Facilities can be improved

Great location near the Main Street shops. On check-in they gave us a map with recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon and shower worked well. Would come again.

La seva ubicació és excel•lent per poder caminar pel centre de Hanoi. L’habitació és senzilla però està molt ben equipada amb tot. No hi ha opció d’esmorzar, però per la zona pots triar allò que desitgis.

The room rate is reasonable and the room itself is relatively clean, but the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The air conditioner was leaking water badly enough to soak the mattress. When the technician came, instead of properly fixing the problem or offering a solution, he simply told us to wipe it up and go back to sleep, then walked away. Seriously? Were we expected to sleep on a wet mattress? Only after we became angry and complained did the staff finally take the situation seriously and do something about it. There was also a huge spider inside the room, which made us seriously question how thoroughly the rooms are inspected before guests check in. What was even more unacceptable was the housekeeping staff. At around 7–8 a.m., they used their key card to OPEN OUR DOOR AND ENTER THE ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION while we were still inside. This happened before the normal cleaning time and was a serious invasion of privacy. We later found out that another room experienced the same thing, so this was clearly not an isolated incident. On top of that, staff kept asking what time we were going to check out, making us feel like they were trying to rush us out of the hotel even though the official check-out time was around 11 a.m.–12 p.m. Guests should not be made to feel unwelcome or pressured to leave before check-out time. A reasonable room rate does not excuse poor service, lack of professionalism, or invading a guest’s privacy. If you are completely fine with a leaking air conditioner, a wet mattress, spiders in your room, housekeeping entering without permission early in the morning, and staff making you feel rushed to leave, then perhaps this hotel will be acceptable for you. Otherwise, I would seriously reconsider staying here.

Nada.No es lo de la foto, pagué una habitación deluxe y era una caja, no andaba la TV, no tenía agua caliente, de noche se cortaba el agua y de día perdía. Pedí que me cambien, pagué a otra que si bien tenia ventana, no andaba tampoco la TV ni tenía agua caliente, deteriorado, sucio y viejo. Ahh, a favor está re bien ubicado!!

Perfect location, walking distance from everything you will want to see in Hanoi. Very clean. Staff were very helpful.

The place was a disaster, everything was wrong, I wouldn't even know where to begin. There was filth everywhere: the curtains, the windows, liquid was dripping down the walls, the bathroom was horribly dirty, and taking a shower was a real risk. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, and I would have gone to another one without a second thought.

تعامل بعض المواطنين كان سيئاً للغاية لذلك تم إلغاء الحجز ( اول يوم كان فيه موظفة لطيفه جداً وتعاملها راقي في اليوم الثالث وجدت موظف وموظفة كان تعاملهم غير جيد ، الموظفة اعتذرت بعد سوء فهم ولكن الموظف كان تعامله سيئ للغاية)

في هذا اليوم قابلت موظفة رائعة وراقية في التعامل

- Location is really good in the old Hanoi, really useful when you want to drop something quickly, sleep, take a shower, night market. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shop, exchange money, washing services besides - really calm / no noises (makes the difference / game changer after a full day outside) - They have a suggestion list to share with you when you will arrive (restaurant, cafes, visit trip plan, etc …) - Staff is super helpful, excellent services from the team 24h/24h (especially Luca who helped us a lot during our trip), really good advises and communication > it makes your Hanoi experience different - Can help you with logistics and travel plan if needed

- No window but it is really calm so nice to have - TV was not working (also nice to have during World Cup)

The bed, desk and floor were clean. Stuff was nice. Bed sheets + towels changed everyday. Very good location.

There were water stains (mold?) on the ceiling, wall paint was pilling off in the room and toilet. There was mold in the shower and the sink. Very unhygienic and unpleasant. The door lock was all taped and it was impossible to lock the room from the inside. AC is placed the way it always keeps blowing directly on the bed - impossible to change the direction.

The staff could not provide good recommendations and the water ran out , but thankfully whilst I was leaving the hotel. They mentioned that they upgraded the room for me but I felt the room a bit suffocating.

Good location

We experienced a serious issue during our 2-night stay involving a prolonged water outage affecting essential facilities. Over the entire stay, running water was only briefly available for a very short period (around 1–2 minutes), during which a shower could not be completed and my friend was left with shampoo in her eyes. Outside of this, there was no usable running water for showers or basic bathroom use. We were repeatedly told the issue would be resolved shortly, which is why we remained at the property rather than seeking alternative accommodation. However, the problem persisted throughout our stay. As a result, my travel companion had to leave the hotel late at night (around 11pm) to travel to another property on the back of the receptionist’s motorbike in order to shower before an early long-haul flight the following morning as this was presented as the only option for running water. I was also unwell during the stay, which made the lack of functioning bathroom facilities particularly difficult. An initial compensation offer was made but I asked for it to be escalated because it was unreasonable and they then unbelievably they reduced it by approximately 1/3. While staff were mostly polite, their handling of the situation was poor and lack of reliable essential services significantly impacted our stay. I would not expect basic facilities such as running water to be unavailable for this length of time. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standard expected and I would be cautious about staying again.

Location and the water supply in the shower is good.

Broken furniture and the toilet door doesn’t close, mold in the ceiling, the hallway has no light in the midnight. Water is blocking outside the shower room and there's no place to put the shampoo other than the floor. The bathroom door is broken and doesn’t close properly.
