Clean and comfortable rooms Good breakfast served and plenty of it. Nice thick bacon and tasty sausages, perfectly cooked eggs as requested. Rooms had everything we needed, fridge, fan, heater, please of electric points and mirrors. Great taxi service for 8 into town £4.50

The staff are so friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. The location was great, walking distance to town. Pubs, chipshop, ice-cream shop, bus stops all nearby. Our room was plenty big enough for us two with lots of drawers and cupboard space. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. Tea, coffee, milk and a kettle available in the room. Breakfast was lovely, fruit juice, tea or coffee, cereals, toast and several options for a hot breakfast, we had the full Welsh for our three day stay, it was very good. Several parking spaces around the back of the property.

A lovely stop-over break on out way down to Tenby. A lovely walk into Brecon. Breakfasts were very good. Rooms comfortable. The Drovers just up the road for fabulous food and drink.

Full Welsh breakfast was excellent, the owner was very nice and helpful. The room was way beyond expectation as described wood-beamed ceilings, clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and serviceable. Location was not great but manageable.

Good quality ingredients for Welsh breakfast but unfortunately not too our taste palettes too dry and overcooked, saying that boiled n poached eggs perfect. Parking at back of house needs more lights and not keen on having to be seated by staff for eating . More care with dusting required Great stay , keep up the hard work

The location of the property was excellent and only a short walk into town. We were lucky enough to get a spot to park out the front, even though there is parking at the rear of the property. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfasts were amazing.

We found the beds a little on the soft side, but this is a personal preference.

We'd reserved an attic room, but because of the heat they very kindly relocated us to a lower floor and much more spacious room. Breakfast was good but with limited choices. Everything seemed very clean.

No complaints, really. The lounge is a bit run-down but we didn't need to use it.

Die Lage, des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Von hier aus kamen wir zu Fuss schnell ins Städtchen. Die Bushaltestell war grad auch in der Nähe.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel familial. Hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Hôtel très bien situé pour découvrir le secteur. Petit déjeuner copieux, parfait pour démarrer la journée.

Personnellement, nous préférons les couchages fermes mais ceux qui aiment les couchages moelleux y trouveront leur compte.

Bequeme Betten. Gutes Frühstück mit einzeln frisch zubereitetem Teil (full welsh breakfast und andere Varianten auf Karte auswählbar). Cerealien, Milch, mehrere Teesorten, Säfte, Toast, Marmelade, Butter, Joghurt. Individuelle Wünsche werden aufmerksam berücksichtigt. Parkplatz hinterm Haus mit Zugang durch Garten. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend.

Keine Croissants oder Obst beim Frühstück. Enges verwinkeltes Farm Haus ohne Aufzug.

We were greeted by Adora who was really friendly, helpful and inviting. She gave us useful local information.

Unfortunately it was not very clean around the rear entrance and the eating area. Needs attention.

The location is good, short walk into Brecon and also next to the bus stop.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallways. The blind on the attic window keeps no light out so it was light until 10pm and from 5am. A blackout blind or curtain would be good. Furnishings are dated and a bit threadbare.

Ik hou wel van oude gebouwen om te verblijven maar dan mogen ze wel een beetje gerestaureerd zijn, wat hier niet echt het geval was. De verwelkoming was ook allesbehalve. Ik belde aan de voordeur en toen die openging was mijn begroeting: “Naam?”. “Dit is je sleutel, eerste kamer rechts bovenaan de trap en ontbijt is om 8u00, 8u20 en 8u50. Nog vragen? Neen, have a good stay.” Dan voel je jezelf een nummer op een ouderwetse plaats langs een drukke baan. Daar zien ze me nooit meer terug. Normaal ben ik nooit zo cru over een verblijfplaats, dit is mijn allereerste uitzondering.

Staff were very welcoming and made us feel supported. We were in the downstairs room, which did mean we heard everybody who used the front door and people talking directly outside, but the breakfast made up for this. Twin beds were very comfortable. Private car park was a bonus.

Not the house fault, but it was further than expected from town, so we did have to use the car more than expected.

I had the attic room, it was a really lovely clean room, with a lovely comfy bed. I stayed 2 night and found it to be great value for money as breakfast was included. Lovely hosts, really polite and attentive.

Nice little B&B, we had a lovely stay. Room was a little rustic, but clean and tidy and loads of room for a family of four (double bed and two singles). Loads of good points, our hosts were attentive, polite and treated us really well. Breakfast was great, as others have said, nice options, toast, cereals, porridge, juices, fresh coffee and a cooked breakfast if you wanted it (with a really nice premium sausage, which is rare as they are usually the cheap ones elsewhere). There were leaflets and information on the table in the hall, which was helpful for finding out more about what was available in the area. Close to the town too, short walk to the centre and parking was easy to find. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Couple of small niggles - our bathroom was ok, but could have done with an air freshener as we could smell drains, perhaps just the side we were on (it was clean though). The house is very creaky, so you can hear people moving around early in the morning/late at night and their alarms going off etc. Not a huge issue and obviously nothing anyone can do about it, but something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper (bring earplugs)!

Scrambled eggs that were just chopped up boiled eggs. Property is a little tired & out of sorts

It is in Brecon. It had a room available at fairly short notice for a half-term holiday week. It is clean. The greeting from the host made us feel welcome.

Breakfast was poor! Property is very dated and although clean it is dingy and gloomy. It is very basic and over-priced. It was the worst breakfast I have had at a B&B! No healthy options. Undercooked and greasy. Plastic porridge pots (with sugar and golden syrup added)no plain porridge ( as a diabetic I cannot eat things with added sugar). Yogurt was muller fruit corner, full of sugar! No fruit or fruit salad. Veggie sausages were undercooked (and I think microwaved). The pale undercooked hash brown was soaked in oil. I think it all must all have been cooked on too low a heat as it was all greasy and under-done. Very disappointing.

Very friendly welcome and pre arrival communications.Really sweet bedroom, good size and good quality furniture. Comfortable bed with chairs and little tables. Very spacious ensuite with lots of natural light through a skylight. Breakfast was amazing, perfectly cooked.

お湯の量が少し限られているのか、3人連続でシャワーを浴びたところ3人目は少し冷たかったとのことです。あと上階の足音がたまに気になることはありました。

Breakfast room could do with an upgrade, others thought it was cold. I appreciate its an old building though. It was expensive however most B&Bs in Brecon appear to be the same.

The room was excellent lovely and clean it also had all the things you would expect and more. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic we only chose the full Welsh breakfast but there was a lot more we could have had. Food was hot and well presented and the food itself was really worth looking forward to. Really good internet and tv was nice and big.

Phenomenal breakfast, offering lots of Gluten-free options including toast and cereal. Spacious family room. Kids were happy to have their own single beds. Everything you could need in the room, kettle with lots of supplies, hair dryer, fan, mini toiletries. A couple of different mirrors. Lots of plug sockets including USB in case you forgot a plug. Friendly staff, great customer service.
