Ontbijt te laat gestart. Op de website staat 7 uur. Het was 7.30 uur.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooi hotel. Alles was verzorgd en goed geregeld en zeer goede locatie. Het ontbijt op de kamer was heel goed geregeld

Het is even zoeken naar het hotel , en de betalende parking+ betalende wellness als je een overnachting hebt geboekt

We kregen niet de kamer die we hadden geboekt. We hadden een driepersoonskamer geboekt met 2 bedden 1 2 persoons en een 1persoons. We kregen een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een opklapbed. Hier laat je nog gen puber op slapen laat staan een volwassen. Toen we wilde bellen deed de telefoon het niet en toen we met mobiel belde kregen we te horen dat we het ermee moesten doen. Ze hadden zelfs geen topper. Ik ben naar de receptie gegaan en zij gaven aan dat dot niet de bedoeling was. Dat ze gingen kijken.. we kregen een welkom drankje en een consumptie voor het wachten.. na een half uur kwam ze vertellen dat ze een topper hadden maar geen andere kamer. De topper hielp heel iets tegen de hardheid van het opklapbed maar het lawaai van het bed in de nacht bij elke draai heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we alle drie slecht hebben geslapen.. Smorgens was het ontbijt om 8 uur. We moesten in een donkere hal wachten. Totaal niet gastvrij. Ook bij het Uitchecken werd niet gevraagd hoe onze nacht was gegaan. Ik heb gevraagd om een klachtenformulier maar die hadden ze niet.. Ik heb betaald voor 2 bedden en niet 1 bed en een opklapmatras/bed.. ik ben niet gecompenseerd en ben dus ook zeer ontevreden

Comfortable bed, spacious room, and nice hotel restaurant/bar with a view. Excellent location for my trip, right at the main train station. The hotel is part of a spa/wellness/physiotherapy center, and guests get a discount, but I did not take advantage of this.

The bathroom was large but oddly arranged -- no shower curtain, so water could get all over the place, and both the toilet and sink were meant for much taller people than I am...

Right by the central station which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good.

The room was small and no plugs by the bed to charge. The air con in the room was not working properly a unit had been installed in one corner of the room to compensate but was very loud so not really possible to keep on while in the room. Note that the spa is a nude spa, and even if you only want to have a massage you cannot avoid seeing guests at the spa.

Die Gestaltung des Zimmers fand ich sehr toll. Von dem Hotel konnten wir zu Fuß sehr gut alles erreichen.

Wir hätten gerne als Gäste ohne Wellness Packet trotzdem den Pool über Tag benutzt.

Vriendelijkheid barpersoneel, vooral vlak voor sluitingstijd kun je niet meer bestellen omdat het personeel de kassa op moet maken en de bar sluiten.Als dat klaar is gaat voor het personeel de tap weer open en gaan ze zelf bij de bar borrelen 🤔😓🤮

Superfijn hotel met ruime kamers. De wellness is top. Je wandeld zo het centrum van Leiden in.

Het enige wat ik miste was een airco. Die hebben ze dus niet en het was erg warm in de nacht. Daarbij mis ik een broodrooster en een gebakken eitje bij het ontbijt.

De locatie was eigenlijk top! Je zit naast het station dus is het makkelijk bereikbaar maar je hebt in de kamer geen last van het geluid! De kamer was schoon en mooi opgezet!

Wij kwamen er bij de accommodatie pas achter dat het zwembad alleen voor hotelgasten open was tot half 10 s'ochtends, dit viel even tegen.

The pool and spa were amazing and really made our stay wonderful. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and large. Location is directly beside the main train station and a few minutes walk away from the town centre.

The bathroom - very little privacy and the sliding doors for the toilet and shower is very strange. If someone wanted to shower and the other wanted to use the WC, one of the two wouldn't have a door.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Tiefgarage für den Preis okay Wir sind Montag Mittag angereist und Mittwoch Vormittag gefahren für 35€.

Schwimmbad nur morgens für 1,5Std kostenlos nutzbar, Wellnessbereich ansonsten überteuert für Hotelgäste. Kaum Steckdosen am Bett. Dusche ebenerdig, leider ist die Duschabtrennung zum Bad unten nicht dicht, das ganze Bad steht nach dem Duschen unter Wasser.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the station and very easy to find. I arrived late so access was a bit tricky not obvious. Staff were friendly and the restaurant has lovely views.

There was a stand alone AC unit in the room which was noisy and I couldn't use it.

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare ce qui facilite les déplacements. Nous avons pu accéder à la piscine de 8h à 9h30. Elle est chauffée ! Après 9h30, la piscine est réservée aux naturistes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité.

The food was good, the bed was soft, and the cleaning and front desk staff were excellent. I felt respected and confident my entire stay. No concerns on that front at all. I also appreciated how close the location was to all of the places that I needed to stay.

The floor was stained in my room. The WiFi was extremely slow, and not conducive to the work I had to do. I probably would have needed to use the paid WiFi to take a video call. That was honestly all I had a problem with.

Komplizierter Zugang Hotel und zu dem Zimmer. Empfang durch eine genervte, schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiterin. Das Hotel nennt sich Wellnes Hotel, was aber nur 1 1/2h kostenlosen Zugang zum Schwimmbad beinhaltet. Sonst zahlt man für jeder Kleinigkeit drauf. Das Schwimmbad/Wellnessbereich kostet dann und ist FKK, was nicht transparent formuliert wurde. Ich hätte das Hotel sonst nicht gebucht! Frühstück… Eierspeisen kalt, Pancakes wie von gestern, Zimmer abgwohnt und dreckig. Hotellift ist auch für Firmen und Reha Zentrum. Der Dreck von Rollstühle und Straßenschuhen vermengen sich am Boden mit dem Wasser der Badeschuhe… alles sehr lecker… Ausblick oje….

Wir hatten einen super netten freundlichen Kellner ! Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich! Abendessen im Restaurant auch sehr lecker! Preislich okay

Der Empfang sprach kaum deutsch! Was überhaupt nicht toll war, mein Sohn hatte sich auf das schwimmen gefreut! Leider und das ist hier nicht beschrieben ist dort ab 9.30 bis morgens ein absoluter Nacktbereich so das schwimmen für die Hotelgäste nur von 7.00 bis 9.30 Uhr möglich ist! Danach zahlt man teure 19.50€ pro Person und muss nackt sein! Sehr enttäuschend

I liked the proximity to the Leiden Centraal training station. I liked the warm swimming pools in the 12th floor with view of the city. And the 12th floor cafe-bar where you could enjoy a drink, food and breakfast with the city view.

My children’s room had a leak in the entrance hall. And the ceiling was wet all the time at that point. The fact that there was no refrigerator also very wrong! And no wardrobe for the clothes. Only shelves.

L'hôtel, moderne, est idéalement situé à côté de la gare centrale de Leiden, ce qui facilite les escapades en train, vers Amsterdam par exemple. Situé aux étages 9 à 12 du building, il offre (chambres et restaurant) une vue imprenable sur la ville. Les chambres sont très confortables et les services annexes (piscine, laundry...) sont impeccables. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité, à prix raisonnable.

La programmation des ascenseurs est assez anarchique. Un seul des trois desservant le parking (non accessible par les escaliers), il a parfois fallu attendre jusqu'à 10 minutes pour pouvoir accéder à notre voiture depuis la réception.

Extrem kompliziert zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Wer Escaperoom mag, kommt hier auf Seine Kosten. Keine ordentliche Abtrennung zur Toilette. Privatsphäre ist eher ein schwieriges Thema im Doppelzimmer. Besser man kennt sich richtig gut! Der Pool ist zwar inklusive, ABER lediglich für 1.5 Stunden am Morgen. Sämtliche Wellnesangebote kosten extra! Unbedingt die Beschreibung der Unterkunft lesen. Für mich kein zweites Mal

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand en fietsafstand van het gezellige centrum Ook fijn is, dat de fietsen en de auto in de bewaakte parkeergarage kunnen staan.

De staat van de kamers en ook bijvoorbeeld de liften hielden te wensen over. Overal vieze vlekken in de vloerbedekking.

Goede locatie, dichtbij aan de stad. Ruime kamer en leuke wellness.

Das Frühstück ist einfallslos und die Zimmer riechen nach dem Klo. Schlechte Idee, das mit dem Bad. Ist offen zum Zimmer. Dusche und WC teilen sich die Tür. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Kein Schrank. Man lebt aus dem Koffer

Armario para la ropa pequeño, baño con poca luz. La promesas en recepción no se cumplieron ,nos sentimos engañados. Algunos días salimos tarde la habitación, pusimos el cartel de limpieza y no pasaron, hubo días que tampoco nos dejaron toallas limpias. No parece que él hotel sea un 4 estrellas.

El armario para la ropa pequeño para una persona in posible para dos. Recepción no cumplió con las promesas y eso fue muy decepcionante,nos disgusto mucho. La limpieza tampoco cumplió, hubo días que salinos un poco tarde de la habitación, de jamos el papel en la puerta para la limpieza y no paso nadie,esto sucedió durante varios días. Un día nos dejaron las toallas en una bolsa fuera ovez veces ni eso.

Bad und Zimmer nicht vollständig...keine Ablagemöglichkeit kein Schrank

Das Hotel hat den Hauptbahnhof so zu sagen vor der Haustür. Genauso wie auch die Bushaltestelle. Die Tiefgarage befindet sich direkt unter dem Hochaus LEVEL und man kommt mit den entsprechenden Aufzügen direkt ins Hotel bzw. in die Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück was lecker, vor allem die selbst gebackenen Brote, Brötchen, Kuchen, etc.

Wenn man es nicht weiß, sucht man das Hotel im ersten Moment, denn es befindet sich im Hochhaus LEVEL mit drin. Hier befinden sich noch andere Geschäfte bzw. Firmen. Was aber überhaupt nicht stört.

It was clean and the room view was nice

There's no parking available. I paid around 18 euros to park the car below the hotel. The staff stared a lot and were very nosy. This was extremely annoying. The curtains let in too much light into the room, so I couldn't sleep well because of that. Breakfast was very poor, with few options and low quality, despite the high price — 20 euros per person. The bed was not comfortable at all.

The toilet and bathroom layout was inconvenient. The glass doors for the toilet and shower could not both be closed at the same time, which reduced privacy and made the space awkward to use. The TV was not a smart TV and was not connected to the internet, which limited the entertainment options. While the room may have been designed for efficiency, the overall setup felt cold and uninviting. It lacked the warmth and comfort that would make guests feel welcome, and the design came across as more functional than hospitable.

The staff's behavior is full of respect and helpful. The location is also good.

Te vaak handdoeken gewisselt ook al had ik ze express opgehangen zodat ze niet gewassen moesten worden maar werd alsnog gedaan

The location is convenient as it is next to the train station and only a couple of minutes from the town centre. The hotel room was spacious enough , clean and well prepared for our arrival.

Facilities were nice, and room was quiteelly new furnished.

Noise from room above and next. This was one of the hotels where rooms have paper thin wallls, and you hear everyone from other rooms as well as door were so noisy when others were opening annd closing. On the top of this, there is a hidden parking fee of 17 euros per day. Which we planned to spend on breakfast.

De locatie was super! Vlakbij station en binnenstad. Het was eerst wel even goed kijken waar het hotel was want het zit in een soort verzamelgebouw. Maar je kunt gewoon rechtdoor de parkeergarage in rijden en via de C ingang het hotel in komen. De airco op de kamer was heerlijk met het warme weer

Alles was prima. Alleen wij hadden de pech dat er een groep jongelui bij ons op de etage sliep, die 's nachts zeer luidruchtig uit de stad binnen kwamen. Dus een beetje gehorig was het wel

Sehr schönes Business-Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer haben den notwendigen Komfort und sind klimatisiert. Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre wünschenswert.

The bed, the bathroom, the airco.

- the room didn't have a window looking outside, but looking at the inside of an office building (see the attached photo). - the room had an odd layout with a desk at the foot of the bed, and the power outlet on the wrong side of the desk - no fridge - (detail, but still odd for a high-end hotel): the soap dispenser in the shower did not work - the building has a strange organization. I took the stairs from the 10th floor, where my room was, to the 12th floor, where the reception was, and ended up in some staff-only place.
