Everything was perfect, the staff made it feel like we were royalty. We had a noise issue in our room, and they were kind enough to change it. The cleaning ladies were very nice as well. The swimming pool is amazing, and the hotel is only a few hundred meters from the beach. Breakfast is rotating, so you don’t have 2 days in a row the exact same things, and the discount on the restaurant is appreciated.

We had a huge issue with ants in our room. I asked to be moved the first morning and got told no. They were in our things, on the toilet everywhere. All we got to compensate this was a free drink each

The large breakfast with plenty of options meant that the whole family started the day very happy! The aircon worked well and was very welcome. The pool was a lovely place to end the day. Watching the total eclipse from the balcony was of course the highlight!

A modern clean well located hotel, adult only with a delicious breakfast menu in the breakfast salon and a charming funky bar with colourful Cuban decor located on the other side of the reception zone. The staff, every single person, we're friendly, courteous and helpful. There were quiet comfortable sunbathing or smoking areas overlooking the pool where we could chill and read. The breakfast restaurant is actually Harry's Bar, known to locals for the high standard of food at lunch or dinner and been recommended to us by some local Spanish residents.

For us. the only thing we would've liked was to have a bit more space in the room. It didn't spoil our enjoyment but next time it's something we will check before we book.

We recently stayed in the Santa ponsa plaza boutique hotel and couldn’t have had a better stay. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived- amazing welcoming staff, a welcome glass of fizz and a gorgeous and clean hotel. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Our room was ready quickly which was so lovely- so clean and smelled amazing. Big comfy bed and all amenities were spot on. We loved the fact there was no sun bed wars at this hotel- such a relaxed feel it was honestly perfect. Breakfast was gorgeous- so fresh and something for everyone. The bar downstairs is also a must, the staff are brilliant! We will definitely be back!!

Me and my girlfriend went here last week and had been the same hotel last year. We are always satisfied with the service that the hotel provides the man on reception called Luca recognised me and remembered we stayed last year.It is an adult only hotel which is grea. He provided us a welcome drink of prosecco each on arrival and put a complimentary bottle of rosé in the hotel room fridge too. The hotel room is nice and has a balcony too that you can look out onto the roundabout and watch the world go by. The food is nice for our breakfast but could be a bit better cooked but that is just preference but other than that I cant fault the hotel service the stay was lovely and look to be staying here again maybe next year or the year after. There are great restaurants and bars nearby to the hotel for example Padrino,Mestiza there's a Scottish bar called the Jaggy thistle which me and my girlfriend drank in twice and had a mango daiquiri each which was very nice and refreshing. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our time here and I would recommend it to anybody

i travelled with my sister lizzie ,it was originally for her and her husband but doggy wasnt well so i was asked to go with her .we were greeted by reception and was offered a glass of bubbly which was greatly appreciated after out trip.checking in was swift and we were shown to our room which was before allotted check in time and everything explained inc air con safe etc.the pool is lovely and has been upgraded since the photos were put upon website .the location was spot on beach opposite plenty off shops .the bar area is very bougie and upmarket and the staff very attentive .the breakfast was lovely everything was available full english continental fresh fruit cakes hot and cold drinks all in the price.the restaurant is probably the nicest we ate in and again staff were lovely.on day the weather was extreme and my sister passes at the shower by the pool due to the weather. within seconds help was at hand a nurse on holiday receptionist bar staff and toni the manager they dealt with the situation very fast and efficient i was in shock my sister unconscious and bleeding but after a trip to the fabulous hospital stapled up ,we were bk and enjoying our holiday and lizzie as if nothing happened we were in good hands ,what is a holiday without a fab hotel and even more fab staff .ive gone on a bit but please if u want a nice quiet chilled trip this is the place to go .special mentions to conchi,abdul.blandine and the others who i forgot to get their names from the bar.housekeepers who always kept our room spotless paqui mari mercedes and lola. reception luea lia roni and chef pedro .thank you everyone we had a lovely time and met some lovely people

The air conditioning in the room was terrible. The sound from the bars, restaurants and roads could be heard from our room. The beds were two singles pushed together when I asked for a double and a little soft for our liking. Curtains let in a lot of light. Bathroom had soap by the sink and only shampoo in the showers which had poor drainage.

Spent a lovely week at this hotel at the start of July. Lovely. Clean. Tidy. Quiet. The hotel staff were all amazing from the front of house staff to the housekeeping staff - all really superb. Can't recommend enough. If we had to find one fault (& it's pretty minor) - we stayed in a standard room at the front of the hotel. (Lovely room overlooking the square) - the rooms are quite compact - and storage for 2 extremely limited... just something to be aware of. It absolutely wouldn't put us off staying again though. Hotel is very central to the resort so easy to get about to bars and restaurants

Very nice hotel throughout, reception staff, housekeeping all friendly and so helpful. I would have scored this place 5 * but it was unfortunate that the air-con in the bedrooms was no where near sufficient. I think it is the same for all rooms. The pool is in desperate need of a handrail, not everyone is young and able to weight bare to get out of the pool. Apart from those 2 things, it was perfect.

Clean, modern and excellent value for money! Amenities in the room were great, nice to have a kettle and a fridge. The location was perfect - great views from the balcony. Just arrived home after a 5 night stay at this hotel. What a fabulous holiday me and my daughter have had. Hotel immaculate, pool area spotlessly clean. Close to bars and restaurants, but what actually made our holiday was the fantastic staff, Lucca, Abdul and Tony could not do enough for us, the waitresses at breakfast time and of an evening were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for such a fabulous stay and 100% we will be back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Santa Ponsa…. Keep up the good work and see you soon xx

The location was great, everything was very easily accessible. When we checked in the member of staff (English fella, didn’t catch his name) was super friendly, took his time with us and gave us loads of recommendations.

We noticed a couple of ants in the bathroom on night 1 and by the next morning our whole floor in the room was covered in ants. When we complained to reception we were simply told they “can’t control all the insects” but they sent up maintenance who seemed to fix the issue however the floor wasn’t cleaned fully so we were left with dead ants in the bathroom and parts of the bedroom. We paid for a hot tub room however there was very little privacy with the hot tub facing into a restaurant across the street and the bar right below us meant we heard absolutely everything into the early hours of the morning. If you want a quiet holiday, I wouldn’t recommend room 101. But the view was lovely!

• Great value and location: The hotel completely lives up to its price-to-quality ratio. It is perfectly located just a 6-minute walk to a beautiful and clean beach. Renting an umbrella for two people costs €20 for the entire day. • Wonderful staff: The long-haired lady working the afternoon shift was incredibly welcoming; she even showed us a few available rooms so we could choose our favorite, and always checked in on us to see how our day was going. Also, when I arrived late to breakfast and the coffee machines were off, a waiter with nice fluffy hair went out of his way to bring me a cup of tea outside, which was a very pleasant touch. • Good food and facilities: Breakfast was quite good, especially the pancakes, fried eggs, and fresh sliced fruit. The hotel also has a nice pool area with attractive sun loungers, and providing beach towels is a very convenient service. • Peaceful atmosphere: The environment is exactly what we wanted. The guests are mostly adults over 30, so there is no noise or rowdiness. It is a quiet oasis away from the loud, party-focused streets.

• Strict check-out: We had to leave strictly at 11:00 AM. The receptionist wasn't willing to give us even an extra 15 minutes of flexibility, which felt a bit strange and slightly disappointing after getting used to such good service otherwise, especially since the next check-in isn't until 3:00 PM. • Towel deposit after check-out: After checking out and taking our luggage, we wanted to borrow towels for the beach one last time. We were asked to leave a cash deposit because we were technically no longer checked in. While I understand the policy, it felt a little distrustful towards respectable guests. • Room details: The bed was okay overall, but it could have been a bit softer and it squeaked a little bit when moving.

Everything about it was perfect spotlessly clean close to everything you need, but the best thing for me we’re the Staff all very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem always with a big smile on their faces . Abdo , Comchi, Blamdine,Sergio , Regla and the lady with long blonde hair on reception (apologise didn't get her name ) all deserve a special mention highly recommend

Just got back from this amazing hotel, close to al amenities, plenty of restruants & bars beautiful food & cocktails , lovely sitting space outside of hotel to have a nice chill either for a day time cocktail or an evening drink after dinner , the staff are all lovely always had a laugh & smile , everything about this hotel was amazing from the cleaners to bar staff and reception staff nothing was to much trouble, and just 2 mins across the road was a beautiful beach everything is close by & in walking distance will defiantly be coming back to this hotel hopefully very soon 😁

La chambre est sale, il manque des volets électriques sur les fenêtres pour isoler du bruit.la poubelle de la salle de bain cassée. . Lescalier extérieur pour se rendre a la piscine est rouillé et dangereux. Ce nest pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si vous rechercher un minimum de calme.

Lovely and relaxing hotel, in a quiet area but close enough to bars restaurants and only metres from the beach. A special mention to all the staff throughout the hotel, bar and restaurant who are exceptional! Great pool and cocktail bar, and Harry's is great for food.

The hotel staff from arriving to leaving were amazing. Glass of cava on arrival. 20% discount in the restaurant underneath (where you also have breakfast). The pool area is clean and bright with a lovely bar in the hotel reception area. The location is ideal too bars, restaurants and the beach right on the doorstep.

Perfectly located hotel right over the road from the bus stop (A11 bus from the airport only costs a couple of euros) The staff are always friendly and it is spotlessly clean. I have stayed here a few times and my only gripe is I have never been allowed a late check out (even one hour later at 12 noon) and on top of this they do not have any facilities for you to use after you have left your room, there is a shower by the pool and we used the disabled toilet to get changed in, fortunately our return flight wasn't too late but to be honest if we had a return flight much later in the day I would probably look elsewhere My rating would have been perfect if the hotel had better facilities for guests to use after check out, wasn't even a shower in the gym.

Kamer kreeg je met de airco in plafond niet koel genoeg. Suite zit aan de voorkant van hotel ( zeezicht) wat aardig wat herrie van verkeer en rumoer van het leven op straat meebrengt in de kamer. Te harde verlichting in de kamer.
