The villa was perfect and so as the rooftop restaurant. Staff are really great and accommodating.

Can’t really go for a walk due to location but it’s okay we were still able to book Grab or gojek to go where we want to.

Service was exceptional, this is a very well organised place, and every opportunity to help you was taken. Lovely friendly staff. Close to Pemuteran beach, as in 5 min walk. Lots of Warungs around and various more western style food places. Enjoyed going to Menjangan Island and the coral reef. And all the beach and national Park walks.

- The room safe was not secured within the room, so people can lift and move it to anywhere - The balcony door was not closable which is a huge security risk again - Bathroom, balcony and the place overall wasn't clean enough

The pool and garden area was delightful and felt very private, like a hidden oasis. The staff were also delightful and ready to help

Es una pasada. La habitación en mitad de la selva con la piscina privada y el baño en el exterior es una pasada. Un gran lugar para desconectar. La comida está buenísima y el personas es muy agradable.

Yo lo único que aumentaría el horario de comidas.

Pool was veery nice, staff was helpful and friendly. Many options for breakfast, good view from the restaurant, spacious king size bed.

This place was kinda dirty and felt more like a fancy tent (glamping) rather than a villa room (higene-wise). The toilet seat was old and full of yellow (unwashable probably) stains, the bathroom in general was smelly (smell of acid or vinegar 😅) the furniture were old, which I don’t mind as long as they function, but I only could open door with both hands as the door latches were rusty or the wood of the door was swollen (im just guessing the reason) so I always waited my husband to handle the door :DDD And also, there were a lot of bugs from outdoors constantly crawling everywhere - even in the bed and on us, this was the least pleasant :( The villa needs improvements 🙏

The soundproofing was a nightmare. We have had two horrible night. Our neighbours were noisy for a good part of the night. I recommend to validate with the staff for a room without communicate door.

The staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient.

However, the room was not particularly clean — there was visible dust, the bed linen had stains, and the sink fixture appeared worn out. Additionally, the walls were very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard easily

Im Bad gab es einen Wasserschaden an der Decke, das Hotel war teilweise mitten in der Renovierung für die Hochsaison

Nagyon kényelmes és tökéletes a személyzet. Segítőkészek és nagyon finom az éttermük.

Nem volt semmi gond.

Struttura accogliente e stanza unica nel suo genere( bagno all' aperto). Staff cordiale e gentile( un saluto speciale al Indra). Colazione su rooftop con vista splendida e soprattutto deliziosa!! Abbiamo mangiato il miglior avocado toast, genuina e con ottimi prodotti, molto variegata. Ottimo anche il resto del menù per pranzo o cena. Facilità di spostamenti con servizio app.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful! The size of the room was lovely, and I liked the size of the pool and how it was well-shaded. The rooftop cafe during breakfast was very peaceful.

The breaker kept tripping, but we didn't have many lights on, chargers plugged in, etc. The secondary safety latch lock was broken and the sliding glass doors didn't link up very well for a solid seal. The bed was two pushed together and uncomfortable. The bathroom shower had low water pressure and overall didn't have a great set up.

Bardzo kocham ten hotel i chcę tu stale wracać. Jest niezwykle cichy i spokojny. Dużo zieleni i przepiękny widok – zarówno z pokoi, jak i z dachu. Śniadania są tak różnorodne, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Po pierwsze, czystość w obiekcie pozostawia wiele do życzenia i wymaga poprawy. Po drugie, Wi-Fi jest bardzo słabe, co utrudnia korzystanie z internetu. Jeśli te kwestie zostaną dopracowane, będzie to miejsce idealne.

Super private. Hidden down a windy little road. It’s quite beautiful inside with a calm atmosphere. We really appreciated the rooftop dining and views. Breakie was so good. I highly recommend the avocado toast 🤌🏽 Staff were super friendly. Very accommodating. Favorite surprise was our outdoor bathroom. Silly but fun. I loved feeling like I was showing outside. The beach is a brisk 15 minute walk. We got a lounge at the Jimbaran Beach Club. Overall, Del Cielo is the perfect stay for comfort, accommodations, and privacy. We loved it!

Alles leuk een beetje verouderd en niet zo proper. Er waren ook verschillende vochtplekken.

Quiet and private. Loved having my own private villa with pool. The rooftop Cafe was an added bonus, with a magnificent view, great menu and lovely, attentive staff.

Nicht im Touristengetümmel aber nur 30 Minuten vom DPS Flughafen entfernt, erlebten wir zu zweit ein kleines Paradies. Wir genossen ein starkes Naturgefühl mit einem gewaltigen Panoramablick vom Rooftop Restaurant, das leckeres und liebevoll zubereitetes Essen servierte. Das Badezimmer im Freien war cool. In diesem kleinen Boutique Hotel könnten wir uns wunderbar und in kürzester Zeit von heftigen Reisestrapazen erholen. Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis war exzellent.

Chambre grande confortable donnant sur la piscine. Vue exceptionnelle depuis le restaurant où on prend un très bon petit déjeuner.

Hotel Excentré, on le savait, mais on ne savait pas qu’il était très compliqué de marcher sur la route pour descendre vers la plage même pour 15 mns. Ici il n’y a pas de trottoirs et la circulation est chaotique. Mais les Grab ou autre appli de transport viennent vous chercher à l’hôtel.

Staff were great and went out of their way to accommodate us, even giving us a lift when they couldn't find a taxi. Great view of Jimbaran beach from the rooftop restaurant.

The staff did their best but some of the features need a refit/updating.

We loved being away from the hustle and bustle but only a cheap grab ride if we wanted to head into Kuta. Loved the rooftop view.

Honestly, cant think of anything I didn’t like.

All hotel facilities are in excellent condition. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean, and the open-air bathroom was perfectly designed.
