La ubicacion es ideal a pasos del centro histórico. El desayuno es excelente. La ambientación de alojamiento es muy linda, la habitación es super cómoda. Si se va en vehículo, es muy fácil estacionar en la calle.

El hotel está precioso, decorado con muchísimo gusto y lleno de detalles que hacen que uno se sienta a gusto desde que llega. Nuestra habitación fue espectacular, con dos recámaras, dos baños y dos terrazas, muy amplia, cómoda y perfecta para disfrutar la estancia. Todo nos encantó, pero queremos agradecer especialmente a Serena, que fue una host maravillosa y nos hizo sentir muy bien recibidos desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo; nos recomendó restaurantes buenísimos y lugares para conocer, entre ellos Otranto, que gracias a ella visitamos y nos pareció simplemente maravilloso. Serena realmente hizo la diferencia y le dio un toque muy especial a nuestra estancia. Nos vamos felices, agradecidos y con muy bonitos recuerdos. ¡Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar y al que nos encantaría regresar!

Cómodo, con ascensor, muy limpio, cambio de toallas a diario, muy cerca de los sitios de interés y estacionamiento gratis en la misma calle, buen desayuno .

No había reposición de algunas cosas del desayuno (pan) aunque estabas dentro del horario.

Perfecte ligging: net buiten het centrum met gratis parkeren in de straat. Mooi authentiek gebouw met nodige comfort. Lekker, vers en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

We stayed for one night. the staff is very nice and helpful, they provided a lot of tipps etc. The breakfast is super delicious. We should have stayed another night. also because Lecce is worth visiting.

No glasses were provided I’m the room. We thought we were getting a 1 bedroom with a garden view, as described on Booking.com. Our room was street facing - not a very nice outlook, the plants on the balcony were dead and the lights on the front of the building shone into our room.

The hotel was very close to the central old town of Lecce. The room was very spacious and not jujst by european standards. It was more like an apartment. Breakfast we very nice and the outdoor patio was beautiful.

O acolhimento e o padrão de atendimento de todos os funcionários são extraordinários; todos são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Um agradecimento especial à Serena, a gerente, que é muito cuidadosa e nos deu as melhores dicas e informações completas sobre a Puglia. As instalações são belíssimas, com toda a atmosfera e o charme de um Hotel Boutique. A decoração é impecável e a localização é muito boa: fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé das muralhas e do centro histórico de Lecce. Para fechar com chave de ouro, o café da manhã é sensacional, com muitos produtos locais frescos e de qualidade. Recomendo muito.

Emplacement exceptionnel à 5 min à pied du centre historique, place de parking gratuite devant l'hébergement. Le personnel a été très accueillant et accomodant, nous avons pu avoir la chambre avant l'heure du checking. Le pdj est de qualité et les chambres spacieuses. Une belle adresse pour visiter Lecce

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just outside the busy city center, with convenient parking and everything within walking distance. On top of that, the rooftop offered breathtaking views of the most beautiful sunsets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything, from recommending great breakfast spots to suggesting places to visit in the area. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent and peaceful stay.

Locatie, vandaar uit 5 minuten wandelen naar het centrum. Auto voor de deur parkeren. Je kunt hier makkelijk 4 of 5 dagen blijven en vandaar uit dag tripjes maken naar strand of zo.

El palazzo es muy lindo!!!! Nos gustó muchísimo estar allí! Muy bien ubicado y pudiendo aparcar en la puerta! El desayuno muy bueno en un ambiente sofisticado y elegante! The property is close to central lecce. You can keep the car parked near the hotel and go by walking, which takes around 5min. The rooms are big, spacious and very clean. Ok top Serena is a super host. She helped us a lot during our stay. She stayed late to check us in although we could have done it automatically, and she gave us a lot of tips and recommendations about the best cities and beaches to visit. I super recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage, man war sehr schnell in der Stadt zu Fuß. Der Garten schafft eine schöne Oase, obwohl so zentral.

Excellent breakfast! All the delicious Pugliese (from Puglia) specialties plus they made us beautiful 3 egg omelets each for my husband and me every morning (we like our protein!). Excellent americano coffees, made fresh to order, piping hot every time. Friendly caring staff serving us, very romantic and picturesque inner courtyard/garden, room very pretty decoration, typical Puglia stone walls and antiques. Amazing location just outside Porta Rudea to enter the historic and gorgeous old town of Lecce. Very quiet tranquil rooms, I usually need to put in my earplugs to sleep... didn't use them here!! Serena, the office manager was amazing, she planned our itinerary every morning, guiding us to the best Lidos (beaches) and spectacular views of the coast and old towns of surrounding villages, gave amazing restaurant suggestions, was very available and attentive, always there on WhatsApp, a real gem! And a very beautiful lady!! Excellent value for the money! We highly recommend this place, we loved it!!

This is a beautiful old property upgraded to modern standards. Thanks to Serena we had a n amazing suite which offered everything we needed. Serena had endless amounts of information on Lecce and surrounding areas, where to go, what to see, restaurants etc The location was perfect only 10 minutes walk to the old city, which is really worth visiting.

This place is nothing short of perfection! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with great air conditioning which we needed during a heatwave. There was plenty of room to spread out with a large seperate living room and large balcony overlooking the garden and green space beyond. We really felt at home here after 4 weeks travelling. The location to the old city is great only a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious and coffee fantastic. Serena the manager was so friendly and helpful as were the rest of her team. We were made to feel like family. Thank you all! We travel a lot and this place is right up with the best

Everyone and everything was perfection!

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Great location. Good AC and shady garden were wonderful.

Excelente acomodação em Lecce, quarto amplo e confortável, edifício histórico e lindamente decorado, equipe super gentil (com destaque para a gerente que nos agradava colocando música brasileira de boa qualidade quando chegávamos para o café da manhã e nos presenteou com mimos na saída)!

Inicialmente ficamos preocupados com a localização do hotel, pois a fica numa rua pouco movimentada dos arredores da universidade. Mas lobo percebemos que o local não era perigoso, fizemos tudo a pé, sem que houvesse qualquer problema!

This property is situated on a very scruffy street- there were old mattresses dumped outside next to it, very off putting. We booked a suite, but no way did the room resemble a suite. Mismatched furniture a tiny makeshift balcony and no luxury anywhere! The building was a random mix of weird rooms which didn’t appear to be cared for. Breakfast was average, no bread available on one of the days. We were very happy to leave. A poor experience, would not recommend. Good to have parking outside and one lady on reception was helpful in advising us where to go. However when we arrived we couldn’t sit down at reception as a child was occupying a chair, and she wasn’t asked to move!

Fotos, welche vom B&B angepriesen werden, entsprechen in keinster Weise der Wahrheit. Haben nicht unser gebuchtes Zimmer erhalten, sondern ein viel kleineres dunkles Zimmer, in welchem es schrecklich gestunken hat von der Toilette. Ein Wechsel in unser gebuchtes Zimmer wurde uns verwehrt, mit der Begründung, das Licht sei defekt. Dabei war es belegt durch andere Gäste. Die Inhaberin ist sehr unfreundlich und rechthaberisch. Die auf der Website angepriesene Rooftopbar ist nicht in Betrieb. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht. War das schlechteste und teuerste Hotel auf unserer Apulienreise.

De kamer op de bovenste verdieping met 2 aparte slaapkamers met eigen douche/toilet en 2 terrassen was heel comfortabel . Het ontbijt was uitgebreid heerlijke koffie en vers gebakken eitje. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De lokatie was ok in een buurt die nog wat renovatie kan gebruiken maar 20 min lopen naar de Dom dus prima. Ik kon toevallig de auto voor de deur parkeren dus dat was een dikke plus.

Ik had nog een andere kamer beneden geboekt die vreselijk was ! Daar heb ik niet eens geslapen en dus 500€ weggegooid.

De kamer ziet er op de foto prachtig uit alles wit en licht. De kamer is echter benauwd somber zonder uitzicht of raam om open te dien. De ramen zitten in de entréedeur die je niet open kunt doen want de gordijnen moet je dicht houden vanwege ditecte toegang tot de binnentuin waar mensen lopen, zitten, praten.

De kamer ik heb er niet eens geslapen. Dus 500€ weggegooid. De receptie wilde niet eens proberen om de kamer opnieuw aan te bieden terwijl ze volgeboekt waren. Ik begrijp de policy maar een beetje meedenken zou fijn geweest zijn.

Great location, clean facilities and beautiful rooftop balcony!

Location is good for the old town but area/street is not the best. Lots of graffiti on buildings and generally a feeling that it is not as nice as the old town. Reason i chose this hotel was the free parking advertised. The streets around the hotel do have free parking as advertised, but we had to drive around the narrow streets for a while to find a spot. Hotel is fine once inside the big front door. Room was a good size on the top floor - lift available but a good few steps if walking. Bed fine, shower great but a really dangerous towel rail was fitted to the wall outside the bathroom door and the frame of this was at head height so quite easy to walk into. Roof top terrace is a nice option but the bar up there not open.

Hotel rooms surround the beautiful courtyard & garden, which overlooks a larger garden at the back, so lovely and quiet. About 5-10 mins walk to old town. Delicious breakfast and staff very helpful and kind.

Tout était parfait

Die Vorbereitung über WhatsApp war sehr gut (keine permanent besetzte Concierge) das Parken vor Ort über zwei Tage völlig problemlos und kostenfrei. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer (irrtümlich für jeweils nur eine Person) gebucht und haben daher bei der Anreise kleine Zimmer mit wenig Licht bekommen. Nachdem wir erklärt hatten, dass wir ein größeres Zimmer (auch gegen Aufpreis) wollen hat uns die sehr freundliche und kompetente Eigentümerin sofort eine sehr große und komfortable Suite für zwei Nächte und für das zweite Zimmer für eine Nacht (war nicht für zwei Nächte verfügbar) angeboten - jeweils ohne Aufpreis! Sehr gut und reichlich auch das Frühstück. Die Unterkunft liegt wenige hundert Meter vom historischen Zentrum von Lecce entfernt in einer ruhigen Umgebung.

Nous avions réservé un appartement avec deux chambres. A notre arrivée, seule une chambre était prévue. La personne qui nous a accueilli à immédiatement résolu le problème. L’endroit est charmant, à cinq minutes de l’entrée de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner excellent.

La salle de bain est un peu spartiate et manque d’éclairage. C’est le seul point “négatif “.

O quarto que iríamos ficar, estava com um cheiro ruim, reclamos e eles foram solicitos e nos colocaram em 2 quartos novos.

o cafe da manha, pouca opção , devagar na reposição e itens frios. E o quarto para o qual mudamos, tinha um barulho muito chato do ar conficionado central.

The assigned room did not match what was booked according to the description and photos on Booking. We booked an option that included a separate bedroom and a living area, but the suite we were given did not have that layout. The information was unclear and not sufficiently clear. Llegamos a las 13:00 horas y hasta las 16:00 horas no había nadie ni cogían el teléfono ni nadie atendió. En la página web no se advierte de forma clara de los horarios, cuando lo dijimos casi se enfadó con nosotros por llegar antes de las 16:00 horas. luego, por fortuna, estuvo más amable, pero el recibimiento fue bastante brusco. Que no haya nadie en recepción durante gran parte del día y toda la noche genera cierta inseguridad por si pierdes las llaves o ante cualquier situación en la que necesites ayuda.

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: ottima, con molti parcheggi gratuiti disponibili lungo la strada e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Lecce, comodissima per visitare la città senza usare l’auto. La struttura è bella e curata, e la colazione è di ottimo livello, varia e ben organizzata. Un plauso speciale va al personale, di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero rare: sempre cordiali, presenti e pronti ad aiutare. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la loro prontezza in una situazione imprevista causata da una nostra dimenticanza: avendo lasciato le chiavi in camera fuori dall’orario di apertura della reception, si sono attivati immediatamente e nel giro di circa 10 minuti erano già sul posto ad aprirci, nonostante fosse il 1° gennaio. Un gesto che dimostra grande professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un soggiorno nel complesso discreto, con una posizione eccellente e un personale straordinariamente gentile e disponibile, che fa davvero la differenza. Migliorando alcuni elementi legati al comfort delle camere, la struttura potrebbe offrire un’esperienza molto più completa.

Purtroppo il comfort della camera non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative: • letti e cuscini piuttosto scomodi • odore di muffa percepibile nella stanza • condizionatore datato e molto rumoroso, che ha influito sulla qualità del riposo Sono aspetti che, soprattutto per un soggiorno di più notti, incidono sull’esperienza complessiva.
