Hosts were lovely. Room, although dated, was very clean. Location is great.

Bed cover wouldn't button up, so it kept coming loose. The toilet was wonky.

Absolutely nothing. How this hotel is still open, I have no idea.

- They kept going in our rooms when we were out WITHOUT consent or making us aware and turning all the plug switches off. Including one that was being used to charge a phone that has medical aid on there. It happened multiple times a day. It was a massive invasion of privacy and I'm not even sure it was legal. We had to check none of our things were robbed because we felt that uncomfortable. - the plumbing is disgraceful. Every time you ran the tap, it smelt of rotten egg. The toilets dont even flush urine, let alone anything else. Basic need requirements were not met. We had to take tablets to stop us from needing a poo because it would block the toilet up, it was literally that bad.

Its clean, staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

The smell once you walked in was nice & the owner was friendly & the location was ideal for where we needed to be. Definitely looked like one of the nicest B&Bs from the outside looking in…

The tripe basic room is on the top floor which is fine but it is very small. Doesn’t show the correct bathroom layout & it is very claustrophobic in there. I do not recommend this room if you have small kids due to the height of the ceiling either. Also the most disappointing was not managing to have a hot shower whilst we were there. The sink tap was hot but the shower was stone cold. The owner said it was due to busy times with being on the top floor but it’s a basic necessity to have hot water regardless of the type of room you have or where it is situated in the property. I tried to sort it myself but to no avail. This let the property down massively & don’t recommend this room specifically to anyone..

Room was very clean and furnished to a level above what you'd expect for Blackpool. It didn't have that old worn.out feel you get in many budget Blackpool hotels. The guy running the place was a lovely fellow.

Bed was ok but not massively comfortable.

Clean, Towel Provided, Good Location near Central car park. We’ve started around 5 times now, will continue to use. Accommodating when I need to change the date due to my friend having a last min operation.

The shower didn’t warm up, but luckily enough the weather was very warm so appreciated the cool water

Everything about the hotel was excellent, Stuart and Carol were Amazing, nothing was to much trouble and the breakfast was Lovely. It's close to everything around just a few minutes walk. Will be booking for next year 2026.

Room awful , staff not professional , bar never open , noisy due to owners family visiting so they took priority over guests , room far too small for a family room , room smelt damp , when heater on it smelt bad as it was heating up shelf above it so couldn't leave on as no ventilation because the only window was too high to open , no fire escape window etc even though at top of property ?! Shower more like a dripping tap and tiny space , couldn't sit on toilet and shut door as the toilet room so small ( only have 30inch legs too ! ) would not recommend unless you literally are there for 1 night on a hen or stag which they don't accept .

Had a lovely 2 night stay in this hotel. Very friendly welcoming hosts 10/10. Ensuite shower very clean. Excellent location. Just a 5 mins walk to the town centre and seafront. The fact that we were given a set of keys each was convenient too.

Bed was comfortable and clean but bedding needs updating. We stayed in Room 2 which was quite small for 2 adults. Bed against the wall which makes it difficult to get in and out of.

First thing we were told on arrival that breakfast was not going to be available. Shower room was tiny and I would imagine anyone over 100Kg would struggle to fit in the shower or get on the toilet. Bar was never open.

This lovely little bed and breakfast has to be the most cleanest and good for value for money place I've stayed in, In blackpool. The staff are great and so helpful they couldn't do enough for me and my daughter. We would definitely stay here again no doubt. The rooms were lovely and clean, Comfy beds.

Really poor small screen size in room & poor tv reception. Constant signal loss. No HD channels on a HD tv. No function for streaming services & we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Also who ever serviced the room daily kept turning off all the plugs at the switch’s. We paid for the room so if want to have things switched on is our choice!!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à coté de la Tour près de la plage, au centre ville. Ma chambre, la douche et les toilettes privatives étaient très propres. Bravo pour ça! Après un ou deux jours, la dame est passé demander si j'avais besoin de changer mes serviettes, ce qui appréciable.

Ma chambre était au dernier étage, sous le toit, donc assez basse de plafond. Heureusement j'étais seul, mais ça aurait été serré si le deuxième lit avait été occupé. J'aurais bien aimé un petit savon dans la douche à mon arrivée, ça m'aurait éviter d'aller en acheter un.

Small room for family book as family room small toilet and shower if your are in no space is like 80cm to 80cm max a one metre square nothing match with the Web site, towel smell like a burning smoke beds can feel the springs toilet door had a gap so using toilet no privacy from the room and no open window as well Celing very down no space in the room between the beds and entrance door in the kettle left over water water in the showers was dripping I can't attach other photos cause my kids are in I don't recommend the hotels at all to anybody I was so happy that I didn't book breakfast there it look dirty small dark dinner
