Absolutely everything! Lofts Jacques Cartier is the best most beautifully decorated apartment we have stayed at in Montreal! The place is even better than the photos depict. It is very large, with a kitchen that has absolutely everything. The entire place is spotlessly clean. The AC is excellent and it is on the most beautiful quiet street in the Plateau. The bed is super comfy and the shower is excellent. Mio is the best host and even let us check in a bit earlier and kept our luggage for the day after checking out. We loved everything about it and will be back!

L’appartement du rez-de-chaussée était un peu sombre et le matelas assez mou pour nous. Pour le reste, le séjour s’est bien déroulé.

Fabulous location, super quiet residential neighborhood, felt very safe. The property had everything I needed and more - an absolute dream. Having morning coffee on the patio was an extra bonus. Hosts were super-accommodating and even allowed me to leave my suitcase for late afternoon pickup.

I loved everything, but since I stayed during the hottest and most humid part of summer, the AC in the bedroom was a bit loud - but that was absolutely minor and I was grateful to have it!

Great ground floor apartment with hosts who were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Close proximity to La Fontaine Park was a real bonus. A safe designated off street parking spot topped it all off.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Überall kleine schöne Details. Man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Fußläufig ist die Avenue du Mont Royal zu erreichen. Tolle kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Der Park neben der Straße ist auch wunderschön.

It was very tastefully decorated, lots of unique and creative touches, pictures don’t t do it justice, caring hosts, quiet street, sparkling clean! Really loved our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Mio greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. We didn't realize we had reserved the fourth floor apartment, but she was kind enough to offer us the first floor. which was hugely helpful for older folks like us. The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean, in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood, & very near the park, bakeries, grocery stores and and lots of good restaurants. Parking was right behind the building -- so easy! We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and in the perfect spot. 15 min from downtown and 12 min from Olympic stadium!

Stylish clean apartment in Mt.Royal neighborhood. We were met by the landlady when we arrived who helped us with parking our rental car due to street construction and street closures.

This is not the home owner’s responsibility, but road closures and one way streets by the apartment made navigating by car to other areas of the city somewhat tricky. Also there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment(spiral staircases are a thing in Mt. Royal!) which was not an issue for us but be advised if you cannot maneuver stairs either alone or carrying a suitcase.

Well thought out interior design. We loved everything about the place. Kitchen was out to use and they had everything we needed. It was great to have a balcony to enjoy the quiet neighborhood after a long day. The bathroom and shower were nice. For two people it was great to have the all the space. We will be back.

No issues at all with the property.

Being close to the park and access to the plateau was great. The apartment was immaculate and our request for a fold up bed easily accommodated. Communication with owners was efficient.

Major road construction and being in between metro stops wasn’t the easiest for getting around but not the property’s issue really.

The stairs into our third floor apartment were initially challenging to navigate with luggage but after settling in were manageable. Distant from subway access problematic.

Location is great. Apartment is beautiful. Free parking. Host provided coffee and wine.

Wifi rarely worked. So if you plan on working you need to find an alternative (library or cafe) with wifi. It is quite expensive but maybe it was just the weekend we stayed.

One additional key might have given us more flexibility to come and go, the keychain was a paper clip and kept falling off which made us worried about accidentally losing the key so we had to secure it with something else

Location, a spacious & fully equipped apartment with parking. Friendly & accommodating hosts.

Not an issue for us, but unit was on the third floor , which had steep winding steps. Which some might find challenging.

Very clean and simple to get around. It is near everything we needed. Having a parking space is what made us choose this along with the location.

The steps are steep and narrow once inside but nice to be on the top floor with no one above you.

Everything about this property was wonderful. We would stay there again without a doubt. The host left us complimentary water and wine which was very nice. We were right near La Fontaine park and could get to multiple locations within a few blocks. When it rained, we took an uber. Everything was great.

This is the second time now that I’ve stayed here. It’s excellent, super cozy with great furniture and amenities and in a great location.

The only thing my partner said was the TV was a little small, which I have no problem with ha ha.

The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally well furnished. It was immaculate and had everything that we needed. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was also convenient to a good selection of restaurants, a great bakery, good grocery stores, and a beautiful park. Easy to get to the bus stops once you learn the very functional public transportation system in Montreal.

This unit is so wonderful! This is our second time staying in one of Miozoti’s properties and we are in love with how stylish, tasteful and comfortable they are! Incredible market two blocks away… next to a Metro station. So perfect! Very hard to overstate how impressed we were! Had a VERY happy and comfortable week’s stay.

It was our second time staying at this property. Whenever my wife and I visit Montreal, we like to stay at Lofts Jacques-Cartier. The property is very clean, and beautifully furnished. The location is great, within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Thank you for hosting us again, looking forward to our next visit.

Mio and Armand were wonderful landlords. Quick response time. The place was brilliantly clean. Great neighborhood.

Loved the property--it was very clean and we enjoyed the terrace. Everything was well considered and we felt very comfortable in the space. Location was great and we were able to enjoy the nearby park and neighborhood.

We chose to stay in a non-hotel area and the Loft Jacques-Cartier apartment was perfect. Very much a neighborhood! Nice place. Super clean. Modern touches inside a historic building. Super comfortable. Parc La Fontaine is 1 block away. Rue Mont Royal just few streets away. Supermarket and convenience store around the corner. Lots of construction and a bit of graffiti were the only things that downgraded the area but the pros outweighed the cons. Will stay here again!

The apartment had everything, was located in the perfect neighborhood, close to everything and it was set up nicely!

Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful, fun, and convenient getaway.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like about it.

Host was very responsive and accomodating. She made herself available when needed. The complementary bottle of wine and water bottle we received upon arrival were a great bonus (especially since the wine was excellent). Kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, perfect for someone staying on an extended stay).

The unit is not well isolated so street/neighborhood noise can get loud in the apartment itself but it wasn't an issue for us as we chose to stay in a downtown property for our stay in Montreal.

Great place, looks just like the pictures. Nice location, quite neighborhood but walking distance to a number of restaurants and a grocery store, convenience store, and cafe takeaways just around the corner. Comfortable bed. Good set up for anyone who is working remotely. The washing machine was out of order, so the host kindly did my laundry for me. I'd definitely stay here again.

The owner Mio met us at the property. Apartment met our needs. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Pictures on the website are very accurate reflection of the apartment. Good location on a quiet residential street and a block away from a very nice park La Fontaine. Easy access to public transportation as well as to grocery store and laundromat. Clean and well maintained.

The TV options are limited as many of the channels listed were not available. Also, we reported that the fan and the light on the stove were not working but this was not fixed during our stay.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Communication with the host was excellent. The facilities in the apartment were great; we didn't use the kitchen (too many good restaurants within walking distance) but it was very well stocked.

Perfect apartment: good size, equipped kitchen with nespresso machine, nice bedroom, good bathroom. It is placed in a very quiet and cool street, good grocery shops just a block away, and a beautiful park close-by. It is within walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Our host was very nice and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back to Montreal.

Although not an issue for me, it is good to point out there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment (from the sideway).

The apartment was very well kept, well designed, and clean. Also, it's in a lovely neighborhood that's close to lots of things you might want to do during a weekend in Montreal. We walked 10-15 minutes every morning to try new bakeries, the bike tour we went on was only a 10 minute walk away, and even going further out to new neighborhoods for dinner usually only required a short car ride.

I normally stay at Major Hotel Chains such as Hilton but wanted to try a different approach. It turned out excellent. I didn’t have to pay for parking . The one bedroom suite was extremely clean and well kept . Our host was excellent, kind and attentive. This place was 10/10 . Quiet . It felt like a second Honeymoon. I will definitely be going back . We parked the car and walked downtown everyday as it was close by . It was a comfortable and safe walk with beautiful parks and people to meet . Can’t wait to go back and stay at the Lofts .

A wonderful apartment to explore Montreal and the surrounding area. The parking makes it so easy if you are coming with a car. And of course Mio is so sweet and kind and takes such good care of you!

The apartment is huge and is super clean. There is plenty of hot water and the shower is large. The towels and bed linens are very fresh and new. The pictures are very accurate. It is well equipped and has a nice little balcony at the back where we ate breakfast every morning. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, and is located in a very nice neighbourhood. There are several BIXI bike locations nearby. Mio is very friendly and a wonderful host. She was really helpful and booked a taxi for us on the day of our departure. We stayed for 7 nights and everything was perfect !! We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again !

This place is clearly designed for couples with it's one bedroom, but because it is designed for couples, it's full of nice things. Owner clearly has the designer touch with nice fixtures and a very charming and comfortable setting. The area is a short walk from all the good things Montreal has to offer. The owners clearly take great pride in the presentation. They also made it very easy to check in, park etc. Super friendly and they live on sight. Once inside, you have everything you need including a well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Comfortable bed and a very high end hotel worthy bathroom. You can sit outside in front or on a small terrace at the rear. There are stores just steps away. This is a great taste in what it's like to live in one of Montreal's nicest neighbourhoods. Liked it so much we booked again :)

A beautiful modern suite in a gorgeous old Montreal building. The area is fantastic with lots of funky shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing decor and lots of privacy. We had a wonderful little getaway.

AMAZING! The apartment was stunning, Mio and Normand were the best hosts, and the location was perfect for us - in a charming neighborhood close to but not in the middle of the touristy stuff. 10/10 hands down. One item: There are steps inside and out. Unless that is an issue for you, Loft Jacques Cartier is outstanding.
