I was badly bitten by bed bugs in this hotel. My arms are covered in large, painful blisters, and some of the bites are so severe that clear fluid is leaking from the wounds. This was an extremely unpleasant and distressing experience. I strongly recommend that the hotel investigate this issue and take immediate action to ensure that no other guests are affected.

This hotel was truly disgusting. And a nightmare. I never write bad reviews, but this place was disgusting. I entered my hotel late at night and the employee who helped me was just so rude. He was so rude that I walked into my moldy, disgusting room and decided to not say anything, because I didn’t want to deal with him again. Everything was moldy. I’m broke so I stayed here but I’d rather sleep on the street than this disgusting place. Nothing was clean. Nothing was vacuumed. Literally nothing was cleaned before I got into that room. I’d be surprised if they even changed the sheets before I got there because they don’t wipe down anything. Really disappointed. And again, I was too intimidated to say anything because the front desk was so f*cking rude. At the end of my visit he gave me a new room but he laughed when I asked for a discount for staying in a moldy room. He told me I should have told him sooner, which I should have, but also…. Why are they renting out a moldy room???? They know it’s moldy!!!!

The accommodation was very clean and facilities was good. The bed size was big and comfortable.

Maybe a road near by, but slept fine during the night. So not an issue for me.

Room was spacious and well equipped with drink making facilities and a fridge. The booking in process was simple and speedy. The location is excellent, great for tube, buses and with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.

No lift and the decor was a little tired but this in no way detracts from the great value for money this hotel garners.

The staff were really good at this hotel. Really helpful and polite.

The stay met my expectations for travelling for work. There isn't anything I did not like.

For a "no thrills" cheap, weekend away, I found the hotel perfectly adequate. A few doors away from a good pub, short walks to tube stations, shops and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Walls were a bit thin. I could hear the footsteps of the occupant of the room above me coming through the ceiling. No lift. Lugging a full suitcase up narrow stairs was a bit annoying.

Booked a room last minute after my flight was delayed. The first room the staff gave me was in the hotel next door and had MOULD on the carpet and curtains. I don't know if they didn't know about it or were hoping I would put up with it, but either way, that is unacceptable. I could have gotten sick. Thankfully, when I told them about it, they did move me to a clean room in another hotel they own.

The hotel was at the address online. That was the only part of the experience that matched the online advertisement.

When arriving at this hotel I was immediately concerned by the layout of the room as there was a shared kitchenette with another bedroom which was not advertised online. My bedroom door was inside this room. The door itself had significant damage. While the door did lock, it did not feel secure in the matter in which this type of hotel door lock typically does. This is absolutely unacceptable, particularly as a young woman travelling alone. This makes for an incredibly unsafe situation as it would be very easy for someone to wait directly outside the door for extended periods. The room was filthy. Crumbs in the bed, a large orange spec that looked like a ball of earwax included, the floor was covered in crumbs and dirt (clearly it had not been vacuumed) and told in the bathroom. A plug socket on the wall was partially hanging off of the wall. It was labelled “do not use” but the sockets were uncovered and a severe hazard. This also meant the room only had one usable socket. The internet did not work. QR codes for this internet were on signs around the building which lead nowhere when scanned. To reach the fourth floor which my room was located on, I went through a number of locked doors which I scanned by room key to get through, each located at the bottom of each flight of stairs. At 10pm I felt incredibly unsafe as I repeatedly heard noises of men directly outside my bedroom door. Just after 10pm I left the hotel for alternative accommodation as I was terrified for my safety. As I exited my room I found every single door open, including the front door to the house. This listing specifically states “tea and coffee facilities”, no kitchenette. It also states “flat screen tv and dvd player”. There was no dvd player and the tv was barely functional and the remote did not work. The chair in the room was also broken, at a slanted angle and couldn’t be sat on. Horrific experience I do not recommend.

Got it booked within 30 minutes, hotel reservation was good and friendly, perfect location 10 mins to train and to the Westfield shopping centre, plenty of food options too at night.

Bedsheets were changed daily and towels but most of the time the towels had stains on them, and bathroom tile were cracked so had to be careful to step, and sink wasn’t fully secured. No ac just a fan on the wall, was still very hot in the room if you go in the summer.

Very good room, in a perfect location, just maybe 2 minutes walk from Goldhawk road tube station. Easy to find it. Lot of shops nearby and restaurants;perfect!

Ciò che più mi è piaciuto è il prezzo piuttosto basso rispetto ad altre soluzioni ma vicino alla due stazioni della metropolitana central, circle e district. Il bagno era pulito e i serramenti della finestra molto isolanti.

Non ha riscaldamento e c'è solo un ventilatore (no aria condizionata) nella mia stanza che era sotto il tetto. Le pareti separatorie con la stanza adiacenti lasciano passare i rumori per cui se l'ospite della stanza accanto guarda la TV fino a notte fonda, sarete costretti a sentirla anche voi.

It was exactly what we needed very pleased

I did not stay at this hotel because I requested to cancel my booking before check-in. The hotel manager advised me not to check in and assured me that my cancellation request would be reviewed on Monday. However, the request was later rejected. I relied on the information I was given and was disappointed by the way my request was handled. I expected honest and transparent communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend booking this hotel.

Nothing. It's my worst nightmare in London. No curtesy, no lift , no AC , . .very terrible and expensive. Imagine 200 pound per night in a mushroom place call hotel.

The pictures showed one thing, but in reality, it wasn't a hotel at all. It was a filthy apartment with a crumbling carpet, no air conditioning in the London heat, and a dirty bathroom and toilet. Stay away!

Good location with busses and tube within easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good with nice hot water. Will stay there again.

There is no lift, be prepared to climb the stairs. In my room the TV was stuck on one channel, and the remote didn't work.

In the heatwave the room was without air condition. The windows had to be open, so it was noisy, dusty and humid. It was a basement room in front of the building without a lift.

Fairly central locationa and accessible.

I liked that I was close to shops that I needed.

That there was no breakfast included, although it states that there is breakfast.

The only good thing about the property was the receptionist, he was very helpful and understanding.

The rooms looks awful bedding smells horrible, carpet filthy, first room unsuitable for human use, the level of damp I just don’t understand how they are allowed to use for tenant where are the environmental health in the local authority!!

Location was great on the main high street. Good connections to tube stations. Room was clean, beds very comfy, staff were so polite and friendly when checking in/out. Great for what we payed for.

Bathroom was a little small, no spoons for coffee and tea making facilities, no full length mirror in the room only the bathroom
