It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe there. It’s clean and very peaceful, so you can relax and rest to the fullest. The bathroom and a little kitchen deserves full marks.

It would have been nice if they had left a few coffee capsules in the corridor for guests who didn’t know that coffee is only provided in the room on the first day. The duvet should be stain-free.

Tutto perfetto, entra troppa luce in camera solamente. Il signore che ti accoglie è super super gentile e disponibile, struttura pulitissima.

The property was so nice, clean, comfortable, with a stove, coffee machine, nice shower etc. It had a small package with a hair tie exactly when i needed it :) The receptionist was soo kind and polite and responded quickly. He is an asset and one of few people that can speak properly English. See you next time!

Pessimo divano letto (da una parte non si riusciva proprio a dormire) e tende che non oscuravano completamente la stanza

בית המלון היה ממש קרוב לבתי כנסת, מסעדות כשרות, ומינימרקט כשר. המזגן שם עבד בצורה ממש טובה. יש מפתח רגיל לחדר ולכניסה הראשית. המקום נקי, והצוות ממש שירותי.

Camera comoda, moderna e pulitissima. Vicinanza alla metro. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Un po' di incomprensioni su come impostare la fattura, ma abbiamo risolto.

La struttura moderna e accogliente, noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in occasione di un concerto. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in 45 minuti a piedi lo stadio San Siro ed è a due passi dalla linea rossa della metropolitana. Struttura dotata di tutto quello che serve, pulita e silenziosa. Da tenere sicuramente in considerazione per altre occasioni.

חייבו אותנו ב-30 יורו בגלל שהגענו אחרי 10 בלילה, למרות שהיה כתוב שיש אופציה להגעה מאוחרת, מאכזב ממש.

Everything was great, good location close to transport links, a lovely safe and clean place to stay. Host was extra helpful made sure we had everything we needed and no one was checking in the next day so he let us have a later check out.

מיקום נוח למי שרוצה להגיע ברגל לבית חב״ד. מפתחות מכניים. האיש שמנהל את המקום ואת הקבלה מכיר את הנוהל של שומרי שבת מבחינת מפתח, אורות וכו. סייע לנו באדיבות. בטעות הזמנו חדר עם ספה נפתחת במקום מיטה, ובעל המקום שדרג אותנו לחדר עם מיטה ללא תשלום נוסף. יש עם זאת בעיה לשומרי שבת באורות אוטומטיים שנדלקים במסדרון. לא היינו מודעים לזה.

יש שתי קומות למתחם, אחת נמצאת חצי מתחת לגובה הרחוב ויש בה חדרים שפונים אל הרחוב. חדרים אלה הם לא נעימים כי למעשה לא ניתן לפתוח את הוילונות בלי שהעוברים ושבים יעברו ממש מעל הראש... לשמחתנו בעל המקום מיקם אותנו בצד השני של המסדרון בחדר שפונה על גינה פנימית קטנה.

Good and clean apartments with amenities, as in the pictures.

There are no shower heads in the bathroom, so showering was a challenge.

Camera grande e spaziosa. Aveva tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni medi lunghi. Chek-in veloce. Posizione buona anche per S.Siro.

Aria condizionata troppo forte in tutta la struttura.

Very convenient location next to a Lidl in De Angeli, quite quiet and safe. The staff were very attentive and kind.

Every day they make the bed and organize the room. I like it

My unit was very close to the main door entrance and due to an heavy door, the noise of shutting was bothering me. Very annoying! Ask the unit that is not close to the main entrance.

Room, entrance was lovely.

No trains or trams running during our stay, quite far away from Milan centre.

It was cozy ,clean,and Rohan the house manager very very helpful. Near the metro station so we could go everywhere.

Overall it was a good experience. Clean room, good service.

A waste paper basket in the living area would have been convenient. Card access to facility would be an improvement over multiple keys.

The location is nice and cool. friendly staff, especially Rohan :) .. Can be recommended to anyone.

We spent 4 nights in Milano, IT at the Studio Inn De Angeli apartments in a studio apartment, with kitchen, queen bed and separate bathroom. Fresh towels and bed makeup was suppled every day and it was very clean. There was no breakfast as is normal in apartments. The manager, met us at the apartment to give us the key and explained how everything worked. We had no car at this time but the apartment was about 2 blocks from an easily usable Metro that allowed us to go almost anywhere in the city. There were a number of grocery stores within in a few blocks to stock our kitchen. Entry to the Studio was first through a gate, then a major front door and then into our place. We were given keys for all of them. Our one problem was that the key to the middle door was very difficult to open and a few time we thought we were locked out. The manager was very helpful and always a phone call away and replaced the key. He was so nice to order a taxi for us to get to the train station. The WiFi worked perfectly. Though there was not the personal interaction of a B&B, it was a good place to stay. We recommend this Apartment complex.

Remember that a studio apartment is small.

È un residence e non un hotel. Nessun servizio di fatto se non un signore a fare il check-in e dopo più nessuno presente nella struttura. Camere pulite e bagno comodo. Niente di lussuoso e letto non particolarmente confortevole. Zona tranquille.

Mostly everything was great, the location was super, and the kitchen was lovely. Bed was comfy. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The air con didn't really work, we had it on the coldest setting but the room was really hot. We opened a window which helped.

Bed not comfortable at all, pull out couch with no headboard, springs were hard. Aircon was leaking and room was stuffy. No sunlight because the room was one level down, could hear the people on the street as they walked past. they could be more generous with the coffee pods, only gave enough for one day even though we stayed 3 nights

Room was not cleaned for one day Curtains falling down over and over (small windows underground) Not good enough for a '' 4 star '' standing Sofa-bed - fine but not as comfy as a regular bed

Host was vey helpful to accommodate my late check-in. I couldn't reach the accommodation in time, due to missed flight. He left my key with a colleague and checked me in the next day.

I stayed there with 2 other colleagues and we noticed that all the keys opended all doors (at least of the 4 rooms we tried). Luckily there is a safe in every room.

Room was clean

The location was good, the studio was very clean and the receptionist was very helpful. However, we were shocked by the fact that the studio was in underground level with no option to ventilate the room. and this fact wasn't, unfortunately, disclosed during the booking.

Only complaint is the cleaners started around 9am each morning and were not the quietest
