Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Location and the front desk was appealing
The shower did not drain...the air conditioner made a lot of noise...the door key had to be reset daily
Breakfast was good and bar food was good, staff friendly and helpful.
Lot of road noise. Hotel in general had noisy and loud guests that should have been monitored or spoken to by staff. This is not a peaceful environment.
Great location and very nice breakfast.
The fact that I was charged for breakfast twice. Once with the room rate and then again when I actually went for breakfast the guy charged me again. I read a review that a lady put up who said the same and to watch out for it. So someone is either on a scam or doesn’t know what they are doing.
The breakfast gentleman in charge was EXCELLENT and engaging
The general staff not knowing where amenities were and what times the open bar was n restaurant opened.
Staff was friendly
I was far from my event...but the hotel was great.
Location

Breakfast was $16 so i opted not to take it and explor the local market or the cafes around town.
pillows are not confortable
Found cockroaches in the mini fridge
Request for room near elevators (r/t lengthy walk disability) okd at desk...a plus. Room overall good...seemed dingey/musty. Good to finally get to bed after long day.
Room seemed dingey/musty...could be it's an older Holiday Inn. Called a few times enroute...phone rang endlessly without pickup. Only one person at front desk...nice enough, not very personable. Having to pay $15 (separately from room) to park in your garage was ridiculous. Other hotel stays with garages have had me get ticket voucher and just turn in at end of stay. Parking garage was hard to find as there was another across street. Overall, not the worst hotel I've stayed at. Suits the purpose of sleeping.
There was no ice bucket or laundry bag
Close to everything and easily walkable. Great hotel restaurant .
We used this hotel as a the base camp for our getaway weekend in Lancaster. And it was perfect in location for exploring the city, amenities, and cleanliness. We arrived Friday evening after a day of work, hungry and a little disoriented from the drive. The concierge Kate asked us a few questions about what we to eat, and we gave her a lot of nonsensical answers. We did not know what we wanted. Then she recommended Lancaster’s Southern Market—with its bar at the center, and vendors selling all different types of food at its perimeter. Perfect entry into this lively historic city. Thank you, Kate. We were out and about the whole weekend, and appreciated the free parking at the adjacent garage. Lancaster has it going on!
Cleanliness of facility and comfort of the rooms. Location was fantastic in the city.
It said breakfast was included. Paying over $300 per room, it should be buy no. $14.84 per person. We did get complimentary coffee which was good coffee. Overheard people booking their room for $160. Desk clerk stating there was plenty. Yet online i was told only 2 rooms left and paid $333. Got together with my best friend that I haven’t seen in months and wanted to smoke a cigar with him as he had a foot injury and needed seating. There was not a single place outside. That had seating where we could sit down and relax if there was a whole balcony area, but we were banned from it. Then, when we left, my friend for his room that we purchased together, he had to pay eight dollars for parking. With our experience, I would not recommend staying here
Kate- concierge was awesome!!
Kate was amazing and let us know all the spots around town ! Thank you Kate !
Z was extremely rude to me when I asked for coffee creamer.
The stay at the holiday has been great! Kate in concierge was very informative at check-in. She reassured me that the experience would be positive. The location is great and close to so many places. The pool was great and staff was always around to help. I had a minor issue with parking but Ramon was quick to help and it made the experience even better. If I were to change anything it would be to add a drying rack in the room for swim suits and a microwave to heat up leftovers from the amazing restaurants! I’d be happy to stay here again. A big thank you to all the incredible staff!
Location is excellent , clean rooms , friendly staff
No coffee in lobby and paying for parking
I loved the hotel desk staff. We spun the wheel. Great results. Would spin again.
I do enjoy that breakfast was not included in my stay. It would even beautiful if there free continental breakfast.
Didn’t purchase
Stayed 4 days. Only got fresh towels once
Breakfast was great!
Coffee maker in room was broken. Shower water pressure was a little light.
Great location. Onsite Parking was great also
Property was clean and well taken care of.
The location is a little strange. The town it self has a lot of strange things happening. No good restaurants for any meals
BUGS!!! DO NOT STAYY!!! Roach not pictured bc in toilet.
Everyone was kind and informative. The beds are very soft. The grounds are kept clean.
Air conditioner is noisy.
Q, the host, gave it church group Immanuel Temple, top- level, EXCELLENT service. It's people like him that cause us to remember and utilize your services repeatedly.
The location was ideal for our four night stay. We could walk all of the downtown area to enjoy shops and restaurants and the library. I liked the large lobby.
The front entrance near the reception desk needs attention—-too loud. Apparently the roller bushing are severely worn. No microwave in the room.
La ubicación
El desayuno es gratis en todos los que me e hospedado y el parqueo también y en esto hay que pagar eso no me gustó
The location is very convenient for Downtown Lancaster. Staff very friendly and helpful. There are 3 lifts, so little or no waiting. The room is a good size, with a comfortable bed and good storage. Good WiFI and Shower. Generally quiet. Having a pool is handy. Breakfast is OK.
Check in was so easy; front desk staff & the concierge were very knowledgeable, professiona, & kind. The breakfast was great! And the location? Fabulous. Accessing downtown Lancaster was made super easy by how walkable everything was from the hotel site. I was pleasantly surprised that the pool was handicap accessible & a comfortabletemperature. I didn't get a chance to acccess the outdoor areas but from what I could see, they looked lovely.
Accessing the parking garage was not my favorite. We had to cross the street and walk in while dodging cars entering & exiting. The elevator garage was soooo slow. I was thankful my car was in a secure, well lit location but it was difficult to get everything unloaded & reloaded.
Everything met my expectations.

Parking garage right next to hotel.
Not soundproof, could hear outside my room in the hotel hallway plus the music/band playing on the street next door 9 floors down at 7:30am.
The area. Also the staff is awesome!
We were very happy with our stay. Garage parking was easy to use, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay was interacting with Kate, the concierge! She was so helpful in providing ideas for activities, because the Amish businesses and attractions are closed on Sundays. She also provided fascinating history about Lancaster City. The only issue we had with our stay is the walls could use soundproofing. The neighboring room had small children who constantly shrieked… happy noises, but it was loud.
Decent breakfast but everyday serve the same foods, hotel is in a great location, staffs are friendly, room is clean with decent size.
However the sound proof of the building is quite bad, I can hear the next door talking and the door is making quite a loud noise when close, if you are light sleeper, you may find it hard to relax. The hotel should also advise visitors not to make loud noises after 11pm.
Estaba muy bien ubicado
Kate at the reception desk was very warm and welcoming!
Parking was close and easy.
I booked on booking.com and was a chagrined about not having voucher for breakfast.
Very modern hotel in downtown Lancaster with an attached upscale restaurant (The Imperial). Our King sized room was very nice, but with some warts: no microwave and mini-fridge that didn't work; maintenance did bring another one in right away when we called the front desk. Also, the mini-store near the front desk DID NOT HAVE any Advils or Tylenol when I was in pain from a backache (was told there was a CVS two blocks away!) Be careful of your surroundings: was panhandled in the parking garage after 10 PM! However, the saving grace was the very attentive and helpful staff who made it a decent stay, and the cuisine was EXCELLENT at the Imperial.
The concierge was outstanding and super helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location as it was walking distance to so many fun stores and places to eat. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Parking lot so closeby was a plus. Staff at front desk were also friendly.
Everything was nice except one issue. In Room 602 the shower floor was badly stained and cracked to the point you did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Wore flip flops. Room should not be left in inventory until fixed, in my opinion. Only stayed one night so just dealt with the issue rather than ask for a room change which I am sure they would have accomodated.
Friendly & helpful staff at check in, check out & the bar. Large comfy room, Dove products in the bathroom adds to a nice touch. Quiet rooms. 15 min drop off outside for luggage then you park your car in the garage attached with a hotel ticket. They have a pool & gym but we didn’t have time to visit
The location was convenient to get back and forth to the convention center. Beds were clean and soft. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and the room was very clean overall.
There was no issues. Ability to have more options on the TV and access the TV Guide. Nothing bad really stood out.
My organization booked the Holiday Inn to host a convention & we had a great experience. Everyone we worked with was extremely hospitable & went above and beyond to ensure we had a great event - including Paul, Mark, Katelynn, Johari, Kate, Jamie, Damon, Chrissy, Corey, Zee, Vicki, and probably others I'm not remembering.
It’s clean and the staff is very friendly.
Everyone was super friendly, professional, and attentive

The room was very nice and very clean.
It would have been nice if there would have been some complimentary water bottles in the room. Also a discount on parking would be good. Not free just discounted. Also when checking in it would be nice to be given an overview of where things are in the hotel and how things work (the snacks, the restaurant, the pool location)
Very poor experience. I had purchased reservations at the Holiday Inn Lancaster for $250.97. The reservation was for 2/28/26 (Sat) - 3/1/26 (Sun). My wife and I traveled over an hour to Lancaster to attend an important reservation at a restaurant located a few blocks from the hotel that started promptly at 6:30 PM. When I showed up at their hotel at 6:15 PM to check-in, I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes. No one was in front of me and the lady at the front desk ignored me and eventually said, "Can I help you." There was no welcoming greeting, and she seemed annoyed throughout my entire interaction with her. I told the front desk lady my name and that I needed to check-in to my hotel room. She informed me that there were "plumbing" issues and that I could not stay in my already pre-paid hotel room. I found that confusing since the hotel had numerous guests in the hotel lobby and there was even a wedding party there. It made me think that the hotel was overbooked, but she decided to say that there were plumbing issues and that I needed to go to the Heritage Hotel. When I looked up the Heritage Hotel, it was an 18-minute Uber drive from the Lancaster Holiday Inn. I couldn't believe that I was not transferred to a hotel a few blocks from the Holiday Inn. The only reason why I booked at the Lancaster Holiday Inn was because it's close proximity to the restaurant that my wife and I needed to be at. There were no apologies from the lady at the front desk. She informed me that I would be refunded the $250.97 that I prepaid to Priceline. She told me to call Priceline and have them call the Lancaster Holiday Inn to discuss the refund. I was confused that I would have to be the one to call Priceline and that she felt no responsibility of assisting with this process. After I discussed my concerns further, she eventually said that someone would contact Priceline and give me my refund. I asked her if I could receive this information in writing, and she told me no which was shocking to hear considering the inconvenience that I had already received. To date, I have not received any refund. I did not have time to wait for an Uber to drive me 18 minutes to the Heritage hotel and then have to take an Uber 18 minutes back to the city of Lancaster nor did I want to spend the extra $50 to do this. I barely made it to my restaurant reservation, and it made for a very stressful evening. I never was able to stay at the Heritage hotel due to its inconvenient location. This whole experience was terrible and incredibly unprofessional. I would rate the level of customer service as very poor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Hotel was clean. Booking front desk people were kind of cranky
The parking was not expected to pay above the booking rate. We had a pickup truck and had to park across the street. Dinner was ok nothing exceptional. Kind of pricy for what we received
Location . Parking. Clean
NOthing
No breakfast room was clean need microwave Couldn’t use our outside patio. Need to have fun at outside to sit outside in the sun.
Nothing. Very un happy with this hotel.
The room was very small. The noise was so bad . Front desk was not nice at all.
It was clean and well located
I didn’t like the fact that when I booked I paid for parking and breakfast but when I checked in they only had me for breakfast so I got double charged for parking and no one would fix it
Good location and nice staff
For the outrageous price of 430 a night i would expect the rooms to be clean. The toilet clogged and there were spackle marks on the wall. Dirty walls and the tub was gross. Needed to be refinished. If i am paying 80 a night i would expect that. To be paying over 400 a night in Lancaster i would except a higher quality.
They did not come back to clean room after I told them to come back in a hour

Very good service, especially in the morning breakfast buffet but the entire service was good from check in to check out clean room everything done well we definitely return Everybody is welcoming and great service. again, especially in the buffet area they did all they could to make everything enjoyable for us and a very, very clean room.
Everyone nice, breakfast good
Need a microwave in the room when traveling with small children.
I booked this room with breakfast included. When I checked in, the front desk said my room did not include breakfast. Since it would take some time to locate the confirmation email, they gave me my room keys in the meantime . Unfortunately, the keys didn’t work, so I had to return to the front desk again. After that was resolved, I was finally able to access my room, I tracked down the confirmation email, the staff provided two breakfast passes. The next morning, I went down early for breakfast, only to find out they canceled their regular breakfast service. As a result, I now have to go through the booking platform to request reimbursement for a cost I already paid upfront. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with multiple avoidable issues. Lesson learned. There are other hotels in this area that handle these basics much better.
Upon entering our room on the 9th floor, we discovered small bugs crawling in the sink and bathtub (pictures included with this review). We went to the front desk and were given another room on the 10th floor, only to discover the same bugs crawling in the tub. I called the front desk from the second room and told them that we had the same issue. I requested that they send someone up so that we could have an employee confirm what we were seeing and possibly help us identify the bugs. The front desk sent maintenance to the room. When the maintenance worker arrived, he informed us that he had keys to a third room. I asked him to look at the bugs in the bathtub with us. He told us that he had never seen something like it, but that he didn’t see any bugs when he checked the third room that he was going to give us. I had not requested a third room at any point, and I immediately inquired about a refund. We took our belongings down to the lobby and told the front desk that we would not be staying and asked for a refund. The employees at the desk quietly took our keys, and we did not receive a single apology from the staff for the condition of the rooms. I am baffled that there were bugs in not only one, but two rooms, and that they thought offering us a third room, unprompted, would resolve the situation. I work in customer service, and I was shocked that no one had the decency to offer us a simple apology for the inconvenience. We had a terrible evening finding a new hotel on short notice while dealing with the anxiety that we may be bringing an infestation of mystery bugs home with us. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
Some employee where good others where questionable.
The way the treat the less fortunate and treating of myself was unfair. I think more training and communication is needed, and compassion for the public.
Security did try to address the noisy kids in the hallway
Difficult to work the shower and the soap dispenser
Q was great at bartending my Brother’s wedding as well as the following morning helping with breakfast. We appreciate his kindness and great customer service!
The location was great. Walk to many small businesses and eateries.
No microwave in room
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet quite a bit. Kids ate free (which was awesome) and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Q (the host) was great!
Clean soap and lotion was known brand
parking garage fee and no breakfast
My overall experience with the hotel was great! I would like to recognize Q in the morning breakfast restaurant. He was phenomenal and deserves a raise! -Brent
Rooms were stunning
Staff at front desk rude and inconsiderate. I feel we were treated disgusting for customer service. More training and smiles. Striving for excellent reviews, your desk staff need to be exemplary.
The location was great and the hotel itself is comfortable. The rooms are clean and the beds are nice.
Staff was nice but not very attentive, parking wasn’t clearly included, breakfast hours were a bit confusing, and it felt a little pricey.
Nice hotel
$15 parking felt expensive
