroom needs a little adjusting as won’t stay in position properly.

Its location in a beautiful place. The size and comfort of all the rooms. So well equipped

Need a recycling place for plastic, glass etc

Great location, great property, heaps of room. Lovely terrace, all the amenities.

My bed was a bit lumpy, back bedroom. The front bedroom bed was great apparently.

Our unit was perfect size for the 3 of us. plenty of room and well laid out. Great location as so close to beach and ferry. Had everything we needed.

As there was no air conditioning up stairs, the heat was intense! Far too hot to sleep in the room for 3 of the 8 nights, and still a little uncomfortable when we did sleep in there. We had to sleep downstairs on the couch's under the air con. That unit definitely needs Air con upstairs. It was not good.

We stayed overnight while a big storm. Roof creaked very badly- sound like it was going to blow off

I liked waking up to the ocean view in the morning and sitting on the verandah listening to the waves and the birds.

I thought the furniture did not really fit the space, especially the dining table.

In an excellent location being so close to the beach and the local cafes and restaurants. Spacious house with lots of amenities.

It was the perfect location to the town centre and beach. My six year old loved having the pool across the road. Bailey at reception was so lovely and offered some local recommendations for eating out.

The only fault I would have is there was no fans for the bedrooms which got really hot in the evenings.

A little rough for the price? Ripped curtains, alot of wear and tear. BBQ needed a good clean. Abit different staying at a hotel mixed in with people who live there?

Ambiance vacances, ideal pour famille avec enfants, proche plages et restaurants, appartement de particulier , géré par un complexe hotelier, equipements anciens mais appartement propre , calme absolu la nuit, pas un bruit, la literie est très confortable. SMARTV apprécié et wifi, Le personnel est adorable.

Pas de table exterieur pour profiter de la terrasse, tarif élevé par rapport aux prestations de l appartement qui n est pas moderne

Location is perfect, within walking distance to the main street. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything. Staff is very helpful. Apartment is spacious and fairly comfortable.

The only thing I would suggest to the manager is to provide an extra light blankets (throws). The temperature dropped significantly when we were staying and we were a little bit cold when watching TV so would appreciate a throw.

Eine moderne großzügige Anlage in Selfservice. Strandnähe und Bademöglichkeiten sind gegeben und whr schön. Wir hatten nur eine Nutzung von 2 Personen gebucht und durften das überlassene Haus nicht vollständig nutzen...was wir aber auch nicht brauchten. Sehr gut auch das Waschmaschine und Trockner da sind...

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly hospitable and always happy to help. Highly recommended!

Ein Appartement zum Wohlfühlen, sehr geröumig, Terrasse bzw. Balkon zu beiden Seiten, super Matratze und kuscheliges Oberbett. Aus dem Bett (oberstes Schlafzimmer) kann man das Meer sehen Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: die Pfannen sind aufgebraucht und gehören ersetzt

Sehr große Unterkunft (Reihenhaus mit drei Etagen). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Es gab in der Anlage einen kleinen Gemeinschaftspool. Der Strand war fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Klimaanlage gab es leider nur in der zweiten Etage. In der obersten Etage lagen die Schlafzimmer, dort war es leider bei unserem Aufenthalt (im Dezember) extrem warm. Das Gepäck musste ersteinmal in den zweiten bzw. dritten Stock geschleppt werden.

Sehr großes Appartement, das wirklich an nichts gemangelt hat.

Apartment war perfekt! Von der Küche bis zum Schlafzimmer, wir haben und wie zuhause gefühlt. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist auch die Waschmaschine im Haus. Die Lage ist zudem perfekt: in Whitianga selbst (die Restaurants sind in Gehdistanz) sowie auch auf der Coromandel Halbinsel ist alles von da aus sehr gut erreichbar.

Location to Buffalo Beach & shops in town. Pool was devine after hot day walking. Friendly neighbours & quietness.

Very close to the beach and town center. The resort was very clean and full of amenities. It is more like a self service apartment with a full kitchen and laundry. Lots of space, games and great balcony.

Loved everything. Only thing to consider is that it is 3 stories with the bedrooms right at the top. So a bit of going up and down is required.

Fabulous apartment located right near the beach and close to shops and cafes and restaurants. Being next door to Lost Springs was a bonus.

The pool was closed early, it was three story apartments so if you can’t do stairs don’t bother, they didn’t have a bathroom on the main floor and the hot water ran out. Ants were in the kitchen area, supposedly that’s a common occurrence due to the area?
