It’s was updated and clean. Exactly as photos show. Staff were lovely. Location was quiet and a little away from the hub but within fair walking distance. Water pressure great. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was a little limited. More comfortable outdoor setting would be nice.

The staff were all so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Daily room clean, comfy beds/pillows. Well equipped little apartment. The breakfast was also great value & delicious. It is so under priced for how pleasant our stay was at Anema Villa. It is just out of the busy areas so nice and quiet and only 5-10 min scooter into kuta/seminyak Beach, great location.

private pool was great, the lady who was at reception was fantastic and accommodated our early checkin and late checkout.

The room was great but a little tired. There was no doona on the bed, just sheets which was off. Needs blockout curtains on the glass doors to the living area as could hear other guests very very clearly while trying to sleep. saw the owner reprimanding staff in front of us which i did not like. As a business owner myself, this would not happen. Should be done in private. Bean bags need replacing as one had holes in it and beans spilled everywhere The shower of the bath was tricky and did not like it as felt like could fall over

The Villa was lovely, we had to change Villa due to having to climb in bathtub to shower, but change was easy to a walk in shower, Everything in Villa was great, pool was great.

Location was bad, on a back street with traffic and no sidewalk, used taxis to get around.

Convenient location, good size villas

Couldn’t lock the glass door, no microwave. Couldn’t supply clean towels had to wait for laundry to come back then didn’t get any towels

Zeer beperkte keuken. Je kan eigenlijk niet koken. 3/4 fornuizen werkte niet. En de pannen waren zo klein dat er niks in past. Bedden heel erg klein, 180cm denk ik.

Im a bigger bloke but comfortable and easy to leave and come back. Its like your own little house in a amazing country.

Hard to get in contact with front desk sometimes but not all the time and same thing like always bali water pressure is not a thing but the shower bath was ok

these villas are run down, and need renovation, peeling walls, leaking bathroom taps onto floors, ratty old wooden kitchen, no power outlet on kitchen benchtop to use kettle, seriously? Wooden patio next to pool loose & falling apart. I won't be back, surprised nobody says anything! Owner needs to know and photos attached, and it's in legian NOT Seminyak!

Wir hatten einen Liegestuhl der beim hineinlegen zusammengebrochen ist. Resultat „Rippen Prellung „ Achtung die Villen vorne gehen zur Straße und sind sehr sehr laut. Wir haben bis 21:00 warten müssen um eine Villa im inneren der Anlage zu bekommen. Das Poolwasser hatte einen Film der sich auf der Haut absetzte das war nicht so schön. Das Frühstück war mit 150.009, überteuert.

Absolutely nothing

So we just needed one night to finish our trip in bali , accommodation was fine but probably wouldn't stay any longer . I would say 2.5 stars for this place as it is very worn out . I would say however they helped us out with a late checkout which was a lifesaver. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful

Private pool

Breakfast was terrible, served cold with stale toast. Villa was dirty with bugs. I booked for 4 and the 2 kids slept on the lounge ( not fussed about ) but there was no blinds the lounge room so they had the sun beeming on them at sunrise. After being kept awake all night by the people next door partying. Would not recommend and would not ever book here again.

I went with my mum We had the 2 bedroom Villa. Pool was fantastic. Kitchen was so handy. Fridge was a full size. We did our grocery shopping at Pupito. We didn’t need to go anywhere. I loved just walking out the doors straight into the pool. I loved the privacy. Having the double bedroom was amazing. It was so roomy. High ceilings. Clean. Friendly staff. Very helpful staff. Felt safe. I would definitely stay again. Seeing is believing. I normally stay at the Padma. This was very different for me but I enjoyed the place thoroughly. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Kadek for making my holiday relaxing and enjoyable. 😊

The internet went down a couple of nights and that was frustrating. I would suggest a tv in the bedrooms.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming, the villa was absolutely beautiful will definitely be staying here again, it's in such a nice quiet spot which was even better too

There was nothing we didn't like about the property besides the people who stayed next door, they were very loud all day and night and we could smell them smoking in there room from our room

The staff were amazing. The pool was great and although there were a few issues with power and water they were fixed quickly. Great location as well

The room layout is lovely. There is a small pool that is shared with a neighbour with a nice courtyard. The bed was comfy. Great staff and good service all round.

The pool water was slimy and it was uncomfortable to stay in the pool for me. There was a bolt on the gate but no way to lock the doors to the lounge, and the lock on the bedroom didn't work so it felt poorly secured. The villa itself was immaculate but the area they are in was really grotty. No air-conditioning in living areas in my villa but there was in my friends villa next door.

If I could put 20 - I would! Perfect place to stay for a long time, with absolutely amazing staff, comfy facilities, private pool and huge bathtub 😍 You can order light breakfast of order deliveries with no effort, they can also do your laundry and help you with any issue. We kept prolonging our stay and decided not to go to another place because we just really love it here.

My only small suggestion is maybe you get a microwave, it will make the guests' stay even more lovely

Absolutely Beautiful Stay! Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The property is stunning — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a perfect mix of modern comfort and Balinese charm. The pool area was a dream — peaceful, private, and the ideal spot to unwind after exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect — tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. Everything about this villa made our trip unforgettable. I can’t recommend it enough — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The stove and rangehood did not work. And I'm really sorry but I hated the location, it is not really Seminyak it's more like kuta north of the river. It was not easy to get around without a scooter, we love to walk and explore our surroundings each morning, but no paths for pedestrians meant we almost got hit by cars many times. Also, walls are paper thin, we had rowdy bogans staying next to us and would be screaming and carrying on at all hours of the am - like 1 to 3am

Private villa, the basics are there. With private pool. Had the below issues not effected our stay it would have been quite memorable. I can’t recommend this place, nor would I stay here again even if the price was half what we paid. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast in the morning was surprisingly okay. Full sized fridge available in room.

Poor value for money. No hot water on both nights. Bath drain doesn’t seal (unable to use bath) Mosquitos and bugs enter room through unsealed doors. Pool water is dirty and had visible dirt and floaters in it. No Doona or duvet provided on the bed. We had to ask for this. We were quite cold on the first night because of this. Oil stains on the sheets, and found a hair in our bed. Kettle in the kitchen leaked water when used. No ironing board available microwave not in villa either.

This was our second time staying at Anema Villa. The staff are amazing and tentative. Location is great, rooms are clean and tiny, pools clean. Breakfast was amazing, the best breakfast we had on our trip.

Very noisy walls. You can basically hear every fart from the neighbors through the walls. And a lot of light switches didn't work. Couldn't turn off the pool lights.

Loved the villa, was perfect for a little get away, bed was amazingly comfortable, however it didnt have a doona. Only a flat sheet. pool was perfect for cooling off and the location was good.

Lots of mosquitoes although we were not ever bitten. The glass doors rattled a bit but we just put something in the runner and that stopped. The shower was nice but you have a rather large step up into a big bath tub.

booking.com advised that there was 24 hour room service and minibar, I arrived at 10.30pm the only room service was a couple of drinks in fridge and pringles. Place is not as close to open minimarts etc as I thought and I would not have felt safe walking to the open ones in the area, breakfast very basic not as expected.

The staff and layout was amazing.

The pool needed a treatment, was murky and wasn’t appealing to swim in. The kitchen and storage area for your suitcases and belongings was behind a partitioned glass doors but these could not be locked and could be accessed by anyone coming into the villa yard, lack of security.

Some kitchen equipment should be added such as toaster etc etc. water dispenser should be provided in the villa

The staff were VERY accommodating, bent over backwards to help you. Breakfast was always presented nice and in time.

The villas need maintenance. Some power points and light switches not working, when plugging in our devices, the powerpoints came out and had exposed wires. Got an electric shock off the kettle and portable fan. Aircon needs regassing in some rooms and filters cleaned. Ceiling fan was covered in dust. Bathroom and toilet need cleaning behind doors. Problems with centipedes, ants, and mosquito's (geckos are part of Bali environment) this is due to doors not closing properly, which allows for the insects to get in. The glass doors are heavy to open as the guides have deteriorated, which also allows the doors to constantly rattle. Villa rules, no noise after 9pm, three nights this was not adhered to by other guests, very roudy and music blaring. Mon 28th, maintenance workers in next villa had their music blaring. Cat poo in main walking area to villas not cleaned up and stunk.

Beautiful villa and loved the private pool. The lounge and kitchen area is all open with just glass sliding doors so doesn’t cool down that well with aircon. Kitchen is basic and has no microwave. No tv in lounge room but there is a comfy couch, dining room table and full size fridge. They don’t have filtered water like some villas offer, so bring your own. The villas are very close together so can be noisy as you can hear kids screaming in the pools etc. but at night it was nice and quiet! The bedroom was nice, with a really nice soft comfy bed. Good pillows and a tv to watch. Curtains give good blockout so you can sleep in. Aircon is icy cold in this room. Bathroom has shower over bath which can be hard to climb into due to the height and shape, but pressure was good and all shampoo etc provided. Toilet is in a separate little room. Overall I’d stay here again for sure! If you don’t like crawlers you might not like this place as the doors have big gaps. So there were a few mosquitos, a resident gecko and some caterpillars around the place. Just need to keep an eye out for them 😂

Great stay

The location was good and the staff were lovely but we had a lot of issues during the stay. The sinks were broken and the one in the kitchen sprayed water everywhere. We had ants and bugs over everything as the doors did not shut properly. Food was taken from the kitchen by mice and we found it half eaten under the couch. The pool was very nice so that made it a bit better. Overall the stay was not the best and will not be returning.
