Shower nya okay terutama air panasnya dan bersih,cuma perlu pengharum ruangan biar lebih fresh.

AC nya udah kuno perlu ganti baru dan butuh waktu buat mendinginkan ruangan( cukup lama baru dingin) serta menu sarapan yang lebih variatif.

The room quite spacious , front desk reception was very help full when we ask for a little bit early check in . there is connecting door from the lobby hotel to Sorai resto , make it easy for us not to walk during rainy times

I chose the hotel because of its location. Close to many landmarks in semarang. Employees were polite, friendly include security. The only thing I want Neo to improve is the maintenance (room and corridor. I liked the VIT water dispenser nearby my room and I noticed there were events next to breakfast area : from Polda to wedding. This shows that NEO has good food and beverage quality

Saya memesan kamar deluxe dan dikasih kamar deluxe di lantai 1, tetapi view nya jelek sekali yaitu menghadap ke gudang terbuka Biasanya kan kalau kamar dengan harga yg lumayan mahal , view nya juga bagus, tapi ini view nya sangat sangat jelek dan kotor serta banyak tumpukan barang berantakan Untuk manajemen Tolong dibenahi view kamarnya, jangan kita disuruh melihat gudang yg berantakan, minimal dibuat taman2 kecil & kondisinya bersih

Got the third floor so it’s quiet. Aircon is functioning well. Shower area is pretty old but hot water works fine. Unlimited drinking water so pretty good for me. Waited for the train to another town at midnight so we relaxed and sat at the lounge. Aircon not cold though in this area coz I think they didn’t close the doors all the time. Overall with this budget price, you get what you pay for. Not bad.

Very unfortunate that this hotel has come to a really sad condition. The room door frame was broken and was only fixed with screws that didnt have any structural strength at all. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Mugs in the room were not cleaned properly, in fact they were not washed at all. I found that the mug was used by previous guest probably for some lotion, and it was still there. For 2 nights of my stay, the mugs weren't cleaned at all. The bathroom smelled of sewage, and the sink plug was stuck closed. I had to remove the plug cover to drain the water. Very dissapointed with the decline in quality. I have stayed with Neo Hotel Semarang a couple of times previously and this stay has just raised a red flag. I hope the management can improve the maintenance and most importantly cleanliness of the property.

The staffs are polite and they provide mineral water dispenser on the corridor. The room staff is friendly and polite too. Room doesn't have weird smell. The breakfast is not bad, taste is acceptable and the guava juice is delicious.

The bed sheet has so many dark stain. The wall also has some kind of skid mark, or black stains. The condition of the room is not great, the door frame has scratches and damages, some of the ceiling is damaged too. The shower doesn't have door, so water is sprayed all over the bathroom. The AC unit is not centralized, they use split AC unit and it's very slow to cool down the room. I ordered extra bed, and they gave me an extra bed with ripped and scratched frame. Breakfast coffee is really bad, but they have paid coffee, so I ordered it, and it taste bad.

the room are huge and spacious., but unfortunately, the room seems didn’t maintain well.. especially in the bathroom area growth around the edge. and the wi-fi signal not really good enough. to stay connected had to closed into corridor. overall of value is worthy.

The hotel shares the location with a supermarket (Superindo); its entrance lobby isn't visible from the street since it's on the side of the premise. Room amenities were complete (electric kettle, coffee and tea sachets, bathroom stuff). Water jug was ready in rooms, water dispenser was in the hallway. Our room needs a bit TLC; there was leaking stain under the AC unit on the ceiling, and the blinds in the bathroom was torn a bit. The staff especially security officers were friendly and helpful.

Although this is not a 5 star hotel, but at least we expect the bathroom was not run down. Stains, molds & dust all over the bathroom. The door was decayed at the bottom (maybe due to exposure to water). The bed was quite clean & comfy. On the plus side, the checkin / checkout was really fast, without hassle. The hotel was located at the same complex as a supermarket (Superindo) so very convenient. Might still return if there is a good deal.

I like this brand. I used to stay at many Neo properties. This hotel used to be good. Maintenance is a first word in mind for this hotel. All service are good, exceed my expectation. But building, bed, doors and so on need to be repaired as well. Sorry to tell the truth, but Neo is my favorite brand.

This hotel is a just fit for sleep in. Can not ask and expect for more. Fast check in, small parking space, good mattress. With 100-200k you can get a room with breakfast! Breakfast itself was ok, taste good, variety was ok for the price you paid. Room needed more maintenance. Door knob was loose, mirror was stained and seldom cleaned, not complete toiletries, couldn’t expect more. They served glass bottle container and could filled water outside (they said so. In fact water dispenser was running out of water as well outside). If you want to compare with other hotel with similar price, this hotel might be your choice. If you are looking for convenience, you might consider others (with more money of course!)

I stay for 1 night at Hotel Neo Candi – Semarang. This hotel was practicing health protocol at the time of the current pandemic. This hotel has 3 floors, the most basic floor is the lobby, rooms start from 1st floor to 3rd floor. Restaurant for breakfast is located on the 1st floor. Small room size, consisting of 2 single beds with pillow for each bed and a chair in the corner, as well as a TV on the wall, don’t worry, there is a window to look outside from the room. The room is equipped with a refillable water bottle in the hotel hallway, the concept of this hotel is no plastic bottles, but the room is still equipped with coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Not really clean bathroom, standing shower and equip with shampoo and shower gel. I don’t know what should call this is budget hotels or not, but this hotel rooms is enough, so the room is just clean enough. Good news is breakfast is nice !!! Let’s talk about the breakfast, I like the breakfast, they served fried rice, fried glass noodle (beehon), rice, local famous menu : fried Bandeng fish (taste delicious), vegetables, eggs, traditional porridge, various breads, cereal, milk & fresh fruits. They practicing health protocol, they served and pick up for us the breakfast, we choose from the others side of buffet tables. Thank you Mas Bagas, he gives good service. He served our table and polite also friendly. Thank you again Mas Bagas. Found the smoking area near restaurant and it’s like secret garden haha (no, it’s belongs to housekeeping area but I like plants). Room #314 - toilet clean but smell no good. Looks like from the drain. Room was clean, ac was cool, water heater good. One more thing, Breakfast was bad. Vegetables was not fresh. Coffee was poor.. The rest were okay..

That was great place to stay and the price is not too expencive,hotel is attending a go green rules and i was like it,near with many good place to eat,there was grocery shop beside the hotel,good place for couple having uuk uuk

Comfy hotel, strategic location, disekitarnya terdapat supermarket (Superindo) and hangout place, mmm...like a kofie shop (Manakala). Breakfast not to bad, ckp bervariasi dan rasa tdk bgitu mngecewakan...

Good and fast service, quite clean, great location, nice restaurant, near some good cafe in Semarang, below hotel is one of good supermarket, poor parking lot if you drive car by yourself, nice lobby.

The best part to stay in this hotel are near to supermarket and coffee shop. Toilet in the lobby is so dirty. For budget hotel is good enough to stay here, but the cleanliness of the hotel need to increase.

The hotel is located in the middle of city centre, but their rooms are old and tired. The water pressure is very low and we can see the rooms are dated. However, the room has everything we need including hot water kettle and cold AC. We didn't take the breakfast package so I don't know how it is. The receptionist was helpful in recommending food as we arrived quite late.

Eventhough we stay only for a night,I overall we give score 8.5 of 10. The access to hotel easy and close to supermaket amd coffee shop. The staff very friendly and the room is big enough for 3 star hotel

Well located hotel, pleasant staff but in need of refurbishment. The hotel is dated but it does maintain the neo type of quality. With a little renovation will put it back in place. Quite a number of restaurant nearby
