Excellent location and had everything we could possibly need.

The people above us were extremely selfish and noisy! They got in at just gone midnight and were extremely noisy until 3am in the morning!

Location was good for us.

Kitchen and bathroom were nice and clean. Lounge area could have been a little cleaner. The sofa in the lounge needs some attention to the cushions.

The property was amazing. Great location; save and close to everything via metro. The staff was super kind and the room cozy and super clean.

Although the design was great, the toilet door made me feel uncomfortable and it felt like there was no proper ventilation.

La ventilation de la salle de bain est bruyante (mais c’est souvent le cas au royaume uni)

Really spacious and pretty kitchen with living room and terrace. Bedrooms were smallish but that's what you get with London houses typically.

Upstairs neighbor was quite noisy, you could hear him walking/talking/stomping or moving stuff around. Don't know if it was guests to other apartments or someone living there, but luckily it was not during the night.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area but within a 5-10 min walk from main underground and bus routes, which made our planning to the various sites very easy. Well equipped with everything needed, not just the usual appliances (it even had fans and a washer/dryer!). Comfortable beds. Spacious dining and seating areas. A very decent sized garden for London which we enjoyed a lot because the weather was nice. Overall a great place to stay.

We liked that we were on the first floor. The code system made it easy for either one of us 3 to enter without fidling with keys or even worse - losing them. Stopping over here for 3 nights helped us deal with jetlag from traveling all the way from Bali, Indonesia, before making our way up North. The perfect transit. The layout of the apartment was nice. Very clean. Knives need sharpening though. The fans were a plus.as there were a few hot days / nights. The fact we got 20% off of food at The Grove, was also a plus.

Nothing we didnt like. We would come and stay again. Perhaps offer your guests an option to leave luggage for more than a day if traveling north which is what I would often do. Pillows could be fluffier.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from Hammersmith tube station. The staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and felt secure.

The location is incredible. The size was perfect for our stay (2 adults for 4 nights). The staff were really helpful. Free on road parking from 5pm to 9am. Free from 5pm on Friday until 9am on Monday. We were able to park right outside the property The small outside area was ideal, straight off the bedroom. Felt very safe in the area and in the property. Good shop opposite the property, with many more options within a 5 minute walk in either direction Great water pressure in the shower

The studio we had didn't have an actual oven. It would have been useful to know that beforehand. The people upstairs were very heavy footed, but were thankfully not too active. We asked for a late check-out that was unable to be accommodated. None of these "issues" affected our stay. We had a wonderful time

Die Größe und die nähe von London Zentrum. Hat eigentlich alles as man braucht für eine kleine Familie.

Wir haben keine Wohnung mit Garten, obwohl es so gebucht war. Ich denke die haben unsere Buchung mit jemand anders verwechselt. Den Waschbecken im Hauptzimmer und der Geschrispühler haben nicht funktioniert. Am ersten Tag war die Wohnung extrem heißt, somit hat keiner gelüftet. Man könnte in kleine seifen und shampu spender denken.

The apartment was clean everything well maintained. The stuff was helpful kind and smiling.We had to check in early and they helped us to do so without any hassle which was just 10/10

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I have to say that the stay was perfect. All the things mentioned as weak points were solved: there are dishwasher and sponge; body soap and shampoo; iron and hair dryer... and everything was spotless. Maybe I was just lucky with the apartment I got, but I have 0 complaints. After doing the check-in online from their email, I got the codes to enter the building and the room. Still, they called me on the day to explain the process and when I had to go to the front desk they were very helpful. I will come back in my future London stays!

We didnt manage to make work the reading lights next to the bed. Maybe they were broken!

het was in algemene zin prima voor een paar dagen. alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en de plek is prima aan de rand van het centrum en dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. Het inchecken is aan een balie waarna je de codes tot een appartement krijgt. Wij hebben dit al vaker gedaan en werkt prima. Ik zou voor een paar dag zo weer gaan.

Het was 38 graden in Londen en dus erg warm in het appartement. Gelukkig hadden we ventilatoren in het appartement wat een beetje verfrissing geeft.

We were there during a heat wave and there was no airconditioning but that’s common in the UK and it was fine honestly.

Location close to awesome coffee, underground and not a lot of tourists!! The bed was very comfortable. Location was quiet in the evenings.

I have stayed here a few times and everytime we have such a lovely stay. The only downside is like they advertise on the website each room is differently styled and updated, so some stays we get nicer rooms than others. However each time the rooms are lovely. Some small updates could be done on the older rooms for example the one we just stayed in needed some repainting, some new style stuff, and updates on the shower for mold. We love lamington apartments though and will come back every time we are in the area the staff is amazing, the location is amazing, rooms amazing!!

Could do with aircon, but it was extremely hot, did provide fans tho, bathroom was a little mouldy in the shower and shower head was loose but nothing terrible!!

Rooms were absolutely sweltering hot, very tiny compared to online pictures it looks very different in real life. A lot of broken furniture such as bed rails and rough paintwork

The room itself was fine, but my stay was significantly disrupted by a malfunctioning fire alarm that went off repeatedly — including in the middle of the night, waking me from sleep, and during the day while I was working remotely. What disappointed me most, however, was the way this was handled. The hotel offered a 25% refund as compensation, but never actually processed it. When I followed up after 10+ working days with no refund received, I was told it had been “processed and settled” — yet Booking.com later confirmed that no agreement had been reached with the hotel on my behalf. In the end, Booking.com stepped in and offered a voucher of equivalent value, for which I am grateful. But the hotel’s conduct — making a refund promise to placate a guest, then failing to follow through — was dishonest and deeply disappointing. I would caution future guests: if any issue arises during your stay, do not rely on the hotel to honour their commitments. Deal directly with the booking platform instead.

I stayed here for work purposes and absolutely loved the accommodation I was given. The room was amazing and it had all the resources I needed for a comfortable weeks stay.

We stayed here for one night as we were watching a concert at Wembley. We chose the area because we know it well and know that the transport links are good and there are lots of dining options. Check in was smooth, you're provided with a code for your building and one for your room. The room was perfectly equipped and was clean. The bathroom was a little tight but not a problem for one night-it may be if you're staying for longer. Our room was quiet as we were at the back of the building and we could not really hear any of the other rooms. It is about a ten minute walk to Hammersmith Broadway (good for tube links), it is also around ten minutes walk to Goldhawk Road station. The pub opposite provides 25% off for those staying in Lamington Apartments. For a room in London we thought it was reasonably price, especially compared to nearby chains.

Super sted! Rigtig fin og veludstyret lejlighed, hvor vi følte os hjemme i en uge. Området er fredeligt, men med masser af liv i form af restauranter og shopping i nærheden. Metroen er kun 10 minutter væk. Personalet var topvenlige og meget hjælpsomme. Vi kommer gerne tilbage!

Wonderful neighborhood, comfortable apartment. We have been here several times and always felt it like home. Friendly staff always keen to help

We had a great stay. Very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and all the services you might need, with great public transport connections. The service was friendly and efficient. The only downside was some noise from the guests in the apartment below on our first night. We would also have appreciated a few more bathroom amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting London.

Quartier résidentiel, pas trop loin du centre, calme, pittoresque et bien desservi, petit bungalow a l'écart plutôt cosy, office central pas trop éloigné, bon accueil, conseils, conciergerie durant les working hours (10am/08pm).

Le check in nous a semblé un peu tardif, 16h, la plupart des hôtels sont à 15h voir 14h, rien d'autre sinon le fait que le petit bungalow très cosy est un peu chaud en période de canicule et que la quantité de vaisselle à disposition est millimétrée.

Check-in was fast an easy, even when we arrived early. The location was fantastic, close to tube and bus options. The area was gorgeous. The flat itself was well-appointed, very spacious and very comfortable. Inside, the flat was gorgeous, larger than expected and with excellent-quality furniture. We all had plenty of space to ourselves and comfortable spots to hang out. Staff were very friendly and very helpful at all times.

The shower lost water pressure easily and one of the fans wasn't functional. The lack of air conditioning during a heatwave was difficult.

Great location. Very clean and good value for the amount of space. Also two fans already in the apartment was a life saver during a heatwave. We were so grateful.

Only thing I would change is the lack of toiletries. Forgot to bring shampoo and face wash and the two small bars of soap felt cheap. But again the price was a great value so shouldn’t really complain.

Location. More floor space than a hotel room. Well maintained and furnished.

No air con. The apartments are located in old London houses and once the mercury rises they become very hot and uncomfortable. There is no sound proofing either, so expect lots of overhead and ambient noise.

The location is a 10-15 minute walk from the train, there are walk-distance supermarkets around and nice food areas. Overall a very nice apartment, has almost everything you need for kitchen and laundry. There were no noise issues, only one apartment across but nothing too bad. Although we unfortunately had no reception available at our arrival (when there was supposed to be), when there was recepetion, the staff were very lovely, doing what they can to help and assist. We wish the apartments were more prepared for heatwaves and had some more toiletries. Considering we had a 10-day stay for two people, it didn't feel like we had enough toiletries and we had to purchase some of our own.

Really nice location, close to metro stations and bus stops. The apartment itself is quite spacious despite being a studio. The bed was large and truly comfortable. The lady at the reception was really friendly and provided great service.

As everyone in London this summer already knows, the weather can get really hot, so it would be nice if the apartment had air conditioning. There were two fans in our studio, which was helpful, but when it is over 26 degrees outside, fans do not really do enough to cool the room down. The shower was also a bit tricky to turn on and adjust to the right temperature.

Apartments need an update. Carpeting was vacuumed but does need to be deep cleaned. Beds very comfortable. Furniture in main area comfortable. All in all, a very good location and stay for us.

Cosy apartment, clean in a calm neighborhood. The team is so nice, and there for you if you need anything

The environment was quiet and nice, close to many bus routes. The room was spacious and clean. It was easy to collegt the keys and the personal was nice.

I would have enjoyed staying there and given a higher rating if this was not the problem; I found it very uncomfortable and stressful that there was only one exit and no fire protection. There was a lot of vegetation outside the room and we were there in 30 degrees and the neighbor was grilling outside in the garden. The outdoor space was quite messy, which could have been very cozy if it had been cleaned. So the conclusion is that I would not stay there again unless appropriate improvements are made to the fire protection.

Za oknem pociągi więc nie da sie odtworzyć okna na noc a trafialiśmy w upalny okres. Pokoj na czwartym piętrze bez klimatyzacji, trudno było wytrzymać. W nocy czuliśmy się jak w piekarniku.

Clean, a large room for a studio. Iron, blowdryer provided. Kitchen was lovely, provided a few things to make tea or coffee. Washer/dryer in the room was very helpful.

It was a bit noisy because it's the first room inside the building, so you can hear the buzzing of the main entrance anytime someone comes in the building. I could also hear people with connecting walls and outside.

Location was nice. Close to transit and Tesco. We liked the neighborhood.

We were ok with the stairs but they might be difficult for elderly or less mobile.
