Есть все для того чтобы не выезжать из отеля, отдыхать, на пляже есть водные аттракционы, так как Пляж был грязный из-за водорослей, мы поехали буквально 5 минут от отеля на снорклинг, каждый вечер НОВАЯ ПРОГРАММА И ЕДА НА УЖИН, fire show, kechak dance . Если решили поехать на шатле в Bali Collection - рекомендую. Он предоставляется от отеля бесплатно в определение часы. Отличный СПА! Цена/качество отеля соответствует во всем и персонал старается для клиента.

На завтраке не хватает рыбы, она была всего 1 раз за неделю, в целом все супер. Все очень быстро и вкусно, есть станция с супами, шеф готовит шикарные яйца. И я бы посоветовала лучше убираться.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié ma suite ainsi que les piscines, qui étaient très agréables et conformes à mes attentes.

En revanche, j’ai été assez déçue par la plage, car la réalité est assez éloignée des photos présentées lors de la réservation. La plage est réellement agréable uniquement le matin, puis elle recule progressivement à partir de midi. De plus, il y a beaucoup de bateaux stationnés directement sur la plage ou à proximité, ce qui donne davantage l’impression d’un espace de stationnement pour bateaux que d’une véritable plage destinée aux clients. L’odeur de gasoil est également assez présente, et la plage était parfois un peu sale. C’est dommage, car j’avais justement choisi cet hôtel principalement pour profiter de sa plage. La suite et les piscines étaient très satisfaisantes, mais la plage a malheureusement été un point décevant de mon séjour.

Not a 5 star resort at all.

Food was awful. Except for breakfast, the dinner options including the main restaurant and the events they put on in the evening is pretty bad. The last night was just cold salad buffet and whichever fish or meat you ordered which was average, but for a big buffet you are sold on, it's pretty poor. Kids club is shocking. You get two free hours, have to pay extra for any semi-interesting arts and crafts like sand craft. Things like kids zumba is just a youtube video, the video games don't really load properly if you have teenagers, and there's no additional activities of interest held during the day, so there's never anyone in the room apart from the friendly girl in charge. Other hotel activities like towel making which my toddler wanted to do, you still had to stand there for 30 minutes to wait your turn and lose interest. The location isn't convenient for anyone either, it's in the very far end of Nusa Dua away from the nice walkable area, so there is nothing outside, you can't walk anywhere at all, you have to get a grab if you want to do anything outside of the hotel, and the beach isn't in a very nice part either, you can't walk along it as it's just the local beach full of trash. Staff are friendly but can't really do anything about all of the above, and the massage was good but I would rate it a 0/10 stay as we had to pay for other resort day passes to go and do something interesting each day.

The layout of the premises is great. Beach club is on the side of the ocean, rooms and other facilities are across the road. Massive pool where rooms are with some rooms having a direct access to pool. There are 2 other pools on the ocean side. Breakfast is plenty with variety of fruit fresh juices and other foods. Gym is great with newest equipment on 3 levels. Water sports right there nearby

Its a bit away from nusa due all the way to the end. Too many boats and water sports around but water is clean

All the staff members were incredible! They remembered our name and treated us with such respect and care that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. The rooms are amazing, the pools are beautiful, the atmosphere is just sensational and the daily dinners and entertainment are just beautiful and memorable.

The only thing to be prepared for is the deposit, I have a debit master card and they were unable to hold a deposit as it was not a credit card. So they made a transaction and applied it as credit for us to use. So just the prepared accordingly.

The resort is great and usually clean. Need some minor maintenance, but generally good place to have rest and family time.

It happened that roadworks were when we stayed at the hotel and caused problems with access to and from hotel.

Pools were fantastic for the grandkids, breakfast choices were excellent and the room was huge. Loved the dressing area and bath. The range and quality of drinks and food on site at the bars and restaurants was also very good. The staff were all exceptional. Having Gaby message us before our arrival, meet us and take us to our room, and then be available to help when we locked ourselves out or lost belongings made it so easy.

We had an exceptional stay at Sakala Resort Nusa Dua. The buffet breakfast was excellent, restaurants amazing, the location was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay in Bali at very short notice, and the team went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was handled so well.

We loved the staff at the pool bar down the beach bar awesome team. The Japanese restaurant were great. Great resort but you need to be careful as there are no restaurants around and the road outside is being fixed so walking is a challenge. However there is a mini mart. Spa was amazing, pool access rooms were great.

The house keeping was a bit below standard we were always missing toilet paper , towels and water always something different but always something. We got sick so we needed those essentials. Our furniture on the balcony was broken and we asked multiple times for it to be changed but it never was. Otherwise everyone lovely lots to do nearby you just might need a bike or car.

Room Size (about 60 m2) was perfect.

It was stunning, breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was also stunning.

I did think that the picture of the beach front was the hotel not the beach club, and that the hotel wasn’t actually a beach front technically. Also it was quite far away from other restaurants and shops so you always had to take a taxi

Het ontbijt was geweldig en personeel deed erg zijn best. Zag wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, zoon vond zwembad ( Lagune) en kamer met directe toegang geweldig. Strand met restaurant was ook wel aan te bevelen, weinig te doen in. De omgeving.

Het hotelpersoneel deed erg zijn best maar werden erg verwaarloosd omdat voor ons een bus Amerikanen gearriveerd waren en erg veel aandacht zochten. Hierdoor werden wij niet hartelijk ontvangen, deed onze check in er erg lang over, kwam onze bagage erg laat aan in het appartement en was er miscommunicatie over het bijplaatsten vanneen extra bed voor onze zoon, later bleek dat buiten proportioneel veel te kosten ca €75,— (1.5 miljoen Rupih) dat is ongeveer de kosten voor een kamer, en dat voor het opmaken van een slaapbank! Belachelijk. Gelukkig was bed enorm en hebben wij er met elkaar in geslapen.

We really enjoyed our stay its an amazing resort. I would special like to thanks GUNTANG who made our stay even more smooth and comfortable.. 10/10 for gentleman Guntang.

Ontvangst (na lange vlucht lang moeten wachten met inchecken, geen welkomstdrankje ), locatie van kamer. We zaten achterin het hotel was heel ver lopen van alles! De zee is ontoegankelijk. Vooral de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vonden we tegenvallen.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, um banquete, com muitas coisas boas. Conforto do quarto impecável, tudo muito bom, sem reclamações. Beach club bem legal

O único não tão bom é a praia. não se parece tanto como uma praia de Bali mesmo em uluwatu. água calminha e cercada por boias delimitando o espaço. mas isso não convém ao hotel.

The rooms were damp & now fresh. They didn’t feel clean. We all were very sick with Bali belly. Not sure if it was from the food , the pool or the musty , unclean rooms.

We loved the amenities, location all the many food options provided and how we were informed daily. Komin made the best eggs every morning with a smile and agus was knowledge of the area and Diky a great waiter. Demmy what can we say a true asset to Sakala! The man is the best!!

Disappointing and misleading experience at Sakala Resort. The resort is portrayed as a beachfront property, but the actual main resort is not directly on the beach. Only the club-side area is near the beachfront, and it is separated from the resort by a road. The staff was also not particularly friendly or welcoming. The beach itself was another disappointment—there were hardly any waves or the kind of beach experience we expected. Overall, the property did not match the beachfront experience shown or advertised. Please manage expectations before booking.

Unfortunately, we found a rat in our room during our last night. We had to leave the room immediately, and the hotel staff came and witnessed the rat themselves before moving us to another room. This is completely unacceptable for a 5-star resort and seriously affected our experience.

ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS were very friendly and helpful including the cleaners, maintenance ppl, guards and staff stopping traffic outside to resort to give us way to the beach resort ( cheers specially to Demmi, Tiur and Guntang who always remember our names and were happy to advise us what to do and where to go). The Resort has activities for everyone from yoga classes to cooking classes, gym sessions and theme dinners ( very nice Bbq on Wednesday night with cultural dance and Stay Tuesday dinner). Breakfast was excellent As offer different options, so far one of the best. Bars pools are great (love their coconut drink). Room was big and clean, they always provide water wich is a plus. Beach towels available all time by pools. Good exchange rate for cash at the lobby in case you need! Shuttle bus provided to go to Occidental in Nusa Dua, very handy.

Water pressure in the bathroom wasnt the best. Prices were a bit high compare to normal life in Bali but kind of expected as it is a resort.

This was the perfect hotel to relax and enjoy what the hotel has to offer. The staff were extrodinary and super helpful. Breakfast was superb and made the experience more fulfilling.

Kind staff, spacious room, great pools. Tastefully designed exterior, balinese style furnitures. The hotel was well maintained and clean.

We paid for all inclusive accommodation, but it meant that we could choose two courses for lunch and dinner from the menu card. If we wanted to have a starter and a main course, a sider, salad or dessert had to be paid. It is definitely not all inclusive service anywhere. But anyhow we didn't miss it really, because the quality of the foods was really poor (excepting one restaurant at the beach). Especially the breakfast was disappointing, despite the wide selection. Although the all inclusive service included the daily refill of minibar and coffee, but it was not happened for days. We claimed it every day, got promises and nothing was happened, or just partly. The first normal refill was made on our last day, after a week... and the situation with the housekeeping was the same. The toilet paper was refilled day by day, but normal cleaning was done perhaps 2-3 times in a week. The most disappointing thing was the beach. Only a 50 m section is fenced, everywhere else swimming is impossible due to the heavy boat traffic. But this 50 m is full with seagrass and garbages. We never went into the water, and never saw anyone to do that. It's outrageous because we choosed this hotel because of being at the beach. If someone spent only few hours a day to keep the beach clean, it would be acceptable to use - serious management mistake.

Het strand rook enorm naar bezine door alle boten en wateractiviteiten en het zwembad was soms een beetje vies. En het was erg druk waardoor er soms wat dingen misgingen bij bestellingen.

Everything! The staff were amazing, the pools were beautiful, food was great and the room we had was perfect for us.

The bar fridge in the room was set too high to safely store things like milk, yoghurt and medicine for our child. It's up the other end of Nusa Dua so not as many amenties/shops which was a bit challenging with a Toddler in tow.

Rooms where awful. Very dated, not that clean, balcony was unusable. We were on level 5 at the back of the hotel was so far from the reception area. Mark's on walls, furniture, bedding. Could do with some serious updates. Due to the poor standards of the rooms I would rate this a 3 star. (Definitely not a 5 star)

I really love this resort, everyone it s so polite and facilities are the best. Demmy it s very helpful and very dedicated in everything he is doing, he is the best!

We had an underground room and I was a bit worried but for what I paid the room was awesome and we got sunlight onto the patio! We had to empty the dehumidifier twice daily which was ok. The main pool was lovely and clean and all the restaurants were yummy.

The check in process truly spoilt this hotel for me. As I travel a lot, I only use my digital card and never carry my physical card. Because of this, for some reason the hotel wanted me to pay again and refund my booking.com payment within 14 days. I didn’t want to do this as I am on a tight budget and couldn’t afford to pay double and wait 14 days, instead I had to write my card details on a paper form and sign it. I wasn’t comfortable with this at all but it was the only way to stay at this hotel. I’ve had to freeze my card details as I don’t know where they are stored.

Notre séjour a été extraordinaire au sein de Sakala Resort. Nous avons tout apprécié bien sûr les différents services conséquents et impeccables proposés, la chambre, les équipements de la chambre, de l’hôtel en général. L’excellente qualité malgré la diversité de la nourriture proposée. Ce qui rend incroyable le séjour c’est le cadre exceptionnel mais surtout le service à la hauteur de leur 5 étoiles. Nous tenions en particulier à remercier Tiur - accueil dont l’accueil a illuminé notre séjour du début à la fin. À ses collègues de l’accueil et sa responsable directrice qui est venue nous dire aurevoir personnellement. Bien sûr merci à Demmy le Manager service pour son professionnalisme bienveillant et joyeux. De manière général que ce soit le personnel du personnel des piscines et de la plage Des différents espaces de restauration ou encore le personnel en charge des jeux d’eau (une incroyable expérience de jet ski) bravo pour la qualité exceptionnelle que vous proposez. Nous espérons de tout notre cœur revenir et nous invitions tout le monde à séjourner ici si vous venez à Bali.

Great stay at Sakala Resort Bali! Special thanks to Christiana Goh for being so attentive and helpful. The hotel has an excellent view of the beach, and the pool is fantastic. The housekeeping team went the extra mile with different towel origami creations during turndown service, which were a lovely surprise each day. The breakfast had a huge selection with plenty of choices, and our kids loved it. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
