I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The surroundings were quiet and the staff was very kind and generous. The hotel was clean and homely.

Location is more than perfect, convenient with car (also parking) and also so close to public transportation and walking distance to malls but also in a quiet area (with green view in the photos), really a rare combination for Istanbul. Staff is extremely helpful and the most amazing thing is the breakfast! You can’t find that kind of excellent breakfast in 5 star hotels or cafes. There are many homemade Turkish delicacies that they’re baking in their kitchen. “Açma” is finger licking good, i haven’t eaten that good for years.

Beds can be improved, there may be small noises when you turn.

Perfect location, quiet and convenient. New building and newly decorated rooms. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Ilhan Bey, kitchen and cleaning staff.

The location is excellent: very quiet, yet centrally situated, close to the business district and, even more importantly, within walking distance of Gayrettepe Station, which offers a direct connection to Istanbul Airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional.

No major issues. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Τα πάντα όλα, η τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό, είχε υπέροχο πρωινό, ήσυχα και πεντακάθαρα, θα πήγαινα ξανά και ξανά....

Situé dans un quartier calme, à 20 mn à pied de la station de métro de Gayrettepe (liaison directe avec l'aéroport). Personnel attentionné et aimable. Petit déjeuner très varié et excellent. Chambre et salle de bain de taille convenable.

Les deux restaurants proches de l'hôtel sont fermés le soir, ce qui est très rare en Turquie. En se rapprochant du quartier d'affaires, on ne trouve aucun restaurant à moins d'un kilomètre à la ronde, mais uniquement des cafés et glaciers très branchés. Pour compenser cette situation, l'hôtel propose une liste très complète et variée de plats turcs commandables 24h/24h à une société extérieure et livrables dans la chambre. Mais dîner dans la chambre, ce n'est pas génial.

Staff is very helpful and sweet. Breakfast in the mornings had a lot of variety. The room was clean and well air conditioned and I had everything I needed for my stay.

I booked this hotel because it was a convenient location or what I needed, however for most tourists it might not be the best as it is a little tucked away. and not much around. The shower could use a little deep cleaning as there was mold, but other then that all was good. Not really any complaints.

Персонал делает все, что в их возможностях, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Завтраки хорошие, в отеле чисто, в реальности отель лучше, чем на фото. Достаточно тихо. От нового аэропорта и метро М2, М11 недалеко. Сочетание цена - качество.

Нет нормальных одеял, соответствующих сезону. В отношении расположения, мы не нашли хороших мест, где можно нормально покушать рядом.

Отель симпатичный, современный, чистый, понравились горничные, дружелюбные, хороший завтрак. Номер хороший. Если поздно вечером приезжаешь, хочется поужинать, предоставляют меню, на ресепшене заказывают и привозят еду. Что удобно.

У нас был улучшенный люкс, и было написано, что одна большая кровать и два дивана, для нас подходило, но по факту оказалась только одна кровать, диван не раскладывается, и для третьего человека поставили дополнительную кровать. Когда я спрашивала, почему на сайте одно, а по факту другое, мне грубо отвечали, не смогли дать внятного ответа. К сожалению оплата была невозвратная, и мы прилетали в этот же день, нам нужно было это место, пришлось согласиться на этот вариант. Недружелюбные администраторы, кроме одного, к сожалению имя не узнали. Когда во время завтрака во рту у девочки разбился стакан для чая, быстро заменили и не извинились. И не было компенсации. Мы точно не приедем в этот отель.

Не рекомендую. Мы приехали на выходные в Стамбул на концерт и заселились в отель Upsuites. Вернувшись в номер перед мероприятием, я обнаружила таракана, ползущего по кровати. У меня сильная фобия насекомых, поэтому оставаться в этом номере мне было физически невозможно. Муж обратился на ресепшн. Сотрудник признал проблему, отметив, что дезинсекцию они проводят раз в месяц, и предложил либо спрей без запаха для обработки комнаты, либо смену номера. Тараканы не живут в номерах, если он был в одном номере, то он мог появиться в любом помещении этого отеля, мы приняли решение съехать. Когда мы с вещами спустились вниз, администратор долго тянул время, кому-то звоня.

Бронирование было невозвратным, но мы предлагали разумный компромисс — вернуть стоимость за вычетом налогов или хотя бы за один неиспользованный день. Однако отель отказался идти навстречу, настаивая исключительно на смене номера. Мы запросили поддержку через Booking.com. Сервис связался с отелем и подтвердил, что объект размещения имеет техническую возможность оформить возврат средств даже при невозвратном тарифе, но отель предпочел проигнорировать этот запрос. Спустя сутки отель прислал официальный ответ, в котором обвинил нас в том, что это был якобы заранее спланированный «план» с целью получить деньги и съехать. Это абсурд: 1. Мы полностью оплатили проживание заранее, что доказывает наши первоначальные планы на заселение. 2. Из-за инцидента мы в спешке бронировали другой отель прямо перед концертом, (время оплаты в чеке — 19:45, начало концерта — в 21:30), на фото с тараканом время 18:47. Мы понесли дополнительные финансовые потери и стресс, а не искали выгоду. В итоге отель заявил, что у них идеально чисто, что является неправдой, учитывая реакцию администратора с предложением потравить насекомых. Фотография наличия проблемы у нас есть, но я была в таком шоке, что у меня даже мысли не возникло снимать видео, как ползает таракан или что-то подобное, просто хотелось скорее уйти. Совет будущим путешественникам: в Турции старайтесь не бронировать отели по 100% предоплате через подобные негибкие тарифы, лучше выбирать варианты с оплатой на месте. Очень жаль, что отель предпочел испортить гостям поездку вместо того, чтобы цивилизованно решить проблему. Очень жаль, что букинг к этом случае предлагает компенсацию в 15% от того, что мы заплатили. В конечном итоге все зарабатывают, а оплачиваем мы. Класс! Отелю искренне желаю закрытия, потому что такие люди не должны работать в сфере обслуживания, Ну и по законам вашей религии за вашу ложь вам всё вернётся.

The hotel's location is quiet and cozy, very close to a metro station. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a good light. They serve a great turkish breakfast as well. They also had a water-saving policy that I admire. It shows they're responsible.

The fixed shower head was broken, but the handheld one was working fine. To be fair I didn't tell the reception, maybe they would have fixed it, but this was the only thing that could have been better.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff – they were truly accommodating at all times and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, thanks to the wonderful lady Songül, who keeps them so clean and was exceptionally attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back again!

Розташування, готель дійсно має свою парковку приблизно на 10-12 машин.

Bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Für einen Sightseeingtrip gibt es aber bessere Lagen. Hervorzuheben sind die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sowie die gute Klimaanlage. Entspannte Musik beim Frühstück und guter Duft in der Lobby. Die Suites mit Blick über den Friedhof sind sehr schön!

Dusche sollte etwas sauberer und frei von schwarzen Flecken sein. Die Regenduschen hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Wir hatten ein sehr großzügiges Zimmer mit Kochnische. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage an der Metrostation, von der aus man sowohl zum Flughafen als auch in die Innenstadt fahren kann, war für uns optimal. Das Frühstücksbüffet sah extrem lecker aus (leider gibt unser Flug zu früh, um es nutzen zu können; wir haben Sandwiches zum Mitnehmen bekommen).

The hotel breakfast was so nice ,plus the gentleman working there was very nice and friendly,for example Mr Tarkan,Ilhan and Aslan and Ferhat .

it is quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is good. there is a very beautiful park near there. and i liked the dog that wanders around a lot

only minus is that they dont give toothpaste and brush. but that's okay i had one but my mom didn't.

Highly recommend Upsuites Hotel! The staff were so careful about everything and really nice people! The room was nice, clean and quiet during the night. Breakfast was very delicious! The location was also really nice, and felt safe! Very close to metro and bus stations in case you want to visit around! Upsuites hotel is up for a great future with the standards they’re holding!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout my stay. They assisted with every request promptly and made everything much easier, especially during a busy business trip. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.

За такую цену могли бы немного постаратья. Завтрак скуднее чем во многих дешёвых ресторанах. Ванные принадлежности не полностью обеспечиваются. Рядом нет мест где покушать.

Tolle, hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter - ich war deutlich früher vor dem eigentlich angegebenen Check-in-Termin am Hotel und es wurde alles gemacht, um mir ein frühes Beziehen des Zimmers zu ermöglichen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und ausreichend groß, das Bad ist schön mit guter Dusche. Das angebotene Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich mit türkischen Akzenten. Meine Motivation, dass Hotel zu buchen: ich hatte eine Nacht Auffenthalt in Istanbul, bin von und an Flughafen Istanbul geflogen. Ein Airportnahes Hotel bietet kaum Abwechslung, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls fernab sind. Die Lösung war, ein Hotel an der Endhaltestelle der Airport-Metro zu buchen, von wo aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls (in Sultanachmet oder nahe Taksim) gut erreicht. Das funktioniert sehr gut von diesem Hotel. Empfehlung!

Very good hotel for the money, good breakfast, the staff was very nice, always smiling. In order to arrive to the hotel you have to walk for a bit from the main street, but seems like a safe area. We didn't feel like we have to be worried when we arrived late in the evening.
