I don't like how they fraudulently charge your card and have no explanation for why, then blame Booking for the theft. Then, when you ask them about it, they are very rude. Then they held the money for the stay plus incidentals but then called me saying my stay wasn't paid for I'm confused wasn't that what the hold was for all they had to do was finalize that pre-authorization but no they continue to charge my card

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Both the indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful! They both were at a very comfortable temperature. Also, we really enjoyed all of the extra activities that were available. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also liked that it had a walk-in shower in our king room. Everyone working there was very pleasant and helpful.
I can't really think of anything that we didn't like. I guess that it would be nice to have breakfast included with the room.

The food in Bistro 22 was not the greatest. There were not enough luggage carts on check out day to accomadate the number needed. Even the bell man had to wait and he did not get one large enough for all of our things.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Very nice rooms; great amenities; a great location to boot! May be a bit more expensive than other lodging options but you get so much more; indoor AND outdoor pools, billiards, shuffleboard, and more. The only detractors would be the number of children present, because this place seems popular and by good reason. Also, weight room dumbbells only go up to 35 lbs, but they have a universal pulley machine with a lot of options and multiple treadmills, ellipticals, and other cardio equipment.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026First time at this resort. We had a fantastic time staying here. The resort is very large and has a lot to do. The Restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was nice and comfortable with easy access to the elevator and parking. The price was very reasonable especially A few days before a holiday. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The room was spacious and clean. The pools were amazing, clean and heated. We stayed during an intense heat wave and the resort was giving free water and Popsicles to everyone. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026My friend and I usually meet at Eden Resort once a year to celebrate our birthday. We always love this Resort because it has the pools, friendly staffs, clean room and comfortable bed. The only thing would make this Resort a 5 stars if they turn one of the pool into an adult only. And they should! Anyway, we really like spending our time at the pool. Oh, I wanted to shout out to Karen at the front desk, thank you for making my stay possible. ❤️ Also, to Amily at the splashers, very sweet and hard worker. 👏👏

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026We literally pick up ALL mattresses to check bed frames for any signs of bed bugs. All clear!!! Room was clean except obviously no one cleans under the bed. Everyone was ultra nice and helpful at the hotel. Pools are stunning! Went to the turkey hill experience with our 13/14/15 year olds and they loved it, except the tea experience definitely wasn’t worth it. Poor lady spoke very fast so I couldn’t understand her. Definitely recommend Eden. Oh and they have “quiet hours” signs posted everywhere. Not noisy between 10 p.m. and 8 am.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026When you walk through the door, you know you’re in a top notch resort. It was very beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Overall, our stay was great , but there were a couple of things that affected our comfort. I was disappointed that the air conditioner couldn’t be set below 68°F, which made the room too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable. With better temperature control and more comfortable mattresses, our stay would have been perfect.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had the most wonderful stay at Eden Resort & Suites, and we truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, and by the time we left, we were already talking about when we could come back. Everything about our stay was perfect. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and it was so convenient to have such great dining options right at the resort. The outdoor pool areas were amazing. Our toddler had an absolute blast in the kid-friendly pools and splash areas, and it was just as enjoyable for us as parents because there were beautiful spaces to relax and unwind. It struck the perfect balance between being fun for kids and peaceful for adults. What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. Every employee we interacted with was kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. Those little moments of kindness and attention made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Thank you to everyone at Eden Resort & Suites for helping our family create such special memories. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so seamlessly, but you absolutely delivered. We can’t wait to return!

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The pools were great and the room was ok except for the fact that the floor was filthy and would turn our feet black just from walking on it for a short time. Also, the inside pool view was kinda creepy not having a window to the outside was miserable.
The staff was rude and not at all helpful. I had a small child with me and I asked the 2 young guys at the front desk where the luggage carts were located and one of them just pointed in the direction they were located. Being as though they were both not helping any other guests, I’d have thought that one of them would have at least gotten the cart for me. Luckily there was another parent coming through the door to the stairwell where the luggage carts were and he held the door and pulled the cart through for me, which is what the staff should have done. After I checked in I had to ask them for a map, where my room was located and how to get to it. They were no help whatsoever. Also, this hotel charges $100 PER NIGHT for incidentals and they didn’t return all of my money to me. $100 a night is astronomical and they should tell you this beforehand. Overall, I would not go back here, the surroundings were nice, but that’s it. I’d rather go somewhere where my money is appreciated instead of being treated like it’s expected. Eden Resort, you really need to step up your customer service training and teach the kids you have working for you what it means to be of service to your customers.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026This is a great hotel and my experience was mostly good. Starting with the positive: my room was nice and clean. There are so many amenities for kids - two pools and a sprinkler park, which was the reason I chose it. The service was good too. On the flip side, some areas of the hotel, like the big indoor courtyard in the center, had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a sliding door *which didn’t lock*. What they were thinking doing that in a family friendly hotel is beyond me - I couldn’t stop my toddler from walking in on everyone. All things considered, it was a great place for a family getaway and I’m looking forward to returning

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026My family always enjoys our stay at Eden.
I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and I definitely didn't like that they put $100 per night per room hold on my mac card. That was $1000 may not seem like a large amount to you but its a large amount to me. My family and I never cause any problems so we would never have an outstanding bill.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure was great. Our room opened directly to the indoor pool. It was nice they came around and locked the door from the outside once the pool was closed. Plenty of friendly staff and food options. The outdoor pools were GREAT! Great location too, so many other food and shopping options within 10 minutes.
There were no lifeguards at any of the pools. They have plenty of staff but there’s a huge difference in a young kid walking around the area and a young kid that’s trained as a life guard and is actively observing the water and enforcing safety.

Our kids love it, the service is great, food good, and outdoor pools and activities top notch. Good deals to be had too for a four star resort. I'd highly recommend with kids in this area.
