Andrebbe rivista l’insonorizzazione delle stanze. A qualsiasi ora della notte si sentivano rumori sia dal pianerottolo che dalle stanze vicine. Ci sarebbe bisogno anche di un po’ di manutenzione

Posizione centralissima con i suoi pro e contro. Comoda per uscire a piedi ma una tragedia per il parcheggio. Ora l'hotel dirà che ci sono i posti riservati ma sono solamente 4 o 5 e ci parcheggia chiunque. Buona anche la colazione.

L'hotel è bello solamente da fuori. Camere piccole e con un finto parquet molto rovinato, cuscini e materassi molto sottili e poco comodi. Rumori notturni molto presenti soprattutto dalla strada. Bagno minuscolo e poco comodo. Pulizia nel complesso accettabile.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel hat keinerlei Charme und die Zimmergestaltung ist völlig lieblos. Die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett stört, muss aber die ganze Nacht über laufen, da der Balkon häufig beleuchtet ist und die Umgebung laut. Das Frühstück überzeugt nicht.

Heel vriendelijke mensen. Het ontbijt was deels grieks wat ik leuk vond. Het ligt in het centrum zeer gemakkelijk. Kamer was voor mij groot genoeg. Met een balkon eraan.kleine frigo en een kluis! En er is airco!

Zeer gezouten water voor je tanden te poetsen.. je hoorde de andere mensen wel hard op de gang vanuit je kamer. Kleerkast was superklein.

Struttura centralissima, nel cuore di Zante città con alcuni posteggi dedicati. Colazione buona a livello di cibo.

la manutenzione dei bagni non era ottimale (sistemare guarnizioni doccia, sostituzione di qualche elemento un po’ datato). Suggerirei anche un cambio della macchinetta delle bevande per la colazione perché non erano di nostro gradimento (non so se perché abituati agli standard italiani o comunque di qualità non eccelsa)

The hotel booked me a transfer which was supposed to be private, and mid way the driver picked other tourists! and when I complained, insted of dealing with the issue, they said go to the police!!!!

Struttura situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere in pochissimi minuti le zone più interessanti della città di Zante. Tutti i ristoranti sono nelle immediate vicinanze, il porto è a pochissimi minuti, lo stazionamento degli autobus è raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti. La maggior parte delle camere sono fronte mare, arredate discretamente e dotate di comodo e panoramico terrazzino che affaccia sulla grande piazza. La colazione, varia e a buffet, viene servita nella adiacente caffetteria. Il personale alla reception è cordiale ed attento.

Nur die Location und das Frühstück!!!

Personal sehr unfreundlich sagt nichtmal Guten Morgen oder sonst was hatten Probleme mit dem Zimmer mit der Klimaanlage und wurden dann so hingestellt das wir keine Ahnung haben, aber wie wir mitbekommen haben stellt das Personal die Klimaanlage so ein das es nicht unter 23 grad runter geht. Matratzen sind sehr alt und man sieht vertiefungen interessiert da keinen. Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gesäubert, frische Handtücher mit Haaren, Bad sind Amaturen verrostet und das Wasser ist salzig und riecht muffig. Vom Badezimmer tritt das Wasser aus hinter der Wand und der Flurbereich ist nass deswegen, interessiert auch keinen. Am Balkon wird alles nass von der Klimaanlage sobald man da tritt und ins Zimmer geht wird das Zimmer dreckig. Da Balkon nicht gewischt wird. Parkplätze hat das Hotel nur 5 mit Glück kriegt man vllt eins. Schlecht gedämmte Zimmer man hört föhn und Dusche von den Nachbar Zimmern und allgemein schlecht gedämmte Balkonfenster man hört alles auf den Straßen. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Zustand dieses Hotels.

Posizione straordinaria nel pieno centro di Zante. Stanze confortevoli e staff gentile e cordiale.

Mancano i cassetti in camera secondo il mio parere essenziali per mantenere ordine. Solo poche mensole e un armadio per appendere gli abiti. Va bene per soggiorni brevi ma per una vacanza di 10 gg per 4 persone come noi e' stato veramente scomodo.

Nu exista dulapuri decat unul singur fara polita decat partea de sus unde este seiful , iar in partea de jos a dulapului a fost frigiderul . Nu am avut unde sa imi pun hainele . Le.am tinut in geanta. Micul dejun basic.

The hotel has an excellent location and a beautiful building. The location is definitely its strongest point.

The room condition did not meet expectations. The bathroom had drainage issues and an unpleasant toilet smell that was strong enough to require keeping the bathroom door closed. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as the soap dispenser was empty upon arrival and was not refilled during our two-night stay. Some parts of the room were old and not properly cleaned. Overall, both cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.

Nem nagyon jott hideg viz a csapbol, a takaro inkabb ilyen lepedo fele volt. A klimat nem lehetett 26 foknal feljebb allitani, ejjel ha ment betakarozva is faztunk, ha nem ment akkor meg melegunk volt 😅

Ovo je jedan od najboljih smjestaja u koji sam boravio. Sve je bilo vise nego cisto. Svaki dan se cistila soba i za 6 dana 3puta zamijenila posteljina.Dorucak je bio raznovrstan i ukusan. Lokacija nije moze biti bolja,na samom trgu grada. Pogled sa terase na luku i more. Ovaj hotel zasluzuje preporuku.

Necete uvijek naci hotelski parking jer je to par mjesta samo,ali to nije bio problem jer u blizini ima besplatnih parking mjesta pa smo se lako snasli.

Quarto superior é grande, com varanda e vista para a cidade. Café da manhã muito bom.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Auswahl ist eher gering aber für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet, genug gross und wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half uns, wenn wir Fragen oder Anliegen hatten. Die Lage des Hotel's ist super! Man hat alles was man braucht zu Fuss erreichen können: Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurant's, Apotheke, etc...

Leider war es zum Teil sehr laut, ich denke das kam, weil die Fenster nicht schalldicht waren. Vor allem auch in der Nacht, man hörte die Menschen Draussen, die gesprochen haben und vor allem die Fahrzeuge auf den Strassen. Man konnte überall rund um's Hotel parkieren, es gab auch extra Parkplätze nur für Hotelgäste. Leider waren die meist besetzt, da wir in der Hochsaison da waren & oftmals mussten wir 30 Minuten warten, bis irgendwo in der Nähe ein Parkplatz frei war. Einmal haben wir auch das Hotelpersonal gefragt, dieser half uns einen Parkplatz zu finden.

The room showed its age a bit (scraped up floor, but nothing too terrible) and there was a slightly musty smell when entering the room. It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and rooms next door, though thankfully I was able to sleep well. I don’t like super cold air conditioning (I normally keep mine at 23 or 24) and I understand that it’s an island with limited and expensive electricity, but the AC would not go below 24 and it took a long time to cool down the room. None of those things would keep me from staying there again.

Localização é recepcionista atenciosa conseguiu providenciar a troca do frigobar e do chuveiro que não funcionavam bem.

Manutenção do quarto ruim o frigobar e chuveiro não funcionavam direito e foram trocados. Quarto reformado mas já está velho e sem manutenção Água do chuveiro e torneira é salgada Barulho de água sempre que os quartos vizinhos ligam as torneiras chuveiro e ou descarga Esse hotel não tem condições de ter um avaliação 8 e no máximo 6. Confesso que senti enganada.

Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη ακριβώς στο κέντρο χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι μέσο μεταφοράς για την πόλη. Το προσωπικό διαθέσιμο σε κάθε απορία ή επιθυμία μας.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ωραίο αλλά μάλλον outdated ( δείχνει πολύ πιο ωραίο απ έξω ή στις φωτό απ ότι είναι στην πραγματικότητα). Χρειάζεται ένα φρεσκάρισμα. Αρκετά ακριβό σε σχέση με την περίοδο και το προσφερόμενο δωμάτιο.

L'albergo é molto bello. Le foto rispecchiano le stanze reali. La camera era molto pulita e le persone addette alla pulizia cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno. Lo staff é stato davvero gentile, infatti, nonostante fossimo arrivati prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura. La colazione é buona e varia. Il letto é comodo. Il lavandino del bagno é leggermente piccolo ma la doccia é abbastanza ampia. Avevamo avuto un problema con il phono per i capelli ma lo staff si é subito attivato per sostituircelo. L'albergo si trova proprio al centro di Zakintos e si puo raggiungere tutto a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus é a 3 minuti a piedi dall'albergo.

Non ho messo una valutazione di 10 perché non c'era uno stendino fuori al balcone per poter stendere gli asciugamani e i costumi bagnati (anche se c'erano delle poltroncine) e poi per raggiungere il mare bisogna prendere un pullman o un taxi, a meno che non si é muniti di auto. Ad ogni modo in 15 minuti di pullman si arriva alla spiaggia piú vicina che è molto carina e attrezzata!

A localização é maravilhosa! Na praça central de Zante Town. Que aliás, é o melhor bairro para ficar em sua primeira vinda a Zakynthos. Os demais bairros são ou afastados demais de tudo ou lotado de festas de jovens >18anos. O café da manhã é um ponto alto! Bastante variedade. Assim como o recepcionista/concierge que lhe ajuda muito com reserva de taxi, passeio ou aluguel de carro.

São apenas detalhes. O hotel entrega o que ele promete. É um hotel nota 8,7 a 8,8! O quarto era pequeno. Para casal, não dá para abrir 2 malas. Quando se pede cama de casal, são duas camas de solteiro coladas uma na outra com um vão entre elas. O travesseiro era fino também.

Found staff not too helpful or friendly. Reception staff just sat behind the glass counyer and never acknowledged you.

Nagyszerű helyen volt, a központban, mindenhez közel.

Mivel a tér mellett volt, ezért esténként rettentő zajos volt. Nem lehetett pihenni. Volt, hogy hajnal 01:00-kor ki kellett mennem az erkélyre és le kiabálni a lent lévőknek, hogy szeretnénk már aludni, úgy hogy ne ordibáljanak tovább. Rettentő zavaró volt. A helyi közlekedés borzasztó, meg szerencse, hogy volt a kis vonat amivel el lehetett menni más helyekre. Azokra nem gondolnak akik nem akarnak autót, motort bérelni. Miért nincs helyi járat a térről amivel bármelyik másik településre el lehet menni?! Valahol csalódás volt Zakinthosz.

Location is top if you want to be in the cozy yet busy center of an island like Zakynthos. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and spacious (we had a sea view family room) and they also have some parking spaces in front of the hotel for guests which is quite adequate provided there is not much parking around. They do also own a coffee shop/bar/restaurant on the ground floor with service outside and also the famous central place (under pergolas), so that's definitely a plus.

Given it is an island, I deem breakfast could be lasting to a bit later (11.00am) and the elevator is very small, especially if you have lot of luggage. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

Vedere la mare ! Camerele spațioase și paturile confortabile . Baia dotată cu toate cele necesare pentru un sejur plăcut. Micul dejun prea puțin diversificat .

Hotel excelente bem no centro a 100 metros de uma das ruas principais onde ficam bares e restaurantes. Café da manha excelente. Adorei e voltaria.

Great location, very close to several restaurants, shops and there is a supermarket beside the hotel. Staff were friendly, they allowed me to store my bags after checkout and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport.

Overall the room looked slightly tired but it was clean and tidy and has everything you need especially when you spend the majority of the day outside. The hallways are tiled so there was some occasional sound that travelled if other guests had their TV up quite loud or if they were noisy when returning to their rooms but most guests were considerate and it wasn't a big problem.
