Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Hotel był bardzo przyjemny i czysty. Bardzo smaczne i duże śniadania w formie bufetu -duża różnorodność i wysokiej jakości. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa zarówno na recepcji, na śniadaniu jak i pani sprzątająca. Hotel był spokojny i kameralny. Położony w centrum, blisko morza, portu i restauracji.
W nocy było dość głośno, ale okna dobrze tłumiły hałas z ulicy. Łazienka wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia.

Bij het gebruiken van de jacuzzi kwam er een geur boven van de riolering, dus ik heb de jacuzzi niet gebruikt om die reden. Hier zou ik eens naar laten kijken door technieker.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Breakfast was good. Hotel receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The location was a bit noisy as our room was above a slightly busy street but this wasn't too bad and the street was very pleasant with shops and restaurants. The Elia chain organise tours and we went on one - just the two of use as no one else had booked - and it was great! The hotel is away from the very busy waterfront area but is only a few minutes away, so is very well situated.
Bedroom curtains didn't screen out the light from the street very well. We had to close the windows at night in order to cut down on the noise on the street (which wasn't too bad).

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de chocolat chaud au petit-déjeuner

Clean and spacious room in a beautifully restored building on a historical street. Excellent selection for breakfast. Great base from which to explore Chania and the surrounding areas.
Ground floor room was slightly noisy but understandable in a small, old building in the centre of the tourist district. It didn't spoil our stay.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Excellent location in the old town but away from most of the noise. Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, and very good breakfast. Warm and friendly staff.
Two flights of stairs was quite hard work with a heavy suitcase although help was offered. Breakfast area is quite small so gets busy at peak. Parking is challenging in Chania although we struck lucky both times we approached in the car and found on-street spaces not far away.
