真正在装修，但影响很小，设施有点老，但是非常干净

房间非常老旧像二十年前的酒店，床很硬床品很不舒服。而且双床房是一个床板放了两个床垫。床头只有靠窗旁有充电插座，每天手机充电都放不了床头。吵是必然的，睡觉一定要戴耳塞，没有看到房间有提供耳塞，我自带的。 房间提供的瓶装饮用水像自来水一样，喝了一口就没再喝，自己便利店买水喝。 前台效率和服务一般。 位置便利，但因为尼曼不大且这一片酒店很多，所以其实很多酒店的位置都很便利。 整体来讲没优势不推荐，但如果超级便宜且你不介意房间老旧的话可以选择。我入住期间是旺季有涨价且不含早餐。清迈半个月行程一共住了三家酒店，这家是最差的。

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are polite and patient. Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.

Nous étions dans l'ancien bâtiment. Les matelas de nos lits étaient très durs. Le personnel nous a gentiment installé des surmatelas à notre demande mais ce n'était pas suffisant. La chambre était "vieillotte" (rideaux abîmés, tiroirs cassés, tabouret abîmé) et mériterait une rénovation. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien malgré l'intervention du personnel. Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré: il y avait peu de fruit par exemple ( il manquait souvent de la nourriture, ce n'était pas renouvelé pendant le petit déjeuner) et les oeufs au plat étaient toujours froids.

Super emplacement le quartier est top! Des petits cafés, restaurants aux alentours, c’était un super moment.

Bed is extremely hard. My room was assigned nearby bbq (Moo Kata) shop where smell and smoke literally sneaking in room.

Our room was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. You can find convenience stores, ATMs and a lot of eating places in walking distance around the hotel. If you want to pay your stay with a card be aware that it will cost you +3% of commission. The bed was a bit hard that I actually liked. It’s a bit distant location if you want to check out night markets, however grab is easily available. The neighborhood was nice you can also find there good coffee or massage places.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, which is most important to me. The classic architecture of the hotel creates a very nice feeling like you are fancier than usual. The breakfast has all the choices you could want and the surprisingly empty restaurant always fired up delicious Thai meals.

Thai beds are very firm... very very firm and short of traveling with a mattress topper (which are very popular with Westerners living here), the only solution is to spend up for a western style hotel. It's not a deal breaker... when I've been on the go all day, I fall asleep without noticing but you won't be comfortable laying in bed all day watching TV.

The fifth floor room had a nicer view and less noise (compared to a first floor room I stayed later); the interior decor is nice. The location is fantastic, there is a seven eleven right in front and great cafes and bars all around.

I like how the housekeeper went beyond their expectations and hang up my clothes with the proper clothes hanger when they say I hung my clothes on the rail.

I didn't like how crowded the room and shower area was. I did not find the desk to be used for what it should be as it took up so much space and was hard to even sit in the chair because there was not enough space to pull it out to be able to sit in.

Our family booked 4 rooms and checked out 2 rooms on Feb 17, 2024. On checkout, I talked to one of the two female staff at the reception counter. She got impatient and raised her voice to me. I found this very rude. Please, no matter where the hotel guests are from, they should be treated with respect.

The hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from the old city and is very proximal to One Nimman and the Nimman area with many cafes and restaurants.

Our room had a window facing the inner well, which was quite noisy, and because of this we could not keep our window open even at night, when it was relatively cool. The pedestrian sidewalks were in a terrible condition (if existed at all), but this is true everywhere in Chiang Mai.

I stayed here for one night before moving into a studio I had rented. The room was comfortable enough, the staff were friendly and a nice breakfast was included in the hotel rate.

the hotel located next to BBQ restaurant and in side the room have strongly grilling smell, however after got room move offer the new room smell better but still have a little bit noisy from 7-11 ring bell all night the hotel staff have bad manner no hospitality spirit especially tall femal receptionist with blonde long hair she can’t provide efficiency problems solving as my friend forgot to drop my room key at front desk so she just said no deposit 500THB no key and no accept bank transfer I have only 100THB cash at that time she said no new key with 100THB and let’s me waiting room key at lobby (this case occurred on 27 Jan 2024 at 12:50) I’m so DISAPPOINTED with this situation I pay to stay in the hotel but have to sit at lobby without any offer problem solving and no flexibility from staff . FYI this case not related from this booking it related with my 2nd consecutive booking but I wrote to complain with this booking as can not wait to complain with 2nd booking while sit to waiting key at lobby

Just too much traffic noise from early morning until very late evening and night.

Good hotel with a good view from the balcony, clean and you get free water every day. In front of it is a 7/11. Receptionists and stuff members are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is in Asian style, I liked it. The coffee, however, was really bad at breakfast. The location is more far outside from the city center than I imagined - around 40 walking minutes to the north gate of the old town. Now to the biggest contra: For the whole 300 bhat I arranged a transfer at 6 am with the hotel to the airport (10 minutes drive). You can get a taxi for (under) a 100 bhat with any app. I wanted to arrange a transfer with the hotel because I wasn’t sure that I get a taxi at this time. The car was really old and one seat belt wasn’t working. There were no head cushions in the back - it’s actually quite dangerous.
