Das Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl. Man muss über die Menükarte bestellen, und es dauert, bis man sein Frühstück erhält. Auch der Service ist nicht außergewöhnlich für ein 5-Sterne Hotel.

Excellent hotel in a lovely peaceful location. We only stayed for two nights but definitely plan to return. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The whole hotel was spotless and very clean.

The hotel has breathtaking views. It’s a lovely hotel for quiet and peace. Loved the decor and the view from rest and pool. My room had a balcony with spectacular views. It’s located in a residential area . It has beaches close by , restaurants and supermarket and pharmacy. Staff is phenomenal from the front desk, restaurant’ and housekeeping . Kudos to Cara that helped me out to find last minute tour. She went above and beyond. Breakfast is one of the best I had. It has lots of variety. Loved the home made passion fruit kefir, the coffee and poached eggs . Food is of excellent quality. Hotel is pristine and has nice aesthetics.

Hotel Is very pricey. The TV were not smart tv so I couldn’t watch Netflix. Or use any streaming platform. Staff tried to help out giving me a connecting cable but was not compatible with I phineThis is something that should not happen at a 5 star hotel and at the price I paid The beds are ok but not as comfortable as other beds I tried at other hotels in Palma . The mattress is not pillow top. The beds are starting showing their age . The linen smells good but a person with allergies, migraines or asthma is not good. I suggest using scent free hypoallergenic fabric detergent. Even though the bathrrom shower gels, body creams were from a higher end brand I think was Bulgari they were low quality ingredients wise. It was all fragrance . Also they were in plastic bottles . Some of the furniture had scratches .

Frühstück war gut, die Lage war auch recht schön, allerdings waren recht viele Baustellen in der Nähe.

Die Betten waren nicht so bequem und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

The hotel and the staff are terrific. This boutique hotel has good dining, nice infinity pool with a bar, great location and beautiful rooms. I extended our stay for this trip and can not wait to come back later this year. Thank you to all of the people that made our stay special!

Exceptional property. Beautiful decor and 5* service from start to finish. Staff are exceptional and go over and above to provide the best customer experience. Food in the hotel is fantastic and the cocktails are delicious. Stayed here several times and will return again.

Nothing to dislike

I absolutely loved the hotel, it was stunning and the staff were amazing, the food choice was really good as were the cocktails.

My ONLY problem with the hotel was I was travelling with my 2 sisters and I booked a suite so the 3 of us could share a bedroom and living room, the room wasstated as a 37 metre suite, A suite by definition is 2 rooms however this hotel the rooms are all called suites and they are just average size bedrooms with a small sofa and in oir case an extra fold away bed. I would never have booked this room had I known that, as it was way too small for 3 grown adults. I think theyreally need to make sure guests ARE AWARE that they are not 37 metre suits at all, but that is my only criticism.

The hotel was immaculate and in a lovely elevated, quiet area. The staff, with their attention to detail and friendliness, are an absolute credit to the hotel. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be using this hotel for a break in Majorca in the future.

Fabulous boutique hotel a short walk from Portal Nous and the marina. Room (Grand Suite) was spacious, immaculate and vey quiet. Balcony private with very comfortable chairs. Staff were all excellent.

All the small elements of style - free minibar , bulgari shampoo - very good breakfast - very nice and competent team ! Very relaxed luxury!

Great staff and a small but perfect hotel

The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. Every room has an amazing view over Portals and Palma bay, The breakfast is excellent, very nicly presented fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads, pastries and lots of cooked options. The lunch we had in the pool bar was also top quality. All the staff are very pleasant and looked after us so well during our stay.

The position of the hotel is above the Portals Nous village and a good 20 mins walk to the Puerto Portals. It's good exercise on the way back as it is all up hill but in the evening it is easy to get a taxi back from the port so wasn't an issue.

A rare jewel. A design team that executed to perfection. The drive to ultra luxury in all elements of the hotel experience completely successful. A bed and sheets that surpass Four Seasons with a room that is darkened perfectly for the ultimate sleep. Quiet with little touches like expensive super quiet elevators and ultra heavy finished doors and windows a serious positive. Perfect breakfast great service. 10/10.

Some of the furniture in the rooms is worn in places but only minor.

This is an amazing hotel. Very boutique but so clean with a fabulous pool beck and open plan bar. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast amazing. Staff were fabulous and so attentive. Daily replenished mini bar is an added bonus.

Drinks on the slightly expensive side.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional - the food, service, ambience and facilities were faultless. The staff made our holiday, couldn't have asked anymore from them.

Accessibility to taxi's was a small issue but out of the hotels hands.

It is a small and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The location is nice but walking to Puerto Portals is a little far, especially when you come back to the hotel on the hill.

Simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. I can’t wait to return.

Excellent staff who were very polite always helpful.

Sun loungers reserved around the pool and not used all day meant other guests didn’t have an opportunity to be by the pool. The remaining beds are at the other side of the restaurant and it feels out of place.

Fantastic service throughout the hotel, the breakfasts were delicious, the cleanliness of the hotel throughout was excellent and a very friendly vibe. A great lunch menu and the food was always fresh and tasty. Very comfortable sun loungers with plenty of fresh towels.

The pool was on the small side and very refreshing (cold) hence why it wasn't often used by anyone. Apparently the Spanish law is that you're not allowed to heat an outside pool unless by solar panels, so I would suggest solar panels are needed. Would have preferred it to have been nearer to the beach and marina. Had one evening meal at the hotel, not great. I would seriously recommend that you venture out to the many fantastic local restaurants

Staff is excellent, they go above and beyond, know you by your name. We loved that everything in the mini fridge is included, can see the ocean from the bed, great pool area and breakfast.

It is beautiful , with very friendly staff . The rooms are spotless and the design is creative .

There were 3 events during the week that gave us restricted access to certain areas . This was only mentioned the night before each event . On departure we were also asked to vacate the hotel at 12 noon as there was a wedding .. we had a 17/55 flight , we were only told this the night before and to be honest it was very stressful and not what we would expect from a 5 star hotel . Otherwise my rating would be higher .
