The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with free parking very close by. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of Ortisei, and the hotel also provides free public transportation in the Ortisei area.

Great location for exploring Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. Our room wasn’t particularly large, but it was perfectly comfortable for a stay of a few days. A special mention goes to the wonderful hotel staff. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and gave us detailed information about everything we might need during our stay. The lady serving breakfast was also very kind and attentive. Breakfast was varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The receptionist was especially lovely and took her time to explain everything clearly. Everyone made us feel very welcome.

The price was a little high for the stay.

It was a beautiful location a short walk outside town. The views around the property were spectacular.

An excellent hotel with a lovely spa and delicious breakfast. I would especially like to mention Alina, who is very pleasant and helpful. She helped us arrange an early transfer to Bolzano and gave us advice on traveling around the region. Alina thank you so much for your hospitality!

첫날 업그레이드 해 준 파노라마 룸 너무 좋았어요. 예약을 따로 해서 룸 변경한 방이 첫날 묵었던 방과 너무 차이가 나서 좀 당황하긴 했지만 나름 아늑하게 잘 지냈어요. 오르티세이 중심가와 좀 떨어져 있지만 오히려 조용하고 멋진 뷰를 감상하기 좋은 위치입니다.

Hotellet var mycket trevligt och våprt boende bestod av två rum v arav det ena var sovrum med liten WC och det andra ett rum med soffa och skrivbord samt ett badrum. Sängarna var mycket bra och med exklusiva fina lakan. Hotellet ligger på ca 20 min promenad ner till centrum längs en nedlagd gammal järnväg dvs. på en grusad väg. Men det går också en buss alldeles utanför hotellet ner till centrum. Bara 2 stationer. Det finns parkeringsplatser för gästerna.

Då vi skulle passa en tidsslot för linbanan upp till Seceda redan 8:30 så skulle vi inte hinna äta den frukost vi trots allt betalat för. De hade något som de själva kallade för "Early breakfast" där de gjort iordning kaffe och lite bröd till, men vi tycker nog att de kunde låtit oss få sitta i frukostsalen samt åtminstone kunnat få "youghurt på burk" och något lite mer - vi kan ju knappast ha varit de första gästerna som ska iväg på en tidig morgonutflykt

I liked everything about the property

The property was very clean, in a great location with stunning views, 5-10 min walk from the city centre, and Seceda cable car. In addition, the hotel offers multiple wellness facilities such as a sauna and relaxation room. Wide range of food options and a bar for all hours with multiple beverage choices. Lastly and most importantly, the staff were unbelievably welcoming, very helpful - providing us with advice and bus passes for the city. Even after we checked out, we were allowed to keep the car in the car park for convenience and on our return were offered a coffee and to sit on the terrace to chill. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Incredible location with amazing views of the mountains all around the property. Plenty of parking options and a short drive into town. The room was spacious with plenty of hanging and storage space for clothes and luggage, and the bed was very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, it feels super cosy and offers plenty of amenities - the sauna/recovery space was so peaceful and a perfect way to recharge. We also loved the breakfast, there were plenty of savoury, sweet, and traditional options to choose from. Also loved the honesty bar, we helped ourselves to a couple of aperol’s and enjoyed them on the deck while admiring the views.

The pillows were a bit too large and soft for my liking, but my fiancé loved them. There was also no minibar in the room so we weren’t able to keep any food or drinks refrigerated during our stay.

A pesar de no estar céntrico totalmente la ubicación era genial para ir paseando unos 15min aproximadamente, y así también estar algo más tranquilo fuera del ocio. Nuestra habitación no estaba orientada al valle pero aún así también muy agradable, imagino que las que lo están serán ya maravillosas. El desayuno es increíble. La chica que nos atiendo a la llegada no podía ser más encantadora.

La televisión debería ser una Smart TV, por el precio que tiene el alojamiento es lo MÍNIMO para poder disfrutar de una película por la noche después de un día entero de ruta cansados.

An excellent Val Gardena base. Completing online check-in in advance meant we had free public transport tickets waiting on arrival (bus stop a short stroll from the door), and parking was free for the whole stay — both nice touches. Not widely mentioned, but well worth knowing: the walking trail into town just below the hotel is an easy 15-minute stroll to the cable car stations for both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi, putting day trips in easy reach. Our room was on the tight side but included a small balcony with an exceptional view up the valley. The highlight of the hotel is the wraparound deck leading off the dining room and lounge, opening onto the most spectacular valley views and waterfall. Breakfast was exceptional, supporting us well with quality and variety, as were the great afternoon cakes. Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant — just an all-round pleasant experience. Should we visit the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Hartman.

Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado. Todo fue perfecto: la habitación comodísima y las instalaciones están impecables y muy cuidadas. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal. Pudimos disfrutar del spa y de la terraza, que son un gran valor añadido. Además, el desayuno es espectacular, con mucha variedad y calidad. Nos ha encantado la estancia, totalmente recomendable.

Our stay at Hotel Hartmann was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful both before and during our stay. They made some fantastic recommendations. The included breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from and the snack bar in the afternoon was a great treat after a day’s hiking. The included free bus transport ticket, which we used to transfer from & to Bolzano & to move around Ortisei during our stay was fabulous. The service was frequent & on time. Overall it was a fabulous stay & I would recommend it to others.

The staff was very helpful. Because of the afternoon bad weather we preferred to skip breakfast and start the day very early. The staff left for us very nice lunch boxes which we took to the trails with us. The main area is very welcoming and the outside sofas in front of the waterfall view are just brilliant! At the last two days we had a chance to have breakfast at the dining room. The breakfast was varied and great! everything was fresh and tasty :-)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever seen

Such a lovely hotel, well thought out with great comfortable communal areas and small garden area.

The air conditioning isn’t air conditioning. They say that it is a central controlled system but although we scanned the code to control it and reduce the room temperature down, we’re not convinced by it. Thankfully plenty of windows and doors to open for a breeze and despite the hot weather the room was reasonably cool.

Outstanding hotel! Comfortable room. Beautiful lounge area with large balcony with views of the mountain. The service by Chiara was impeccable! Lovely breakfast and ‘snacks’ on offer. 15-20 minute walk to town with great views or a short bus trip. Bus stop is about 100 m from the hotel. Hotel provides free bus tickets. Highly recommend ❤️

Although it takes a bit over 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the town center—including an uphill stretch—the service was excellent. Chiara, in particular, was incredibly warm, nice, and patiently answered all of our questions. The breakfast quality was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Mycket trevligt litet hotell med fina rum sköna sängar med stora kuddar. Trevlig personal med eftermiddagsfika. Frukosten var jättebra. Fanns ett lite SPA i källaren bastu , använde det inte men såg väldigt fräscht ut.

A bit too far from restaurants and center of town. Rooms was quite small. No where to sit or store luggage in room. And no fridge in room. Couldn’t get breakfast until 8 even though it was ready at 630, which was a bit inconvenient for wanting an early on the day.

Hallo, wir bewerten die Unterkunft als "gut". Herauszuheben ist die sehr freundliche Art aller Angestellten und die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.

Zum "sehr gut" fehlten uns folgende Punkte: - Kuchen und Gebäck war gratis, gratis Kaffee/Tee am Nachmittag hätte sehr gut dazu gepasst - kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer - keine Gläser sondern nur Pappbecher auf dem Zimmer, nicht mehr zeitgemäß - keine Kaffeelöffel auf dem Zimmer zum Umrühren des bereitgestellten Instant-Kaffee - nur Kaffee aber kein Tee auf dem Zimmer - wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, hier würde ein kleines Regals guttun

It's in a quiet area of Ortisei (eastern edge) but still only a few minutes away from the busy city center. The ski room has racks and boots warmer. It has a self-serve bar along with coffee and tea.

Our room had a balcony that overlooked Ortesei and the mountains, stunning. Very comfortable room and excellent shower. So many ammenities: well stocked honor bar, afternoon snacks, deck with a view, 3 spa rooms, incredible breakfast and comfortable beds. Kiara at the front desk was extremely helpful and responsive. Located steps away from the bus stop. Free bus pass was fantastic! Beautiful lighted path made walking into town a pleasure.

Hotel is located outside of the town, so if you like to be in the middle of everything, this might not be for you.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The wellness center was a real highlight — very relaxing, with a lovely sauna that was perfect after a long day of skiing. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. A special bonus was the personal driver service, which made getting to and from the ski lift easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Für eine Frühstückspension ist es wirklich ein schönes Haus. Man erkennt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Liebe zum Detail ein ehemaliges Einfamilienhaus in eine Frühstückspension umgewandelt hat. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und kann sicherlich seinesgleichen in dieser Kategorie der Beherbergung suchen. Das Personal ist freundlich, einsilbig.

Hotel gebucht, Frühstückspension bekommen. Hier ist offensichtlich ein Marketingexperte am Werk, dem wenig die Aufrichtigkeit hinter dem Auftritt am Herzen liegt. Wir hatten ein Hotel gebucht aber leider nur eine Frühstückspension vorgefunden. Mit einem Spabereich, der diesen nicht verdient. Geschickt auf der Webseite verwoben sind Champagnerbar und Restaurant. Beides mit 10 - 15 Minuten Autofahrt erst erreichbar. Es gibt in der Beherbergungsbranche zurecht die Kategorisierung Frühstückspension und Hotel. Wer das noch nicht verstanden hat tut seinen Gästen nichts Gutes. Das viel gepriesene Frühstücksbuffet ist wohl das mindeste was man in einer Frühstückspension erwarten kann. Aufgrund des Alters des Hauses fehlt scheinbar auch jegliche Dämmung was das Badezimmer zu einer Eishöhle gemacht hat. Auch die Zimmertüre kann bestenfalls nur als Deckel zur Abhaltung des Lichtes bezeichnet werden. Ebenso fehlten Stores. Besonders unangenehm, wenn man im 1. Stock mit Balkon zur Straße logiert. Da kann dann jeder reinschauen. Dem Hausherren liegt auch scheinbar auch wenig an seinen Gästen, denn Begrüßung - also das Mindeste an Hospitality - ist nicht seine Sache.

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dal centro di Ortisei. Colazione a buffet straordinaria, servizio impeccabile. Ottima qualità dei prodotti e scelta vastissima. Tutto il personale, ma soprattutto Chiara, gentile e disponibile. Camera top!
