Great and clean stay

On the second night there was no hot water in the shower. It took few hours to fix. The room is small.

Location was perfect! Had everything you needed for a few nights stay. Simona was so lovely and helpful!

Las fotos no se ajustan a la realidad, las habitaciones están menos modernizadas que lo mostrado en las fotos. Habitaciones familiares sin ventanas. En una habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. El último día de la estancia me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación a una en la cual el aire funcionaba correctamente. La recepción se encuentra en una primera planta accesible únicamente por escaleras, no es práctica para personas en silla de ruedas o con sillas de niños. Hay ascensor desde la recepción a las pisos superiores. No hay ningún servicio de bar o restaurante en el hotel, simplemente un lugar de autoservicio de café y bollería por la mañana. Las escaleras del hotel no se limpiaron en 3 días puesto que al ir subir a la habitación por las escaleras vi la misma suciedad los 3 días. Sin embargo la limpieza en las habitaciones era correcta. El acceso a la ducha de una habitación era muy estrecho ya que el mueble del lavabo hacia tope y no se podía abrir la puerta totalmente.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Cute boutique hotel in a great location. Surrounded by food and shops.

Lobby/reception is on the first floor, which is up a flight of stairs. No elevator at street level and they cannot accommodate someone with mobility issues.

اليفت واحد ولا يسع الا شخص واحد وحقيبه. ومدخل الاوتيل درج ضيق صعوبه في شيل الشنط والطلوع فيها الاسقبال في الدور الاول متعب جدا وليس لديهم موظفين للمساعده

Super location for shopping, restaurants, easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. on a quiet street. Excellent air conditioning made the lobby and room very comfortable during a heatwave.

Very noisy in the corridors - woken up frequently by other guests and housekeeper.

Estuve varias veces en otro hotel del grupo Naman que me gustó mucho y quería probar este hotel. La ubicación está muy bien a pocos metros de via del Corso y a 4 minutos a pie de piazza España. Para ingresar al hotel hay que subir por escaleras hasta el primer piso, cosas que si uno llega con mucho equipaje es complicado, luego ya una vez en recepción cuenta con ascensor. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Si bien no tiene servicio de desayuno, cuenta con un coffe station para poder servirse café, limonada y pasticeria sin cargo.

A las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, se ven un poco descuidadas, maltratadas las pareces y también necesitan mejorar la limpieza. Las almohadas estaban muy gastadas por lo que no son muy cómodas y el colchón estaba hundido en el centro. La verdad no se si volvería a este hotel, habiéndome ya hospedado en otro hotel del mismo grupo que resultó mucho mejor y está al mismo precio.

El hotel en lineas generales esta bien. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse caminando para todos lados lo cual suma muchísimo. Por otro lado, no sirven desayuno pero te brindan cafe gratis, y tambien croassaint. Lo cual, practicamente te resuelve el desayuno sin gastar de más.

Tiene muy poca luz, estaría bueno que sumen algo. El late check out te lo cobran como una noche más (Nosotros particularmente lo contratamos y la habitación nos la dieron más tarde de lo que dejamos la otra. Hubiese estado bueno que nos hagan algún descuento u algo)

We stayed here as a family of four – two adults and two teenagers – in two rooms, and had a great stay. It’s a small, charming hotel with really good vibes and a perfect central location. From the moment we booked, communication with the staff was easy and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and Simona gave us such a warm welcome. They even managed to get one of our two rooms ready early, which we really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the cozy common area with complimentary coffee and cookies throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. Great location, good vibes and wonderful people. Highly recommended!

El baño de la habitación del ático muy incómoda, la ducha mojaba todo el baño era imposible ducharse tranquilo. Y había un ruido intermitente del tablero eléctrico y el aire centralizado que sonaba cada 5 minutos muy fuerte y no dejaba descansar y dormir

Nothing honestly we checked out after the 1st night

Everything was disappointing. From arrival to check out. At no time there was anyone to help us with our luggage and the entrance is a long staircase unfortunately

Poor organisation (room not being correct, random housekeeping/ no housekeeping). Multiple errors were made with our room and the way it was dealt with was poor, and received a free breakfast as compensation (a croissant and orange juice) , which we didn’t want anyway. A few staff (not all) weren’t whiling to help and made you feel like a constant inconvenience, especially a young lady receptionist. Was met with rolled eyes or completely ignored after saying hello and met with no eye contact.

The elevator was almost always out of order. There were no coffee capsules in the room, and when they were finally provided, the coffee machine did not work. The faucet was leaking, and the coffee machine at the coffee station in the lobby was also broken. When we asked about this at reception, we were told that the hotel is not obligated to provide coffee to guests and therefore is not responsible for this issue. We asked to speak with the hotel manager, but throughout our entire stay, he was not available to speak with us. Even when we left the hotel, we asked that he call us, but this still has not happened. We have stopped waiting.

The staff of the hotel is incredible, they are always willing to help you. The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere. They have croissants, cookies, tea and coffee for free which was a great addition to our stay!

We stayed in a family room and one of the beds was like a camp bed, you could feel the tubes and it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely thin but we asked the staff if they could provide another one and they took care of it immediately.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, jedoch gab es eine Kaffee Maschine im Aufenthaltsraum, diese durften alle frei nutzen. Kostenlose Getränke und auch Gebäck am Morgen waren kostenlos. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Rom zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Wirklich alles ist fussläufig. Die Lage war perfekt, vor allem auch wenn man gerne einkaufen möchte. Sehr schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich war zum dritten Mal in Rom und das war die beste Unterkunft. Immer wieder gerne!

Great location very near Trevi fountain, staff were super helpful. Room was clean, and spacious. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay after our wedding!

מלון בוטיק שקט, מפנק ומרגיש ביתי, עם חצר פנימית מתוקה לקפה של הבוקר. מכונת קפת וקוראסונים מ7:00-22:00 חופשי צוות סופר נחמד, נכון לסייע בכל מה שצריך ועם המלצות טובות למסעדות ואטרקציות אחרות. משיחה עם הצוות התברר לי שהבעלים של המלון יהודי כך שישראלים מתקבלים בברכה. מזגן מ צ ו י י ן !!!!

שום דבר. רק יש לשים לב שהמלון לא מונגש ויש לעלות כ10-12 מדרגות מקומת הרחוב עד למעלית - אבל הצוות עוזר עם המזוודות.

The location was perfect. Located in a wonderful shopping area with amazing restaurants. A five minute walk to the spanish steps and 10 minute walk to trevi. We loved the quick serve restaurant located next door. Every morning we got breakfast sandwiches, fresh pastries and coffee on the way to our excursion. Food was fantastic. The hotel has free coffee and cappuccinos along with croissants and pastries. We stayed in their family room with our family of 4 very comfortably. The area felt very safe and clean.

You walk up stairs to get to the lobby. Wasn’t a problem for us but hard if you have young children.

The location was the best it could be, I walked everywhere easily and the reception was very helpful, Shaida and the rest of the staff were very, very kind .. I will definitely come to this hotel again🙏🏼😍

Für Frühstück in der benachbarten Bar wurden 25 Euro pro Person berechnet. Bei einem normalen Besuch dieser Bar und Einzelkauf der Frühstückskomponenten wäre dies billiger ausgefallen.

We liked Gian Luca who received us very well. We also liked the patio area.

It's not a hotel which which is friendly if you have a baby. There is no elvator to reach the reception and get ready for a lot of stairs. They should be more careful about maintenance in the room. Value for money is not it, we paid 340€/night for a tiny room, there was barely space for us to walk around.

Posizione a pochi passi da tutto. Receptionist supergentile. Hall molto accogliente. Camera perfetta. Colazione free con caffè, cappuccino, cornetti e crostata.

Lage war super.

Dachgeschoss Zimmer relativ klein und nur schwer mit sehr lautem Lift zu erreichen. Zimmer allgemein leider wirklich hellhörig. Konnte nur mit Ohropax schlafen.

לא מתאים לזוגות עם ילדים או לאנשים שמתקשים במדרגות. הכניסה לבית המלון כוללת כמעט 20 מדרגות עד שמגיעים לקבלה ולמעלית, והמידע הזה לא היה מצוין בצורה ברורה בפרטי המלון. הסברתי לצוות שהזמנתי 2 לילות ושבית המלון אינו מתאים עבורי בגלל המדרגות, וביקשתי לקבל החזר עבור לילה אחד לפחות. לצערי, לא קיבלתי שום החזר, ולכן נאלצתי להזמין בית מלון אחר ולעבור אליו. בקשר לחדרים ציוד יחסית ישן לא כפי שרואים בתמונות ופרקט מחליק כמעט 3 פעמים החלקתי אני והילדה.

הצוות מדהים שירותי ונעים הליכות. המיקום מעולה!!! קרוב לכל אתר מסעדות חנויות.

The hotel stuff was exellent. All of them, but Simona was like a member of the family. Anything you needed you got immediately including all the information you needed for discover the Rome's best attractions . They got complimentary coffee, cappuchino and tea with cookies and croissons from seven a.m up to seven p.m and a beautiful place inside and outside the hotel where you can eat and drink your coffee. All the information about the hotel and its location was true. We really walked to all of the sites, churches and fountains , Colliseum and even to Vatican on foot. There are a lot of the nice shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I am 71 and my husband is 77. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. A very quiet and comfortable place in the heart of historical area in Rome. Again, than you, Simona ! You are perfect!

Una excelente ubicación, un hotel chico al que se accede por escalera desde la calle (realmente no es un problema mayor), todo lo que consumas del frigobar es free (aunque no te reponen si no lo pedís), no tiene desayunador, aunque sí una máquina cafetera y alguna galletita o cornetto para acompañar de libre disponibilidad (muy bueno!). La habitación estaba bien, salvo por una alfombra dudosamente un tanto manchada y enrulada. La posibilidad de apoyar valijas es casi nula. Terminan en el piso. Es silencioso internamente, aunque la calle se hace sentir un poco cuando la limpian. Pero la ubicación lo vale. El personal de recepción muy amable siempre. Creo que el precio es alto, aunque en todo Roma pase lo mismo.

Localização perfeita! Quarto super confortável, banheiro e amenities ótimos também. Decoração bem agradável, tudo novo e moderno. Gentileza de servirem cafe com bolachas e croissants sem custo adicional. Deixamos as malas no depósito do hotel.

Tem uma escada enorme logo na entrada do hotel, não tem elevador para acessar a recepção, necessário um ajudante para subir as malas ( eles tem essa pessoa), mas acredito que não seja acessível a cadeirantes, do restante adorei tudo e ficaria novamente.

The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is helpful and available

We booked the attic room, but it wasn't what we expected. You can't stand up near the bed area at all and have to crouch down. The room was also very dark with only one small lamp and a tiny window. We knew there was no breakfast, but the hotel offers drinks and croissants during the day. Unfortunately, there were no cups available, so we couldn't even have a drink.

Needed a view / window on to the street

The staff were always available and friendly, including the cleaning staff, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent.

To start with, the floor could have been cleaner; there was a lot of dust, but that was sorted out over the next few days. The entrance has some tricky steps, which isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues, especially after hours of walking around Rome (this is a very personal opinion, as I have physical problems)
