La localización y lo bonito que es. No es nada ruidoso y eso que hay movimiento fuera. A un paso del centro antiguo de Palma. Muy bien equipado.

Estuve en una habitación a 3 alturas y me pareció muy incómodo. Tenía que bajar dos pisos para ir a la cama. Y bajar/subir la maleta esos dos tramos de escalera se me hizo muy pesado. La cocina estaba a la altura de la puerta de entrada. El salón en el piso de más abajo y el dormitorio y baño otro piso más abajo aún.

Mi estancia fue larga y necesitaba la comodidad de un apartamento, tenía un supermercado cerca y la posibilidad de dar un paseo por la zona de la catedral.

Como digo fue una estancia larga, se avisó que necesitaríamos espacio y dos camas individuales, pues nos pusieron en una habitación pequeña, con dos camas juntas. Si mi estancia fuera para estar fuera del hotel no estaría mal pero sería caro.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Apartment was clean and ready early for us. Their customer service was phenomenal and their response was very fast! Highly recommend!!

Great accommodation! Spacious and comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice bath products. We enjoyed the rooftop and happy hour drinks every night. We appreciated the having a laundry room and drying racks. Excellent location in heart of Palma.

Location excellent, very comfortable room and bed and excellent staff who went above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for better on a long weekend away. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

amazing staff- best part! the pool is super tiny but cute outdoor space- the breakfast was incredible for the price we were paying! They even opened the breakfast an hour before to accomodate us!

Zimmer war sehr großzügig, Bett sehr bequem.

Badezimmer eher klein, leider hat man den Aufzug und die Reinigungskräfte gehört.

Ubicado a minutos del centro histórico, se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. Luce tal como se ve en las fotos, confortable, luminoso, excelente limpieza y atención por parte de su personal. En la suite no falta nada, posee todos los enceres de cocina, así como los del baño y se puede solicitar su reposición. La recepción 24 horas está atenta a cualquier necesidad del viajero. La terraza con piscina es muy bonita, perfecta para descansar.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, Tiefgarage für Auto in 2 Minuten erreichbar, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt, schöne Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool, Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein supertolles Hotel!

The room was pretty spacious, nicely decorated, the staff was excellent. The hotel also has a lovely terace which provides a great viewpoint and you can bring your own drinks and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this property and book it again if i travel to mallorca again.

The location, very friendly staff and style of the building/interior. The premium toiletries were also a bonus. The view from the roof terrace was stunning.

Some advanced warning about the split level of the apartment/number of stairs would have been helpful. The only thing missing was a tea towel in the kitchen to dry cups/glasses and a hand towel.

The team at Palma Suites were so welcoming and helpful. The facilities were spot on and the location was great for us - I think we took a different route every day through the old town to get to and from the property 😂. A ten minute walk from the sea front, the shopping area and bus/rail terminal.

The suites are really spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would want, full size fridge and freezer. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The roof top terrace is a great space to go and relax, the pool is not big but enough to get wet and cool down Location was fantastic, lots of great bars and restaurants at your feet. Everything to visit was closed by. They also had a little treat for my mums birthday which was a lovely touch.

Some room facing the front of the hotel did get noise from the streets, although most bars outdoors access closest at 11pm. There's also the bin being empty in the early hours of the mooring. So I would recommend a room st the back.

La suite était extrêmement confortable et très bien équipée, même pour y prendre ses repas. Elle donnait sur une petite place arborée très calme, dans un quartier très central avec de nombreux restaurants à 200 mètres.

Le réveil dû au bruit fait par d'autres clients de l'hôtel dès 7:30 le matin, un jour férié (!). Dommage ...

Fremragende beliggenhed centralt i den gamle del af Palma. I gå afstand til såvel lufthavnsbus som utallige tapasbarer og restauranter. I rimelig afstand til rimelig god strand.

DA det er 2. gang vi var der, lader dette spørgsmål sig knapt besvare. What you expect is what you get. Vil du have stor swimmingpool elle lignende, så vælg et andet hotel. Hvis du er til et byhotel i den øvre klasse, kan Palma Suites bestemt anbefales.

Honestly, nice and cute hotel. Staff is nice. However, not worth the price at all -- I paid over 300€/night here and received literally just a room, with a small kitchen. Also, not the cleanest -- there was a ball of hair on the stairway the entire week I was there. It's loud outside (which can be expected out of the old town so that just comes with the location I suppose) so sleeping at night can be a challenge if you're not a tight sleeper.

Value for money is not there, a 4* hotel should at least include breakfast for 300€+/night, and potentially even a dinner, or a spa. But there is only a small rooftop, and breakfast is paid extra and 18€ at that. I don't see why I should return.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, assez spacieux et moderne. Le petit rooftop est sympa (3 banquettes et toute petite piscine pour se rafraichir)

Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme. Résultat notre suite était proche de l'ascenseur (donc ballet continu de personnes, chariots le soir, tôt le matin), avec la fenêtre (pas de double vitrage) donnant face à un bar ultra bruyant qui ferme à 2h30, où tout le monde est dehors faute de place à l'intérieur. Je n'ai jamais, jamais, été aussi dérangé de ma vie par le bruit dans un hôtel, incroyable. Résultat : 3 nuits à dormir extrêmement mal, impossible de fermer l'oeil avant la fermeture du bar. Le patron de l'hôtel nous ayant même suggéré d'aller boire des verres plutôt que de dormir... Ah et il y a des bennes de poubelles en bas, sur nos 3 nuits, les bennes ont été vidées 2 fois par la ville vers 3h30 du matin : merveilleux. Vu le prix des nuits, allez le dépenser ailleurs car chaque côté de Palma Suite donne sur des bars dans le même style : une catastrophe

Perfekte Lage für Palma, sehr gute Organisation der Parkmöglichkeit (unbedingt vor dem Befahren klären, Anwohnerbereich), funktionale Küche mit Spüler und Herd (Mikrowelle wäre vlt. gut), täglich frische Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Espresso-Maschine, schöne Einrichtung, super nettes Personal, sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick (Pool ist eher Badewanne ;)), Restaurants, Parkhaus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Mercat d`Olivar in wenigen Minuten fußläufig...

etwas eng, nachts teilweise recht laut (Containerdienst, Freisitz Restaurant...), der Luftfilter in der Balkontür hebt den Schallschutz der Fenster auf...im Raum stehende Recycling-Trenn-Eimer sind irgendwie immer im Weg...

Our room was on 3 levels/floors, which made it quite unique and we really liked it. It had all possible amenities, so we actually felt like at home. Cleaning every day was great! Hotel was located quite close to everything, also to the bus stop which takes you to and from the airport. We couldn’t really hear the other guests nor the noise from the street. Really great and stong hairdryer!

So the first two days it seemed like air conditioning wasn’t working and it got so hot in the room, that we sometimes needed to just open the doors so some cold would come in from the corridor. Then I asked about it but it seemed like we couldn’t do any adjusting on the air conditioning. Then all of a sudded, on day 3 air conditioning started blowing full power day and night that it actually got way too cold haha! 😂 Other than that it was amazing!

Great for touring the city. Very central and had lots of great places to eat very close.

Handtücher wurden nur auf Nachfrage gewechselt, im Badezimmer waren die Fugen verschimmelt es wurde nur das Bett gemacht, und weder aufgeräumt noch die benutzten Tassen gespült. Zimmer Reinigung fand gar nicht statt.

A beautiful classy hotel. Staff were very engaged and nice. This place oozes quality. Room was spotless and everything i needed. Had breakfast a couple of times and it was excellent. Great location. Without hesitation I would stay here again!

Das Frühstück war fantastisch, die Suiten bestens ausgestattet, das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich, das Design des Hotels sehr geschmackvoll, tolle Dachterrasse (auch Kinder dürfen sie benutzen, was selten zu finden ist!)

Das Sofabett war nicht sehr bequem (wobei die richtigen Betten sehr bequem waren); wer mit Babys reist, die krabbeln oder gerade laufen können, muss ziemlich gut aufpassen, da die Suiten über Halbetagen verteilt sind, die mit Treppen verbunden sind (kein richtiger Negativpunkt, aber sollte man bedenken)

Das Frühstück mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen Fitnessraum, einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach mit Sonnenterrasse. Alles war sehr sauber.

Suite premium spacieuse et bien équipée. L'hôtel est très sympa, chouette déco cosy. Le canapé lit est suffisamment bien et les vrais lits très confortables. Idéalement situé entre la gare et la mer, au cœur de Palma. Rooftop top pour un.hyper centre ville. Petit déjeuner très bon. Le personnel est agréable et accommodant

Le pdj pourrait varier. Salle de bains un peu petite et la porte de douche laisse passer l'eau (suffit de le remarquer et de faire attention)
