ホテルスタッフさんが親切に対応してくれて助かりました。 止まってた部屋のWiFiが調子悪かったのですが対応していただけて助かりました。

シャワーが調節できなかった位で別に気にならなかった。

フロント、エントランスが狭く窮屈な感じがします。

立地が良い。 狭さは否めませんが機能的にコンパクトなまとまっていって考えられている感じました。朝食のカレーが美味しかったです。

Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was in a prime location to get around it out having to navigate around the big stations.

Would have liked a laundromat on the premises however there was many within minutes away.

東京駅が徒歩圏内であることは大きな利点です。駅からホテルまでの間にコンビニも複数あり便利でした。最近のホテルではあまり見かけなくなりましたが、こちらでは室内に水のペットボトルが置かれていました。真夏の利用だったので特にありがたかったです。間接照明のみではなくしっかりとした室内照明があり、室内はとても明るく快適です。

冷蔵庫を利用した際、夜に入れたサンドイッチが朝には凍ってしまっていました。また、これは私の確認ミスですが、館内にコインランドリーがないことに到着してから気づきました。てっきりあるものと思い込んでいたのです。ランドリーサービスだと日数がかかり、コインランドリーもすぐ近くにはなく、連泊で着回す予定だったので少し難儀しました。

忘れ物をゴミ箱に捨ててチェックアウトしたんですが、電話で問い合わせたら探してくださりまして、着払いで郵送もして頂きました。終始丁寧に対応していただきありがとうございました。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。 朝食は、インド風でしたが和食の味付けのように薄味でよかった。 室内設備もよかった。 エレベーターもスムーズで不便は感じなかった。

綺麗、清潔、匂いもなく、静か、水も美味しい、お茶なども美味しい。五巻で感じることが出来ました。夫婦で出しているほんもゆっくり読みたくて、注文中です。東京スカイツリーも見えて東京を感じました。シャワーもこだわっていて、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーシャンプーも香りが良く、質も良かったです。寝具や、タオルも肌触り良く、匂いもせず、気持ち良く使わせて頂きました。フロントの方々の対応も親切丁寧、お世話になりありがとうございました😊

朝、4時の出発だったので、コンビニのおにぎりなどで簡単に済ませましたが、ホテルの朝食が食べたかったです。 スタッフの方々は、大変ですが、時間を3時とかから出来ませんよね⁉️3時で、私が電子レンジに行ったら、3組の他のお客さんと一緒になり、コンビニ帰りや、電子レンジチンやら、みんな早いんだぁと思いニーズがあるのではないでしょうか⁉️朝早く空港に行きましたが、空港も朝早くからお客さんでいっぱいでお土産屋さんも営業していて、やっぱり食べ物が美味しいのも、お客さん獲得に繋がるのかな⁉️と、感じます。 今までのビジネスホテルの中で1番良かったです🌸

We got more than what we expected. We always knew the room is going to be TINY. But the way the layout was - including the bathroom was simply remarkable. An absolute value for money hotel! I will recommend this to everyone who is keen on a good bedroom with all amenities.

The rooms were tiny but that is normal for Tokyo i think. Only 1 lift for many floors. Room was very clean and had everything you could need apart from space. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Not a huge choice but enough for us to have a little something to start the day.

Size of rooms is very small. Also the hotel is next to a fire station which causes some noise.

Das Frühstück war nicht ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein.

後から領収書の対応をお願いしたが丁寧に対応いただいた。

Las habitaciones son limitadas de espacio y pese a estar en pisos elevados, es muy ruidosa de madrugada por el tráfico lo que dificulta el sueño.

Everything seemed sparklingly new. We were well supplied with things we needed. Quiet room on 9th floor. Lawson's and 7/11 very close by. Found some good eating places not far away after some exploring. Literally a couple of minutes walk from Takaracho metro station, which has direct Keisei Line trains to Narita.

Room was pretty small -- just enough space for a double bed, bench and an easy chair. Two large people with a lot of luggage would hardly get in there ( luckily we're slim and had small bags ). Only one lift for all those rooms ( 15 floors ).

お食事の会場、少し狭く感じました。

The location is far away from Tokyo Station. Although there are local line nearby but not to most of the tourist attraction. The hotel is hiding inside small lane. The location is not as good as other APA hotels.

APA hôtel classique très bien placé à 2min du métro qui amène à l'aéroport de Haneda directement. Le quartier de Ginza est à 10min à pied, comme la gare de Tokyo.

Hotel comodo per visitare Ginza ma tra tutti quelli presi in Giappone è stato il più deludente. Assenza di una hall per attendere la consegna della camera e rapporto qualità prezzo non buono.

La colazione scarsa nella proposta dei dolci. Assenza della macchina per cappuccino o altre bevande calde. Sicuramente va rivista l'offerta per una colazione continentale.

It's very close to subway and train station, staff are very friendly and accomodating. Good for a short stay.

ロケーションが大変良い。

もっと早くに予約していたら、宿泊料金が少しおさえられたかも。シングルルーム1泊€94で、x3泊しましたが、やはり事前調査と早目の予約が大事と思いました。

Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe von zwei U-Bahn-Stationen und des Hauptbahnhofs war für Unternehmungen in Tokio und auch für Ausflüge sehr vorteilhaft.

Es ist nur ein Aufzug vorhanden, und da er zwischen 15 Stockwerken verkehrt, muss man manchmal länger warten. Das Fenster ging auf eine düstere enge Straße.

Great service, they stored our bags since we where there a couple hours before the check in hour. Location near metro station so its easy to move and about 10min walking to the JR Tokyo station to take the shinkansen or Narita Express to te airport. A couple Family Mart and 7 eleven near, like everywhere in Tokyo xD

The breakfast, compared to others APA is kind of underwhelming on variety side, but aside that, the food is very good.

大変清潔でスタッフの対応も良く，位置的にも東京駅に近くて，実際私どもは東京駅から運動がてら徒歩で移動しました．価格の点では東京駅に近いにもかかわらず，あの価格というのはありがたかったです．総じていいホテルでありました．

良くなかった点はただ一点．エレベータのことです．エレベータ一台というのはホテルの規模からしていただけません．立地の関係があるかもしれませんが，実際エレベータがなかなか来ない時間帯というのがあったように思います（特に気になったのは朝のチェックアウト時）．私たちの宿泊したのは土曜日ですが，平日だと，おそらくもっとその弊害というのはあったのではないかと想像します．難しいかもしれませんが，先々の変更のご参考に，あるいはプログラムの調整により避けることができるのかもしれませんので，お考えくださればよろしいかと存じます．
