Super Accueil . Situation idéale pour se balader dans la ville , mais en même temps au calme. Vieux bâtiment rénové avec beaucoup de goût, dans un style moderne. À revenir avec plaisir .

Vrata v sobo so praktično navadna notranja vrata, vse kaj se je dogajalo na hodniku se je slišalo v sobo, hotel ima kar nekaj sob, kar je pomenilo, da se je slišalo prihajanje/odhajanje ostalih gostov, hkrati pa je zaradi prostornosti in odprtega stopnišča ta zvok še dodatno odmeval. Prav tako pa ni bilo občutka varnosti, saj je osebje bilo le do 14.h, preostanek popoldneva, večer in ponoči ni bilo nobenega. Soba je bila slabo očiščena, tla so bila umazana, prav tako stene, tla v tuš kabini so drsela od šampona/balzama od prejšnjih gostov (nehala so biti drseča, ko sma jih le malo polila z vročo vodo, kar pomeni, da osebje ni bilo niti toliko, da bi tuš med gosti splahnili). Posteljnina je smrdela po prejšnjih gostih in bila vidno umazana, ko sma to naslednjo jutro sporočila na recepciji, naju je gospod prepričeval, da je bila soba očiščena in da imajo prevleke svoj vonj od praška. Na koncu smo se uspeli dogovoriti, da bi zamenjali posteljnino. Zamenjali so le prevleke vzglavnikov in odejo, prevleka za jogi je ostala enaka, kar se je videlo po majhnem madežu, ki je bil prisoten že prej. Na sveži posteljnini pa so bili novi madeži. Prav tako so v kotih ležali temni dolgi lasje prejšnjih, ali pa morda še predhodnjih gostov. Stranišče je bilo umazano, na pokrovu stranišča so bile vidne rjave kapljice za izvor katerih lahko samo ugibama .... Ne razumema kako je lahko tak hotel tako dobro ocenjen, sploh kar se tiče čistosti sob. Bivanje tukaj glede razmerja cene in tekaj kaj se dobi za ceno ni vredno.

Tutto! La casa era in una posizione strategica ed è stato comodissimo sia per poi partire con l’auto per le varie mete del viaggio, sia per goderci poi cena e serata in città. Ci sono state date un sacco di informazioni utili che ci hanno aiutato a vivere al meglio questa vacanza. La camera era bellissima e si vedeva il mare

Great host, super nice and helpful. Best location!!

Air con only worked in the bottom area of the room. Hot air goes up, cold air goes down. A fan was provided for the top level, where the bed is. We made it work with putting the fan next to the air con and blowing the cold air up. Bathroom is a little tight.

The location was really good, right next to the parking bays and away from the hustle and bustle but still really close. Stavros was very helpful and answered all our questions patiently.

We had a great stay at Casa Veneta! The hotel is centrally located, steps away from the port, and great restaurants and shops. The room was well equipped and spacious. Stavros was a great host - he was so helpful, taking the time to give us personalised recommendations and always up for a chat. We would recommend Casa Veneta to all!!

Tout était bien je regrette juste que nous n ayons pas eu la possibilité d étendre nos serviettes de toilettes qui sont restées humides durant 4 jours . Mais ce n est vraiment qu une peccadille

De badkamer had iets beter gepoetst kunnen worden en er is geen lift. Wij zaten in kamer 9, dus moesten veel trappen op met koffers.

The location was excellent, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering plenty of great recommendations on places to visit, swim, and explore. The room was very spacious and comfortable for two people.

Nothing in particular. The only minor downside was the soundproofing. Since the hotel is located in the center, some noise from the street could be heard in the room. The hotel also has a large entrance door and an open staircase, so whenever guests entered or left, the noise carried into the room.

De locatie was echt perfect! 1 minuut van de haven, maar wel in een wat rustigere straat, super fijn. De gastheer was ontzettend vriendelijk.

Het appartement was niet helemaal schoon. Het water in de douche liep daarnaast slecht weg.

Located in the old town of Chania, although there were plenty of cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhoods, it was very quiet, and we had a lovely stay. The owner, Stavros, was also very kind and shared lots of useful information with us. TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning were working very well.

I can’t think of anything in particular.

The property was in a great location, right in the city centre, which made it very convenient for exploring the area.

Since the room was located on the ground floor, there was quite a lot of humidity and noise throughout the day and at all hours.

Very beautifull mini appartment in the quiet part of the historical center. Winderfull terrace with great sea view.

I have nothing i didnt like

Location was amazing - both a close walk to public parking areas and in the heart of the charming Old Venetian Port area, an easy walk to everything. Our balcony had a lovely view to the sea and the pedestrian only cobblestone alleyway below. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable - plus the AC worked amazingly. Stavros, the owner was extremely helpful providing recommendations for sightseeing, eateries, shopping, anything we asked about. It was wonderful to have the insight of a local who clearly loves his home. On checkout day Stavros was gracious enough to hold our bags too while we made the most of the remainder of our time in this charming little town. We definitely want to come back and when we do, we'd love to stay at Casa Veneta again!

This was not a problem for us - but just a note that there are no elevators to the upper floors. We needed the exercise after over eating all the delicious Greek food anyway :D

VISTA! O quarto número 9 (apenas) tem uma varanda com vista para o mar e encostada na antiga muralha da cidade. Uma visão linda do céu do pôr-do-sol. Stavros é muito gentil e receptivo. O layout do quarto é bom e facilita a circulação. O chuveiro é ótimo, bom secador (o melhor da viagem). A localização é perfeita, perto do maior cartão postal, restaurantes, bares, etc.

A camareira precisa mudar. Uma senhora mal-educada que exatamente na hora do checkout socou a porta e literalmente nos expulsou com muita rispidez enquanto fechávamos a última mala. Além disso, se você não tem pernas fortes terá dificuldades em subir 4 andares (que valem a pena)

L'accueil était incroyable et le gérant est adorable et très attentif. J'avais réservé pour mes parents qui ne parlent pas anglais et ce sont eux qui ont séjourné, et le gérant a fait tout son possible pour communiquer avec eux et les accueillir au mieux malgré le fait qu'il ne parle pas français, en les aidant avec Google Traduction et on leur donnant pleins de conseils et recommandations. Il a aussi pris le temps de communiquer avec moi par message pour que je fasse l'intermédiaire pendant leur séjour. Leur séjour s'est déroulé à merveille et mes parents étaient les plus heureux.

- Very well located. In the old town but so close to the water as well. A lot of great restaurants nearby and it was well located as a home base to explore the island - The room was a great size, very clean, the air conditioning worked well. The view was also amazing! - Stavros & George were so friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were incredible and we loved having a brief chat with them each morning on our way out

- The parking lot was full one of the days. There is paid parking and street parking as an alternative but just a heads up!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, man ist mitten in der Altstadt und im Geschehen. Auch Nea Chora ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, schöner Stadtstrand und tolle Tavernen (und kein Massentourismus wie im venezianischen Hafen!). Stavros ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns bereits vor und während unseres Aufenthalts mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Insbesondere zur Parksituation hilfreich, da die Unterkunft in einer autofreien Zone liegt. Wir können die Casa Veneta in jedem Fall empfehlen

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Für mehr als 3-4 Nächte hätte uns ein richtiger Kleiderschrank gefehlt

Everything about casa veneta was incredible! Stavros made the stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Everyone should stay here when they come to Chania!

Stavros gave us plenty of information, hints and tips to make our stay more enjoyable. Excellent location in the old town but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of choice of places to eat within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend Casa Veneta but, bear in mind, some rooms have steps and lots of stairs to navigate so check before booking if you have limited mobility.

Une belle demeure pleine de charme dans la vieille ville, tout près des murailles,de la mer et du port. Notre appartement donnait sur une cour intérieure, pas de vue mais un calme parfait,appreciable au coeur de la ville,et de la fraicheur. De bons conseils de musées et de restaurants.

Lovely apartment in the Old Town. Spacious, clean, nice & quiet. Big balcony overlooking the water & old town walls

The location was perfect, right in the entrance of the Old Town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The host was incredibly helpful and provided a detailed guide with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. His suggestions were spot on and greatly enhanced our stay.

We had some trouble sleeping on the first night due to mosquitoes. However, the host was extremely responsive and went out of his way to purchase a new mosquito repellent device for us.

Stavros fue muy amable y nos aconsejó en todo momento lugares a donde ir, nos prestó sombrilla y estuvo siempre disponible para ayudarnos. La ubicación es excelente y la habitación también lo fue, todo impecable. Alquilamos auto y siempre conseguimos lugar cerca para estacionar.

Prachtige ligging in de oude stad en dicht bij het strand! Ook heel veel dank voor de hotelhouder om ons te helpen onze valiezen na 2 dagen terug te krijgen. Die waren achtergebleven in de luchthaven van Brussel.

Incredible location in old town, we were in the superior suite with sea view and I can’t recommend enough! Tons of bars/restaurants on your doorstep, check-in was easy with great communication and they helped with our airport transfer on arrival. The building is beautiful, incredibly clean, and renovated to a very high standard, you feel close to the busyness of old town but secure and comfortable in the apartment. Stavros was always on hand for great tips, recommendations, and some friendly chat! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Chania and will definitely be back!

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko do portu spacerem 2 minuty, pokoje czyste, przestronne, łóżko wygodne, codziennie nowe ręczniki. I teraz trochę o gospodarzu, bardzo pomocny, miły i otwarty Pan, na nasze 8 dni pobytu tylko 3 były słoneczne, nie wiedzieliśmy co robić w taką pogodę dlatego zapytaliśmy gospodarza, idealnie podpowiedział nam gdzie jechać jaką miejscowość zwiedzić czy nawet pokazał nam trasę na wycieczkę samochodową. Duże parkingi zaraz obok, niestety płatne ale przy placu 5 minut od lokalizacji są darmowe miejsca postojowe i zawsze znajdowaliśmy miejsce. Szczerze polecam!!

I stayed for two weeks at Casa Veneta and truly felt at home from the very first day. Stavros is an outstanding host — always kind, helpful, and available for any questions. His recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and local spots were always excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also incredibly warm and friendly, and everything was kept perfectly clean throughout my entire stay. The location in the heart of Chania’s old town is absolutely perfect — charming, authentic, and within walking distance of everything. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable experience. I felt comfortable and welcome during the whole two weeks. I can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Stavros.

The location was excellent. It is inside the beautiful old city but it was not right in the middle of the touristy spot so it was quiet and relaxing. The owner was friendly and interesting to talk to.

We were ok but if someone gets drunk he/she could fall from the stairs coming down from the bedroom.

Casa Veneta en de eigenaar Stavros waren een absolute topper! De eigenaar is heel goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp en staat 24/7 voor je klaar voor alle vragen! We hebben veel aanbevelingen van hem gekregen en hij is ook zeer goed op de hoogte van de locale situatie. Hele vriendelijke man, we hebben veel uit ons verblijf in Chania aan hem te danken. De kamer was ook tip top in orde. Groot, netjes, mooi ingericht en een balkonnetje (kamer met seaside view). Het voelde echt aan als een luxe hotel, en toch midden in de stad. Helemaal genoten! Er was tevens ook airco aanwezig in de kamer, hetgeen handig is aangezien we in een duplex kamer sliepen en het bovenaan nogal warm kon worden.

We loved staying at Stavros’ beautiful house. The location was perfect with a view of the sea from the balcony. The room was plenty spacious for 3 of us, very clean and with an excellent shower. There was even a carafe of raki and filter coffee in the fridge. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Stavros and enjoyed his excellent recommendations for sightseeing and food, and his reminiscing of earlier days in Chania.

Our room had the sea view, on the top floor of the hotel. The hotel was a beautiful old style building which had been renovated and was very clean. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in 3 hotels over the course of our trip through Greece, and this was the best one we stayed at for our budget! Also Stravos was very kind, he sent me plenty of details about the city through WhatsApp, such as reccomendations on where to eat, different beaches we could drive to and assisted us with whatever we asked, such as finding free parking down the street near the hotel. He even took us for a walk through old town Chania when we first arrived to show us around!

We loved this apartment and its location in beautiful Theotokopoulou Street. The balcony has lovely views of the sea and up the lovely historic street. The bed was large and comfortable. The apartment was quiet and we slept well. It was very clean. It is very well placed to explore Chania and walk to the beach .We really enjoyed meeting Stavros and hearing about his childhood and the history of the house and street. Stavros shared a lot of information before arrival which was really helpful. Check in and check out was easy and we were kept well informed before arrival Thank you

Le seul bémols pour moi c'est la place de parking qui est proche est payant pour avoir des places de parking gratuit il faut aller plus loin .
