Rooms are clean, Gives a luxury feel. Dining experience was excellent especially Mr. Sunil. Staff is all very courteous and helpful.

Swimming pool was under maintenance and it was not prior informed. No indoor games for Kids. Room was not having handwash, bathrobes and dental kits for all the persons who checked in. The location is under development and there is heavy traffic during evening hours.

I am stay Here for 2 weeks. Food was very delicious & Service given by Restaurant staff Jayvant, Pawan, Ankit, Prity excellent & they are very polite & helping. I enjoyed my stay as always

service , convenient location . There was no mutton curry on buffet , on request it was made available . There should atleast one dish from mutton , chicken and fish . Waiter Mr. Paltu communicated to senior and made mutton curry available for us . I appreciate all the team and system procedure , training’s behind this to understand the customer and try to fulfill requirement it .

Washroom door in the room , is is too tight to slide . It requires proper slide or bearings installation .

Thank you for your email and for the care and attention I receive each time I visit CY Marriott Chakan As our new factory is in Chakan, I had initially thought of renting an apartment in Chakan but feel your hotel is now almost like a 2nd home for me I would personally like to thank the team at CY Marriott Chakan who combine professionalism with warmth It would really be great if CY Marriott Chakan would expand and have a range of long term serviced apartments similar to the Marriott Suites (formerly Oakwood) in Pune

The room size was very good, well-appointed interiors and amenities. The hotel looked newly renovated, so that was nice. The pool size and the area around the pool was nice.

There was not staff around the pool for any help. We had to call repeatedly to get pool towels. The taste of the food at the dinner buffet was below average.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan was absolutely flawless. The property offers a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and warm hospitality. The food was excellent, the rooms were well maintained, and every staff member went out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. A special mention to Mr. Lavlesh, whose personal attention and care made our stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway away from the city's hustle and bustle.

A few days ago I stayed at this hotel. It was recommended to me by business friends. The location is ideally suited for business visits in one of the hubs of India’s auto industry. Practically all major clients are reachable within 10–50 minutes. Now about the hotel itself: The reception was excellent from the start. After nearly 24 hours of travel, I was greeted at 9 in the morning with perfect service. From the very first moment I was treated like a prince. The door was opened for me, my luggage taken care of, and the on-duty staff immediately resolved a small issue without any red tape. The best part: early check-in was available, and I could rest and shower in my room before my first appointments. In the following days I was also very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of the service. Almost every wish seemed to be anticipated. It’s a pity I had to say goodbye after only three days; I felt very comfortable! 🌟

Had a delightful stay last weekend on our family trip back from Goa, we used Courtyard Chakan as a stop over before driving back to Mumbai and it surely was our best decision, since the drive from Goa to Mumbai with our Pet 🐕 would have been quite a stretch. The warm welcome, check in, rooms, stay along with the meals were superb. And with the roads and missing link, the hotel is now less than a 3 hour drive from Mumbai, we r already planning our next visit soon. Shout out to all pet parents, undoubtedly the best hotel to stay if you want to stay with your pet.

I recently stayed with my family for a staycation at Courtyard by Marriott Chakan and was truly amazed by the hospitality here. Though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and regularly stayed at Marriott properties in different locations, the customer experience here was exceptional! Starting from the main entrance when the lady inspecting me asked me how my day is going to the staff inside, we were greeted with warmth and courtesy. We were celebrating my parents' anniversary here and Santoshi and Anushka made them feel very special. They even arranged a cute card and a cake for them during dinner. Even during meal times, we were attended to with utmost sincerity and all these gestures turned our staycation into absolute delight. Thanks again to all the staff. Would love to visit again

Every staff member was very warm and friendly. No one ever looked away to avoid any eye contact. And they were always ready to hear what I wanted to say and respond immediately.

Courtyard by Marriott at Chakan is my go to place for a short vacation. Their hospitality is top notch. We have travelled across numerous places and resided in few of the greatest properties, yet I still believe that no one could match the hospitality offered here. Chef Sunil is so kind and prepares delicious dishes as per our liking. Harsh at the cafe will make sure that all our preferences are given priority. Suhas and Anushka at the reception gave all of us a very warm welcome and helped make the check in progress seamless. I have visited this place so many times, yet I would always wish to come back here everytime.

Entering into hotel lobby was greeted by Mr.S.S.Gupta (Security Staff). Extremely courteous and professional. Stayed for three nights. At all times, while entering and exiting the hotel, Mr.Gupta appeared utmost attentive, disciplined towards discharge of his duties. Keep it up!

It been almost 7 months i am staying here and its one of the most peaceful places to stay. The staff are too good! Everyone welcomes you warm, feels like a home. Room maintenance is perfect, restaurant spread is on point (kudos to the chef and staff at the restaurant) the staff ensure that you get everything on time and with a smile on the face. Reception staff/AT your service/room cleaning staff everyone is to be applauded for! Sometime they even decorate my bed and it feels so good to come to the room and find a little something like this. Even the gym is super good, i visit everytime and the trainer makes sure i utilise it to the fullest and also helps me with workouts that are right for me. Nilaya spa over the hotel has exceptional staff who give great service, must visit ;) Special mention: I had my birthday few days back and they made sure that i celebrate it with so much happiness. I dint feel for a second that im away from home! Staff feel like family now and i would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Your stay will be perfect and there is no scope for disappointment.

Jyoti Ranjan Mandal was an excellent housekeeper. Vinayak was extremely warm with his service at MoMo. Star of the show as always was Chef Sunil with his excellent Kebabs and Indian foods. We had to wait for paratha at breakfast and then one came was not the one I ordered. Food prices are not for value. The tea is very expensive. You can get cup for 10rs and you charge 450 or 300. I booked on line but didn’t pay and I’ve been charged different 😡

This is my Ist stay in Pune (chakan) courtyard marriot .It was really good and staff was so kind and respectfull towards there guests .But I want to specially mention the name of their head chef Mr. Rahul gavali he is so kind and respectful towards us he specially came to us and asked about the food or we need anything I had never saw in anyother hotel that the chef is personally attending their guest and asking whether they are comfortable or not. we have to visit Bhimashankar jyotirlinga that day he packed fruits for us that we should have it on our way. Never saw this kind of gesture in anyother hotel. Total service of Mr. Rahul gavali is 10/10 .

I stayed for one week at Courtyard by Marriott Pune and was extremely satisfied with the overall quality and service. The staff were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mrs. Shraddha from Customer Support for handling all my requests promptly and professionally. Also, Kalyani and Ashwini in the restaurant always greeted me with smiles and positivity, making my days even better. The only things to keep in mind: The hotel is located in an industrial area, which may not be ideal for sightseeing. While drinking water and tea/coffee cups were provided, the minibar fridge was empty—no soft drinks, beverages, or snacks. This was the only detail I missed, and therefore I would rate my stay 4,5 out of 5. Overall, if you are visiting for business or looking for a peaceful stay with exceptional service, this is a fantastic choice.

We had a wonderful New Year stay and truly enjoyed the New Year party at the hotel. The event was very well organized and never felt overcrowded since it was restricted to in-house guests only, which made the celebration comfortable and enjoyable. The separate arrangements for kids were an excellent idea and highly appreciated by families. A special mention to Akshay, Akshay, Sachin, Vinay, Shubham, Chef Pankaj, and Chef Sunil for their warm hospitality and great service throughout our stay. One small suggestion: during the final cake-cutting, the area felt a bit crowded as it was conducted at a single location. It might work even better if such moments are spread across multiple locations instead of gathering everyone in one space.

I had my recent stay with my family at Coutryard by Marriott - Chakan and I appreciate the the hospitality provided by the entire entire staff during my visit. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant which served good food and their staff was very responsive to all special food requests especially for kids. We were visiting for our anniversary and had high expectations, but the stay unfortunately fell short. Despite informing the team in advance, the cake and arrangements were not ready on arrival. Early check-in was part of our package, yet this was unnecessarily pointed out as a courtesy. The AC in our room was not working and required multiple checks before a room change was suggested. The spa services were good; however, our experience with the spa manager was disappointing due to repeated pressure to buy a membership and a lack of basic courtesy afterward. That said, Shubham, Sangi (Spa), and Purva from the At Your Service team were extremely supportive and helped salvage the experience. Gupta Ji and the lady at the entrance were very warm and welcoming.

I stayed at the Marriott Chakan for 10 days while working in the region. It was a very pleasant experience, as the hotel has a very comfortable structure, with a swimming pool, gym, business room, and entertainment. The hotel restaurant is very good; I recommend the half-board rates. Furthermore, the reception staff, the waiters and the ladies who assist in the restaurant (especially the twins), and the staff at the hotel entrance are fantastic people who take care of everything for you. If you go to Pune, I recommend this hotel. The best Marriott I've ever stayed at.

I went for my anniversary. The place is little far from city but the staff make it up with their exceptional service. I had informed the marriot associate about my visit on the bonvoy app and I got a whatsapp from Ms Shraddha. She took details of my preference and planned complementary decor, sweets, cake and even choice of welcome drink. I am a repeat visitor and apparently the staff values repeat customers highly. I love the breakfast spread and taste. The chef and other staff will come and personally checked with is regarding food. I have been to a lot of hotels but the way these folks go above and beyond make me want to visit again. Jitender and Aniket also helped put up a nice room decor.

Location of the hotel is great for travelling to Pune/Chakan on business purpose. The team at the hotel is very good and past a lot of attention. That’s for both the reception, restaurant and bar. I personally had very good service provided by Shraddha Sargar! The food experience is OK - there are plenty of possibilities and quality is fair. They are currently renovating the training facility which were needed - great decision!

Wonderful Hotel, wonderful people, great hospitality. They value thier repeated guests and know their preferences well in advance. They ensure they meet the customers need without the customer even telling them about it. I had booked a normal room and without me even telling them they had upgraded me to a suite which was fantastic and well appreciated especially after a 6 hour drive. Santoshi at the front desk was warm and helpful and the checlkin was smooth. Chef Sunil was great as usual and came to meet me personally, while most of the food was great , some of it could be improved. Nevertheless i love this hotel because of the people striving for excellence and in that process they ensure the customer is always having a great experience. Keep it up Sunil, Santoshi and the entire team. It was my 3rd time here and we will come back again.
